   Day 1 — Beijing

   Land in Beijing.

2. 2

   Day 2 — Forbidden City - Temple of Heaven - Summer Palace

   Explore the Forbidden City where Chinese emperors lived for 500+ years. Walk through grand courtyards and see beautiful red-and-gold buildings.
   
   Lunch: Try Beijing's famous Peking Duck! Watch chefs slice the crispy duck, then wrap it in thin pancakes with tasty sauce.
   
   Visit the Temple of Heaven, see the amazing Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests. This round blue building is where emperors prayed for good harvests 600 years ago.
   
   Stroll through the Summer Palace, walk beside Kunming Lake, marvel at the Marble Boat and Longevity Hill's pagoda-dotted landscape, once the Empress Dowager Cixi's summer retreat.

   Day 3 — Badaling Great Wall

   Drive to Badaling Great Wall, the most famous and well-preserved section. Walk along its ancient pathways high on the mountain ridge - once patrolled by Ming Dynasty soldiers - and enjoy breathtaking views of watchtowers stretching across the rolling mountains.

4. 4

   Day 4 — A Day of Your Own

5. 5

   Day 5 — Beijing - Home

   Farewell to the Capital of China.
