Itinerary

1. Day 1 · Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding. • Take a scenic flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2,800 meters/9,186 feet). • Begin trekking towards Phakding (2,652 meters/8,700 feet), following the Dudh Koshi River.
2. Day 2 · Trek to Namche Bazaar. • Continue trekking along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. • Cross suspension bridges and ascend to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters/11,286 feet), a bustling Sherpa trading hub.
3. Day 3 · Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar. • Rest and acclimatize to the altitude in Namche Bazaar. • Explore the town, visit the Sherpa Museum, and enjoy panoramic views of Everest and surrounding peaks.
4. Day 4 · Trek to Tengboche. • Trek through forests and cross the Dudh Koshi River. • Ascend to Tengboche (3,860 meters/12,664 feet), famous for its monastery and panoramic mountain views.
5. Day 5 · Trek to Dingboche. • Descend through rhododendron forests and cross suspension bridges. • Trek to Dingboche (4,410 meters/14,468 feet), a village with stunning views of Ama Dablam and Lhotse.
6. Day 6 · Take a rest day for acclimatization in Dingboche. • Optionally, go for a day hike to Nagarjun Hill or Chhukung Valley for further acclimatization and beautiful views.
7. Day 7 · Trek to Lobuche. • Ascend through alpine landscapes and cross glacial streams. • Reach Lobuche (4,910 meters/16,108 feet), a small settlement located beneath the Khumbu Glacier.
8. Day 8 · Trek to Gorak Shep, Visit Everest Base Camp. • Trek to Gorak Shep (5,164 meters/16,942 feet), the last settlement before Everest Base Camp. • After a short rest, hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters/17,598 feet) and enjoy the views of the Khumbu Icefall.
9. Day 9 · Hike to Kala Patthar and Descend to Pheriche. • Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for spectacular sunrise views of Everest and surrounding peaks. • Descend to Pheriche (4,240 meters/13,910 feet) for an overnight stay.
10. Day 10 · Trek to Namche Bazaar. • Descend through Pangboche and Tengboche. • Continue trekking to Namche Bazaar, retracing your steps.
11. Day 11 · Trek to Lukla. • Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla, enjoying the final views of the Everest region. • Celebrate the completion of the trek with the team and guides.
12. Day 12 · Fly back to Kathmandu. • Take a scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. • Rest and relax in Kathmandu
