Overview

How do Indian citizens apply for a Moldova visa?

Applies via: VFS Global + embassy

Who handles applications in India

Applicants applying through the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in New Delhi submit their visa applications at VFS Global Visa Application Centres (New Delhi, Chennai, Cochin, Jalandhar, Kolkata, Mumbai). Transit and short-stay visas can alternatively be applied for online through the government e-Visa portal www.evisa.gov.md: documents are uploaded, the approved e-Visa is emailed, and a printed copy is used at any border crossing (no passport insertion). Holding a visa does not automatically confer the right to enter; border police may ask for proof of entry conditions.
