From Dhampus, you’ll start your trek towards Forest Camp.

The trail winds through lush rhododendron forests, offering glimpses of the surrounding mountains along the way. After a few hours of hiking, you’ll reach Forest Camp, where you’ll spend the night amidst the tranquil surroundings of the forest. The total distance from Dhampus to Forest Camp is 12 kilometers (7.46 miles).

Regarding walking duration, it takes approximately 6 to 7 hours to walk. Day 2: Forest Camp to High Camp On the second day of 2 nights 3 Days Mardi trek, you’ll continue your journey towards High Camp. The trail gradually ascends, and as you gain elevation, the landscape begins to change, with alpine meadows replacing the dense forests.

The total distance from Forest Camp to High Camp is 8.5 kilometers (5.3 miles), it takes approximately 5 to 6 hours to walk. Day 3: Hike to Mardi Himal Viewpoint (4200m), trek to Siding Village and drive to Pokhara. The highlight of the trek comes on the third day when you’ll embark on a hike to the Mardi Himal Viewpoint, situated at an altitude of 4200 meters.

The trail to the viewpoint is steep and challenging, but the panoramic views of the surrounding mountains make it all worth it. From the viewpoint, you’ll be treated to unparalleled vistas of the Annapurna range, including towering peaks like Machhapuchhre and Annapurna South. After soaking in the majestic scenery, you’ll begin your descent towards Siding Village.
