    Day 1 — Warsaw

    Welcome to Warsaw!
    We'll transfer you to the hotel and you'll have some free time. In the afternoon, you'll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.

    Notes:
    * Check-in: Please note that hotel check-in time is usually at 2:00 p.m. If you require earlier room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.
    * Additional Nights: If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. At the reception, you will find an information board with our staff's telephone number and hours of assistance. Until then, you have free time to enjoy at your leisure. The hotel staff can assist you with any information you need.
    * Optional Activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. If these activities are available on the local operator's app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them as early as possible to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute may result in missed opportunities due to limited tickets, bus seats, or other factors.

    Day 2 — Warsaw

    9:00 a.m. - After breakfast, we'll embark on a panoramic tour of Warsaw with a local guide. Home to nearly two million people, this political and economic hub of Poland boasts a blend of modern architecture and meticulously restored historic buildings. We'll stroll through the charming old town, featuring many old buildings, the Royal Palace, and cobbled streets, all restored after their destruction in World War II and now declared a World Heritage Site. We'll visit the Palace of Culture, a skyscraper gifted by the Soviet Union, reflect on the history of what was once the largest Jewish ghetto in Europe, and wander through Lazienki Park, home to the Chopin Monument.
    You'll have free time in the afternoon to visit museums, such as the National Museum and the Warsaw Rising Museum, or to explore the lively city center filled with shops and activities.

    Day 3 — Warsaw - Kielce - Tarnow - Krakow

    Total distance covered: 373 km.
    Scenery: Pleasant green landscapes of Mazovia, hills, and forests.
    8:00 a.m. - After breakfast, we'll depart for the forested hills of the Lesser Poland region, also known as Małopolska in Polish.
    10:30 a.m. - Kielce. We'll stop in this lively town, founded in the 11th century, with an elegant center featuring the cathedral, the bishop's palace, and beautiful garden areas. Time to explore the city and have lunch.
    1:30 p.m. - Departure from Kielce. We'll travel along small roads to enjoy the charming villages and landscapes as we travel through Lesser Poland.
    3:30 p.m. - Tarnow. Time to visit this magnificent little town, founded in the 14th century, with its large central square, medieval streets, and a mix of Renaissance and Gothic buildings reflecting Polish, Jewish, and Hungarian influences. Before World War II, the Jewish community made up about half of the town's population; its ethnographic museum serves as a reminder of the Roma community, who were persecuted during the war.
    5:30 p.m. - Departure from Tarnow. We'll continue toward Krakow.
    7:00 p.m. - We'll arrive in in Krakow by evening. We recommend taking a stroll through the lively Market Square.

    Day 4 — Krakow

    8:00 a.m. - We'll begin our panoramic tour of Krakow with a local guide, lasting approximately two and a half hours. Known as the capital of Lesser Poland, Krakow's Old Town is a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site. This medieval city is home to Poland's oldest university, where notable figures like Copernicus once studied. We'll see the vibrant Market Square, known for its artisans, the Church of Our Lady, and the Royal Road, lined with remnants of the ancient city walls. During the tour, you´ll also get to see the Wawel Royal Castle and Cathedral, where Polish royals were crowned and laid to rest. After the tour, you'll have time for a leisurely walk and lunch.
    In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Krakow on your own. Alternatively, you can join an optional excursion to the Wieliczka Salt Mines, also a UNESCO World Heritage Site, featuring intricate carved galleries, underground churches, and over 300 kilometers of tunnels.
    At the end of the day, a traditional local meal will be included.

    Day 5 — Krakow - Kalwaria - Barwald Dolny - Wadowice - Auschwitz - Katowice

    Total distance covered: 124 km.
    Scenery: Pleasant landscapes with charming villages en route.
    9:00 a.m. - Departure from Krakow.
    9:45 a.m. - Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. Arrival at this small town set in a beautiful scenic area, renowned for its complex of monasteries and chapels, known as the "Calvary". Kalwaria has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is a significant place of pilgrimage.
    10:45 a.m. - Departure from Kalwaria. We'll make a brief 15-minute stop at the wooden church of Barwald Dolny, one of the oldest historic wooden churches among the more than 50 located in Lesser Poland.
    11:30 a.m. - Wadowice. This town is famous for being the birthplace of Karol Wojtyla, later known as Pope John Paul II; you can visit his house-museum or the basilica where he was baptized. There will be time for a walk and lunch.
    1:30 p.m. - Departure from Wadowice.
    2:15 p.m. - Auschwitz-Birkenau. We'll visit one of the most solemn places in European history, the former Nazi concentration camp where over a million people perished during World War II. Now a museum and memorial, Auschwitz-Birkenau has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll visit Camp II-Birkenau, the site where trains from all over Europe arrived.
    4:15 p.m. - Departure from Auschwitz Birkenau.
    5:00 p.m. - Nikiszowiec. This neighborhood was built in the early 20th century for miners and their families. It's known for its unique architecture and vibrant community life and is currently under consideration for UNESCO World Heritage status.
    6:00 p.m. - Departure from Nikiszowiec.
    6:15 p.m. - Katowice. Arrival in the capital of Silesia. You'll have free time to explore this modern city, an important economic center. Accommodation will be in Katowice.

    Notes:
    * Kalwaria is a Catholic pilgrimage site, and Auschwitz is a place of deep sorrow. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing out of respect for these locations.

    Day 6 — Katowice - Opole - Worclaw

    Total distance covered: 214 km.
    Scenery: Mining areas and peaceful villages.
    8:00 a.m. - Departure from Katowice. After breakfast, we'll continue our journey.
    9:30 a.m. - Opole. There will be time for coffee in this lively small city, known for its well-preserved old town and the National Festival of Polish Song.
    10:15 a.m. - Leaving Opole, we'll visit the Village Museum (tickets included), an open-air museum that showcases rural life in late 19th-century Poland and the region's wooden architecture, including mills, a church, and farms.
    11:30 a.m. - Departure from the Village Museum.
    12:45 p.m. - Wroclaw. Arrival in this historic city, founded in the 10th century and capital of Lower Silesia, reflecting Polish, Czech, Austrian, and German influences. Its old town, rebuilt after World War II, features one of the most beautiful squares in Poland, a testimony of the city's rich past, with a Gothic-style Town Hall and old bourgeois houses in Gothic and Renaissance styles. The city is also famous for its numerous bridges and canals. In the afternoon, we'll enjoy a boat ride through the canals (tickets included). After, there will be free time to explore the city.

    Day 7 — Wroclaw - Poznan - Toruń - Warsaw

    Total distance covered: 630 km.
    Scenery: Expansive plains and agricultural regions.
    8:00 a.m. - Departure from Wroclaw. We'll head towards the Greater Poland region.
    10:30 a.m. - Poznan. We'll arrive in the capital of Greater Poland, one of the oldest cities in Poland. The old town is centered around the impressive Market Square, where The Town Hall stands as the centerpiece surrounded by colorful Renaissance buildings, creating a cheerful and inviting atmosphere. At noon, the famous tradition of two mechanical goats butting heads at the sound of the clock captivates visitors, a custom dating back to the 16th century. You'll have time for lunch and a stroll.
    1:00 p.m. - Departure from Poznan.
    3:30 p.m. - Toruń. We'll explore this beautifully preserved Gothic walled city, whose historic center is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Toruń is also renowned as the birthplace of Copernicus, the Renaissance genius who formulated the heliocentric theory, placing the Sun at the center of our solar system. If you wish, you can visit his museum/home.
    5:30 p.m. - Departure from Toruń.
    9:00 p.m. - Warsaw. Arrival in Poland's capital at the end of the day.

    * If the number of travelers from Toruń to Warsaw is very small, we may take this journey by train.

    Day 8 — Warsaw

    After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.

    * Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.

• Cancellations made within 30 days (inclusive) before departure will incur an additional handling fee of $30 per order. 
• Once the traveler's information (such as name, passport number, date of birth, etc.) is submitted with the booking, any modifications will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the [cancellation policy].
• If the itinerary involves special tickets/high-speed train tickets/boat tickets/cruise tickets/train tickets and other unique resources, please contact customer service after placing the order to provide a clear photo of the passport's information page, as these special resources are non-refundable once booked! 
• If the tour includes airport pickup service, please notify us of any changes to your flight at least 72 hours before departure. Changes or cancellations to the pickup service within 72 hours of departure cannot be accommodated.

【Guide】
Please note that your tour guide might be changed once or several times during the tour. On some tours, according to the number of passengers, the service may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish), either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader for smaller groups explaining in both languages.

【Luggage allowance】
One suitcase of up to 30 kg per person is allowed, plus one piece of hand luggage such as a backpack or handbag without wheels, as it must fit in the overhead compartment on the coach. If the passenger exceeds this amount, they will have to pay for the extra transport cost.

【Room configuration】
1. Tours4fun acts as an intermediary between hotels and passengers and therefore cannot guarantee a specific type of room(For double rooms, we can't guarantee 1 Queen/King Bed or 2 Separate Beds ). We will always request the passenger's preference, but the confirmation depends exclusively on the hotel.
2. Often, triple rooms are double rooms with an extra bed or sofa bed added, and they are not always comfortable. In some cases, a double and a single room is offered. Triple rooms are not recommended for three adults, only for families with children.
【Multicultural environment and bilingual tours】
1. Our tours may be bilingual and shared with passengers of different nationalities. We believe this cultural diversity enriches the travel experience, but it is important that passengers are informed in advance.
2. Our guides are certified in English (C1 level), but are not necessarily native English speakers, as they may come from various countries. Nevertheless, the service is always provided with full professionalism.
【Other tips】
1. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing our local operator's name and contact information. If at any point you were to suffer a delay arriving at the meeting point (held during customs check, loss of luggage, etc.), missing a connecting flight or your flight number was changed, you must urgently contact the transfer agent or the emergency phone number that you can find on your travel voucher.
2. For tours that include airport pick-up service, please provide your arrival flight information or pickup details at least 7 days prior to the departure date. If you don't provide the information in advance, you will be responsible for failing to arrange the arrival pickup.
3. For tours that include meals, please inform us in advance if any guests have food allergies. Requests for vegetarian meals must be made in advance and are subject to availability, with no guarantee.

* Prices for Single Occupancy apply when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Prices for Double/Triple Occupancy apply when two/three people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
