Important notes

  • Every Nepali-language document MUST be accompanied by a notary-certified English translation — embassies will reject untranslated originals. Use a Nepal Bar Council–registered translator and have each translation notarised by a Notary Public.
  • Kuwait does NOT issue tourist e-Visas to Nepali ordinary passport holders — entry is sponsor-based (employer for work, family for visit).
  • Standard route: Kuwait sponsor applies via MOI Kuwait → NOC issued → applicant collects visa at Embassy New Delhi or stamps on arrival.
  • Nepal labour permit (DoFE) + GAMCA medical mandatory for work visas. Nepal Govt restricts EPS / labour permits below KWD 70/month.
