Yellow Fever vaccination is MANDATORY for travellers arriving from yellow-fever endemic countries (most sub-Saharan African countries + parts of South America). Nepal is NOT on the WHO endemic list, so a direct Nepal -> Mozambique flight does NOT trigger the requirement.
