Every booking is confirmed with the operator by the Yatra For Fun concierge before you pay.

Are activity bookings refundable?

Activities booked through Yatra follow our Refund Policy: More than 72 hours before start: full refund less a NPR 200 processing fee. 24–72 hours: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: no refund unless the vendor resells the slot. Weather or safety call-offs: full refund or free reschedule.

Can I book activities for a group?

Yes. Choose the number of participants on the activity page. For larger groups, email support@yatraforfun.com or message the concierge on WhatsApp (+977 970-8072951) for a group quote from the operator.

Are the activities suitable for kids and seniors?

It depends on the activity — age, fitness and weight limits are set by each operator. City walks and cultural tours generally suit most ages; adventure sports have stricter limits. Ask the concierge to confirm suitability before you book.

What's included in the activity price?

Each activity page lists what's included and not included when the operator provides it — for example transport, guide, entrance fees, equipment or meals. If something isn't listed, ask the concierge before you book.

What happens if my activity is cancelled due to weather?

Weather-dependent activities (paragliding, mountain flights, rafting) are normally moved to the next available slot. If no new slot fits your travel dates, the concierge arranges a refund according to the operator's terms.

Do I need to print the voucher or is mobile OK?

Your confirmation tells you what to show at the meeting point. Most operators accept the booking details on your phone; if one needs a printed voucher, the confirmation says so.

Can I book activities last-minute?

Often, yes — especially in Kathmandu and Pokhara — but same-day availability depends on the operator. Message the concierge on WhatsApp for the fastest answer.

Will I be sharing the experience with other travelers?

Some activities are shared group tours and some are private; the activity description says which when the operator specifies it. Ask the concierge if you want a private option.

Are pickup and drop-off included?

Only when the activity lists hotel pickup or transport in its inclusions or meeting point. Check the activity page, or ask the concierge to confirm before you book.

What's the difference between a tour and an experience on Yatra For Fun?

Tours are guided sightseeing trips with a set route. Experiences are hands-on activities such as cooking classes, workshops or wellness sessions, usually with a smaller group and a local host.

Can I customize the itinerary or add stops?

Group tours follow the operator's fixed route. For private bookings, tell the concierge what you'd like to change — they check with the operator and confirm any change, and any extra cost, before you pay.

Are tips for the guide expected?

Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory in Nepal, and Yatra For Fun never adds a service charge for tips. How much to give is up to you and how the day went.
