What is the B2B2C model?
B2B2C means Business-to-Business-to-Consumer. Yatra For Fun (Business) provides inventory and tools to travel agencies (Business), who resell to their own customers (Consumer). The customer sees the agency's brand; the inventory, fares and fulfilment run on Yatra For Fun's system. For hotels on the free HMS, one hotel's rooms can be sold to walk-ins, to consumers on yatraforfun.com and to partner agencies from one calendar.
How does the free HMS work?
Hotels sign up at /hotel-management. Our team helps with onboarding (room types, rate plans, photos). Once live, the HMS handles your front desk, housekeeping, restaurant POS and finance at no cost. Bookings sourced through yatraforfun.com or partner agencies arrive in the same dashboard as your walk-ins. You pay a commission only on the bookings we generate; the software itself is free.

How is Yatra For Fun different from Agoda, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, or other OTAs?
Three differences: (1) it is based in Nepal — NPR-default pricing, Nepali payment methods, walk-in support in Kathmandu; (2) consumers, agencies and hotels work from one inventory; (3) the hotel-management software is free for hotels in Nepal. It also offers visa guides for Nepali passport holders and visa reservation documents from NPR 499 — reservation documents, not airline tickets or confirmed bookings.
How do I become a Yatra For Fun partner travel agency?
Send your tourism licence and company registration certificate via WhatsApp (+977 970-8072951) or email (info@yatraforfun.com). We verify the documents, countersign the partner agreement, and set up your dashboard login and sub-accounts. You then fund the prepaid wallet (minimum NPR 10,000) and start selling.
What is the Vehicle Owner Dashboard?
The Vehicle Owner Dashboard is for transfer partners — solo owner-drivers, fleet operators, and destination-management companies (DMCs). After KYC approval, you manage your service areas, vehicle classes (from sedans to coaches), drivers, KYC documents, commission tracking and payouts from one dashboard. Bookings from yatraforfun.com and partner agencies arrive there.
What is the difference between the three owner dashboards?
Each dashboard targets a specific business type. The Hotel Owner Dashboard (free Hotel Management Software) is for properties running their front desk, channel manager and finance. The Travel Agent Owner Dashboard is for registered Nepali agencies reselling our global inventory under their own brand. The Vehicle Owner Dashboard is for transport providers — solo drivers, fleets, and DMCs — operating airport transfers, hourly chauffeurs and tour vehicles. All three plug into the same consumer marketplace, share the same KYC + commission engine, and roll up into the same partner-success team in Kathmandu.
