What is a dummy hotel booking?

A dummy hotel booking is a Yatra-issued PDF that visually mimics an Agoda Booking Confirmation + Receipt. It's used as proof-of-stay for visa applications. It is not a confirmed Agoda reservation, and the booking reference printed on it will not appear on Agoda's Manage Booking page.

How much does it cost?

Your first hotel reservation document is free. Additional documents are NPR 499 each, paid via Nabil Bank QR transfer.

Will the embassy accept this document?

Many embassies accept proof-of-stay documents like this for visa applications, but acceptance depends on the embassy and the visa class. Always check your destination's official requirements before relying on this document.
