## Overview

The Embassy of Luxembourg in New Delhi is competent for visa applications from Indian citizens and legal residents of India (short and long term); all visa applications must be lodged at the Luxembourg Visa Application Centre run by VFS Global. Apply to Luxembourg only if it is your main destination. Tourist visa applicants must submit in person (no representatives or travel agents); for business, family/friends, cultural and long-term categories an authorised company representative or travel agent may submit. All Schengen applicants appear in person for biometrics. - Copies of Schengen visas obtained during the last 5 years, if applicable

- Proof of accommodation and travel itinerary
- Original bank statement for the last 3 months (stamped/signed by the bank); ITR acknowledgment for last two assessment years; payslips/pension statements for last three months
- Travel medical insurance valid for all Schengen countries, minimum EUR 30,000 incl. repatriation
- Evidence of economic, family and social roots in home country
- Minors: notarised consent of parent(s)/guardian(s) and copy of their ID documents; minors accompanied by parent/guardian at submission
- All documents on A4 sheets, in English or with sworn English translation
