Multi-day tours follow the operator's cancellation schedule shown on the tour page and confirmed in writing before you pay. Day trips and sightseeing sold by Yatra follow the Refund Policy: More than 72 hours before start: full refund less a NPR 200 processing fee. 24–72 hours: 50% refund. Under 24 hours: no refund unless the vendor resells the slot. Weather or safety call-offs: full refund or free reschedule. If your plans change, message our concierge on WhatsApp and we'll help you rebook or refund per those terms.
