Free Airport Pick-up Service: Each booking is entitled to one complimentary airport pick-up service from Calgary International Airport (YYC) on the tour start date only. Multiple pick-ups can be arranged with an additional fee.
1) Free Pick-up Time: 07:30–21:30.
The last guide pick-up departs at 20:00. the last hotel shuttle pick-up departs at 21:30.
If you miss these, guests must make their own way to the hotel.
2) Private Transfer Service (additional cost)
Private transfers can be arranged for flights arriving between 11:00–21:00.
The fare is CAD $90 + tax for the first two guests, with an additional CAD $20 + tax per extra person (maximum 4 guests per booking).
Pick-up Locations:
- Tour4fun/Westar Guide Pick-up: 10:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 / 20:00 (exact times arranged based on flight information). Location: Arrival Level, Door 5, Westar Service Counter.
- Hotel Shuttle Pick-up: 07:30–21:30 (exact times arranged based on flight information). Location: Calgary Airport Arrival Hall, outside Door 4 at Parking Stall #16.
Important Notice:
- Pick-up Method: Depending on flight arrival times, We will arrange either a guide pick-up or hotel shuttle pick-up. Guests arriving at similar times may share the same shuttle, which may result in a short waiting period at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.
- The final pick-up time and location will be confirmed via SMS one day before the tour.
- If airport transfer service is included in your itinerary, but pick-up errors occur due to late or incorrect information provided by the guest, you will need to make your own way to the hotel. In such cases, Tours4fun reserves the right to charge an additional pick-up fee equivalent to the private transfer cost.
- If we do not receive your flight details within the required timeframe, we will assume you will arrange your own transportation to the hotel, and no free pick-up will be provided.

- For airport transfers, provide accurate flight details and arrive early at the meeting point. Extra transfers due to inaccurate information may incur additional fees.
- Hotels may require a credit card for incidental deposits (phone, laundry, meals).
- All meals and activities must be booked in advance; no on-tour additions are available.
- Please be punctual for all pick-ups. Missed departures are at your own expense.
- Multiple vehicles or guides may serve your group.

[Traveler Tips]
Temperature: Expect large day-night differences (25°C daytime / 15–18°C night). Dress in layers.
Sun & Air: UV is strong; use sunscreen. The climate is dry — bring moisturizer.
Wildlife: Do not feed or approach animals. Stay in your vehicle near large wildlife.
Hotel Smoking: Strictly prohibited; violations may incur a $300+ CAD fine.
National Parks: Smoke only in designated areas; extinguish cigarette butts fully.
Hotel Facilities: Many lodges are 3–4 stories and may lack elevators.
Amenities: Eco-friendly hotels may not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or combs. Basic toiletries only.
Hot Water: Kettles are not standard; request hot water at the front desk or use the coffee maker as directed.
Attractions: Boiling water not available at most sites — plan ahead.
Electricity: Canada uses 110V, three-prong plugs (two flat, one round).
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
1. The single-room rate refers to the price for one person occupying one standard hotel room.
2. Double, triple, and quadruple room rates refer to two, three, or four guests sharing one standard hotel room.
3. Triple and quadruple rooms are typically equipped with two beds; extra beds are not available.
4. Hotel note: There is no official hotel star rating system in North America. All hotels in the itinerary are locally recognized brand hotels.
5. Standard double rooms in North American hotels are equipped with either one king/queen bed or two double beds. If you have specific bed preferences, please inform us when booking—we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Each room can accommodate a maximum of four guests in total, including adults, children, and infants.

Travel tips
For visits to national parks between December 12, 2025 and January 15, 2026, admission is free. The national park entrance fee of CAD 7.00 per person will be refunded by the tour guide during the tour.
