Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival Guangzhou
Upon your arrival to Guangzhou airport or Guangzhou railway station (please advise your arrival details in advance in order to arrange the pick-up), you will be met by an English speaking guide who accompanies you to your transfer to the city. The one hour private transfer will take you directly to your hotel in Guangzhou. If you feel tired after the journey, you can relax and make use of all available services at the hotel. But if you are anxious to explore this awesome city, stroll down its charming streets and indulge into its vibe.

Day 2 — Guangzhou
After breakfast at the hotel, we will pick you up at about 9:00am at hotel's lobby for our full-day Guangzhou sightseeing tour. We'll drive to the south bank of the Pearl River to see Canton Tower, the highest TV tower in China and the third in the world and we'll visit its must-see scenic spot offering a magnificent view over the city and its surroundings. Our sightseeing tour continues to see another landmark, Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall and after lunch at the local restaurant (incl.) we'll admire the rich decoration of the Chen Clan Academy and it's a large collection of wood carving, stone carving, brick carving, pottery, plaster and iron engraving. In the Museum of the Nanyue King of Western Han Dynasty we'll learn about the history of the kingdom's politics, economy and culture that developed here 2000 years ago. To wrap up our tour we'll pass through Yuexiu Park before coming back to your hotel. The rest of the day at leisure

Day 3 — Guangzhou
Wake up to your breakfast at the hotel and enjoy the full day at leisure at this delightful city. Enjoy the ancient atmosphere of this age-old city and explore the unique history of all Chinese dynasties. Alternatively, you can book one of our optional tours:
Optional Tour A: Kaiping full-day excursion
Book our Kaiping full-day excursion and learn about one of the most scenic world cultural heritage sites. Starting at 8:30am with the pick-up at your hotel, we'll visit Kaiping Diaolou Cultural Tourist Attraction, located in the southwest of the Pearl River Delta. The lunch at the local restaurant is followed by the visit of Kaiping. Self-reliance village where we'll see an impressive fusion of Chinese and various Western architectural styles that rise up surrealistically over the rice paddy fields. Our tour ends at approx.18:00pm.
Optional Tour B: Foshan full-day excursion
Book our Foshan full-day excursion and learn about the ceramics tradition of the Ming dynasty. Visit the Southern-style Ancient Stove and get a glimpse of the pottery heritage. While in Lingnan New World (Lingnan Tiandi) get a closer look into the honoured architecture and taste delicious local specialities. Visit landmarks of the martial arts, Ancestral Temple and Huang Feilong Memorial Hall and end up in the Qiandeng Lake, a scenic green spot of the City centre. The city of Qiandeng often called "The city of a thousand lanterns" is a little water village, that kept its traditional style of architecture and contains a lantern museum which displays its centuries-old lantern culture. Tour ends at approx.18:00
Optional Tour C: Baomo Garden full-day excursion
Take our Baomo Garden full-day excursion and admire the greatness of this complex of encompassing culture, south China architecture and garden art. Drive to Lotus Hill and get a breath-taking view over this scenic landscape. Don't miss the biggest gold statue of the Goddess of Mercy and the real Chinese gastronomic experience while enjoying a lunch at the local restaurant. Tour ends at approx.18:00pm.

Day 4 — Departure Guangzhou
