Who handles applications in India

The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi is competent for visa applications from Indian citizens and legal residents of India (short and long term); all visa applications must be lodged at the Luxembourg Visa Application Centre run by VFS Global. Apply to Luxembourg only if it is your main destination. Tourist visa applicants must submit in person (no representatives or travel agents); for business, family/friends, cultural and long-term categories an authorised company representative or travel agent may submit. All Schengen applicants appear in person for biometrics.
