Day-by-day itinerary

Day 1 — Arrival in New York
Welcome to New York City, the place of skyscrapers and history and where culture mingles with its people. When you check into the Luxurious property, experience a world-class New York hotel in the center of the World's most visited tourist attraction area of New York.
Check-in is at 4 p.m. in NY. If you arrive at the Hotel earlier than 4 p.m., please leave your luggage at the bell check/luggage assistance and roam through Times Square. At check-in, The Hotel will ask for Credit cards for incidentals. The Hotel will accept credit cards only in the guest's name. The only cards accepted are international credit/debit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discovery Card. If there are no incidental charges, the Hotel will release the hold from the credit card within three weeks. Everyone takes a zero-balance statement at check out.
- Meet your tour manager at 7 p.m. in the hotel lobby to start the Tour.
- Walk for 10 minutes in Times Square and enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant - a perfect way to relax after a long journey and introduce yourself to all the group members. After Dinner, enjoy free time at TIMES SQUARE (on your own) to see the city in action at night. Times Square is at its most spectacular after dark!

Day 2 — New York City Tour - Dinner Cruise
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at an Indian restaurant. Embark on a guided city tour of New York, exploring the city's iconic landmarks. Drive past and stop for photos at the 9/11 Memorial, United Nations Headquarters,Central Park, Rockefeller Center, The Vessel at Hudson Yards, and the Brooklyn Bridge.
Enjoy lunch on your own at your leisure.
After lunch, visit holiday shopping. In the evening, board a New York dinner cruise along the Hudson River. Admire landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge while enjoying a delicious Indian dinner accompanied by lively Bollywood music. This is a truly memorable way to experience the city from the water.
Note: In case of weather or unforeseen circumstances, the dinner cruise may not operate; an alternative visit to the Statue of Liberty will be provided.

Enjoy lunch on your own before continuing to Longwood Gardens, a premier botanical garden featuring spectacular floral displays, fountains, and conservatories. In the evening, enjoy dinner at an Indian restaurant and check into your hotel..

Day 4 — Hershey’s Chocolate World - Pennsylvania State Capitol - The People’s House
After breakfast, visit Hershey's Chocolate World for interactive exhibits and a fun chocolate-making experience. Then, explore the Pennsylvania State Capitol, a stunning architectural landmark showcasing the Commonwealth's history.
After enjoying lunch on your own, continue the drive to Washington, D.C. Upon arrival, explore The People's House, where the White House Experience brings history to life through engaging exhibits and interactive displays. Learn about the Executive Mansion, its rich heritage, and the many individuals who have served there, gaining a deeper appreciation of its role in American history. Conclude the evening with a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Day 5 — Washington, D.C. City Tour - National Museum - D.C. Night Tour
After breakfast, embark on a guided city tour of Washington, D.C., visiting iconic landmarks including the Jefferson Memorial, Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial, World War II Memorial, and more. Explore one of the Smithsonian National Museums, renowned for world-class exhibits in art, culture, history, and science. Enjoy lunch on your own in the city, followed by free time. - Things to carry:
- Raincoat, Umbrellas (For each one of the guests).
- Weather-appropriate clothing and Comfortable shoes.
- Important documents
- Tour Voucher, which has all essential contact numbers.
- Working Credit card - On Guest name - Hotels accept international credit/debit cards - Master Card, Visa, American Express, and discovery card for all incidental charges with sufficient balance to pay the New York hotel deposit, which gets fully refunded later in case of No Dues.
- Cash for Mandatory tips to pay the driver and your emergency needs. - Tour manager contact details will be available one week before departure.
- Valid roaming / What's App contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers and other needed services.
- For all passengers' comfort, we request travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase). Our coach can accommodate only one big and one small bag per person.
- For air travel, please check baggage quantity and size with your airline.
- Check-in time at the Hotel is 4 p.m., while the check-out is 11 a.m.
- Porterage/Baggage Handling is not included in the Tour. If guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective Hotel and pay for it themselves.
- The standard room has a king-size bed. The maximum occupancy is 4 per room. We will book a room with two double beds for three or four passengers. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with two beds. Our hotel pricing includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast, if applicable. The passengers must pay for any additional incidentals they may incur at the Hotel. (American Hotels has two Beds in one room at maximum.)
- Water bottles and kettles are not guaranteed in all hotels.
- Hotels are subject to change due to acts of God, regulations, or orders of governmental authorities; we will notify you of hotel changes.
- Our Tour manager will meet the group in the hotel lobby at 7 p.m. East.
- We have a few locations where restaurants are within walking distance of the Hotel. Seating Arrangements on the bus will be first come, first served.
- The coach size will vary depending on the number of passengers. It can be a 15-seater, 25-seater, 30-seater, or 55-seater. For van tours with fewer than 15 passengers, we will have a Driver who will act as a Tour leader.
- If the group size is 15 or less, all Breakfast and Dinner will be on the set menu (no buffet) and brought to the table. We request that the passengers follow the restaurant's guidelines.
- We recommend that passengers refrain from political and religious discussions during the travel. This vacation package is open to everyone.
- The Weather can vary depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Comfortable Walking shoes are recommended.
- We're not equipped to assist any special needs and wheelchair passengers on this Tour.
- We're not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents or other belongings. We request that the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
- We're not liable for any damage caused by customers to hotels, coaches, or anywhere while on Tour.
- We will not give any refund for No show.
- We will cover the Hotel Room + Tax and Breakfast (if applicable). All Incidental additional room service and any kind of damage will be charged to Guests' credit cards.
- The tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions for safety reasons. Please follow protocol while on Tour. In case of any breakdown beyond our control, We will try its best to fix the problem. However, We will provide No monetary compensation.
- We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on your own. If the optional tours which is not purchased through us. We will not provide any assistance with that service.
- In case of Coach Breakdown, we will provide a different coach as soon as possible. We will provide No monetary compensation.
- The Hotels mentioned in the itinerary are confirmed. However, in case of the occurrence of any circumstance beyond control - such as acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, Government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities - to the extent that such circumstances occur, the same Hotel cannot be provided. We will provide a similar Hotel. However, We will not offer any monetary compensation.
- We're not liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
