    Day 2 — Calgary - Johnston Canyon Upper Falls - Banff Town (lunch on own) - Bow Falls - Surprise Corner - Banff Gondola (mandatory) - Banff

    Your journey begins in Calgary, leaving behind the bustling city as you travel through the charming alpine town of Canmore en route to Banff National Park.

    The first stop is Johnston Canyon, where you will hike along the scenic trail to the Upper Falls(Trail information: approx. 5 km round trip, 120 m elevation gain. Ice cleats are provided during winter months.) Experience dramatic canyon walls and sparkling frozen waterfalls.

    Next, enjoy lunch time in Banff Town (optional at own expense). Guests may freely explore local dining options or choose the Group Optional Lunch add-on at Seoul Country Restaurant (optional).

    Afterward, continue to Bow Falls and Surprise Corner, two iconic viewpoints offering postcard-perfect winter scenery of the Rockies.

    The highlight of the day is the Banff Gondola (mandatory), ascending Sulphur Mountain for a breathtaking 360° panoramic view of the snow-covered peaks and Banff town below.  The tour concludes around sunset, approximately 17:15 PM in Banff.

    Day 3 — Banff - Emerald Lake - Natural Bridge - Lake Louise and Lunch Time (Optional at own expense) - Kootenay National Park : Marble Canyon - Banff - Calgary

    Banff - Spiral Tunnel (pass by) - Emerald Lake (20 min) - Natural Bridge (15 min) - Lake Louise & Lunch Time (120 min, optional at own expense) - Marble Canyon (45 min) - Calgary 

    Heading west, you will pass by the historic Spiral Tunnel, an engineering marvel built during the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railway, symbolizing the wisdom and perseverance of early railway workers. Continue on to the tranquil Emerald Lake, a stunning alpine gem that remains enchanting even in winter. Then visit the Natural Bridge, where the Kicking Horse River has carved its way through solid rock to form a naturally sculpted arch.

    Next, arrive at the magical Lake Louise, framed by the majestic Victoria Glacier. During January to April (subject to official opening dates), the world-renowned Ice Magic Festival transforms the area into a fairytale world of ice and snow sculptures created by artists from around the globe. Overlooking the lake, the elegant Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise adds timeless charm to the scenery.

    After lunch, continue to Marble Canyon for a light hike. The trail crosses multiple wooden bridges in a zig-zag pattern over a narrow creek, surrounded by towering limestone walls. In winter, frozen waterfalls cascade dramatically into the canyon, creating an unforgettable landscape.

    The tour concludes around sunset, approximately 17:15 PM in Banff, with an estimated return to Calgary around 19:15 PM.

【Airport Pick-up info】
Free Airport Pick-up Service: Each booking is entitled to one complimentary airport pick-up service from Calgary International Airport (YYC) on the tour start date only. Multiple pick-ups can be arranged with an additional fee.
1) Free Pick-up Time: 07:30–21:30.
The last guide pick-up departs at 20:00. the last hotel shuttle pick-up departs at 21:30.
If you miss these, guests must make their own way to the hotel.
2) Private Transfer Service (additional cost)
Private transfers can be arranged for flights arriving between 11:00–21:00.
The fare is CAD $90 + tax for the first two guests, with an additional CAD $20 + tax per extra person (maximum 4 guests per booking).
Pick-up Locations:
- Tour4fun/Westar Guide Pick-up: 10:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 / 20:00 (exact times arranged based on flight information). Location: Arrival Level, Door 5, Westar Service Counter.
Hotel Shuttle Pick-up: 07:30–21:30 (exact times arranged based on flight information). Location: Calgary Airport Arrival Hall, outside Door 4 at Parking Stall #16.
Important Notice:
- Pick-up Method: Depending on flight arrival times, We will arrange either a guide pick-up or hotel shuttle pick-up. Guests arriving at similar times may share the same shuttle, which may result in a short waiting period at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.
- The final pick-up time and location will be confirmed via SMS one day before the tour.
- If airport transfer service is included in your itinerary, but pick-up errors occur due to late or incorrect information provided by the guest, you will need to make your own way to the hotel. In such cases, Tours4fun reserves the right to charge an additional pick-up fee equivalent to the private transfer cost.

Due to limited availability at the Fairmont Hotel, please confirm with us before booking.

- Please provide complete and accurate information when booking (name, gender, contact details, adult/child, etc.) to avoid errors affecting your trip. Children's date of birth must be provided in advance to determine if a car seat is required. Any delays or losses caused by missing information are the traveler's responsibility.
- If you have not received your Tour Confirmation Letter at least 7 days before departure, please contact our staff promptly.
- To ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey, we strongly recommend pre-booking activity tickets and meal packages at the time of reservation. No additional bookings will be accepted within 10 days before departure or during the tour.
- This product is a join-in group tour at the destination. While service standards remain the same, the itinerary may be combined with other guests. The order of activities may vary depending on departure date.
- Hotel Standards: There is no official star-rating system in North America; all hotels used are local brand hotels.
- Room Type: Standard rooms in North American hotels come with either one double bed or two beds. Please inform us of special bed preferences at the time of booking; we will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
- Tour Vehicle: Vehicle size will be arranged based on group size. For groups under 24 guests, the driver may also serve as the guide. For groups of 24 or more, a driver and a guide will be provided separately.
- All transport, hotels, restaurants, and attractions have their own rules and liability policies. In the event of accidents, injuries, or other losses, claims will be handled according to each operator's policies and are not the responsibility of our company.
- In case of special circumstances (e.g., severe weather, traffic accidents), the company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary.
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your personal interests.

- If airport transfer service is included in your tour, please provide accurate flight details and arrive at the designated pickup point on time. Incorrect information may result in missed pickup. The company reserves the right to charge for an additional transfer or arrange the next available free group transfer. Each booking includes only one free airport pickup and one drop-off service.
- Depending on hotel policy, you may be required to present a credit card at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., phone, laundry, meals).
- If you need assistance before departure, please contact our Chinese-speaking customer service team.
- All activity tickets and meal packages must be pre-booked; no additional bookings will be accepted during the tour.
- Please be punctual for the meeting point at the agreed time. Latecomers who miss the bus are responsible for making their own way to the next meeting point.

- Different vehicles or guides may serve you during the tour; thank you for your understanding.
- If you need to leave the group during the tour, you must sign a Tour Exit Waiver.
- Travelers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
- Complimentary activities included in the itinerary are non-refundable if missed due to force majeure (traffic, weather, etc.) or personal reasons.
- If you have special requests (e.g., bed type, vegetarian meals, baby seat), please notify us at least 7 days before departure. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
1. The single-room rate refers to the price for one person occupying one standard hotel room.
2. Double, triple, and quadruple room rates refer to two, three, or four guests sharing one standard hotel room.
3. Triple and quadruple rooms are typically equipped with two beds; extra beds are not available.
4. Hotel note: There is no official hotel star rating system in North America. All hotels in the itinerary are locally recognized brand hotels.
5. Standard double rooms in North American hotels are equipped with either one king/queen bed or two double beds. If you have specific bed preferences, please inform us when booking—we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Each room can accommodate a maximum of four guests in total, including adults, children, and infants.
