What is the B2B2C model?
B2B2C means Business-to-Business-to-Consumer. Yatra (Business) sells inventory and tools to travel agencies (Business), who resell to their own customers (Consumer). The end customer experience is white-labelled — they see the agency's brand — but the underlying inventory, fares, and fulfilment all run on Yatra's stack. For hotels listed on our free HMS, this means a single hotel's rooms are available to direct walk-ins (HMS), to consumers on yatraforfun.com, AND to every partner agency in the network at once.
How does the free HMS work?
Hotels sign up at /hotel-management. Our team helps with onboarding (room types, rate plans, photos, channel-manager connections). Once live, the HMS handles your front desk, channel sync to Agoda / Booking / Expedia, housekeeping, restaurant POS, and finance — at zero cost. Bookings sourced through yatraforfun.com or partner agencies arrive in the same dashboard as your walk-ins. You only pay a commission on the bookings we generate; the software itself is always free.

Which markets does Yatra serve?
Our primary market is Nepal — both Nepali outbound travellers heading to Schengen, UK, US, UAE, Thailand, Dubai, and South Asia, and foreign inbound travellers visiting Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Lumbini, Nagarkot, Bhaktapur, and Everest base camp. We sell worldwide hotel, flight, visa, tour, and vehicle-transfer inventory to both audiences. India is our secondary market.

Total onboarding takes 1-2 business days.
