Pick any tour and send a request — our Kathmandu concierge confirms availability, prices it in Nepali Rupees (NPR), and sends you a secure payment link, usually within 2 business hours. No payment is taken until your dates are confirmed.
Can I pay for a tour in Nepali Rupees (NPR)?
Yes. Every tour is quoted and settled in NPR for Nepali travellers, so there are no surprise foreign-exchange fees. Prices shown in USD are converted to NPR at the current rate before you pay.
Are the tours guided, and do they include a set itinerary?
Most listings are guided multi-day tours and day trips with a fixed day-by-day itinerary, transparent pricing, and an English-speaking guide. Each tour page lists the exact route, duration, guide languages, and what's included.
Can I cancel or change a tour after booking?
Multi-day tours follow the operator's cancellation schedule shown on the tour page and confirmed in writing before you pay. Day trips and sightseeing sold by Yatra follow the Refund Policy: More than 72 hours before start: full refund less a NPR 200 processing fee. 24–72 hours: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: no refund unless the vendor resells the slot. Weather or safety call-offs: full refund or free reschedule. If your plans change, message our concierge on WhatsApp and we'll help you rebook or refund per those terms.
