    Day 1 — Warsaw

    Welcome to Warsaw!
    We'll transfer you to the hotel and you'll have some free time. In the afternoon, you'll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.

    Notes:
    * Check-in: Please note that hotel check-in time is usually at 2:00 p.m. If you require earlier room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.
    * Additional Nights: If you requested additional nights, your room will be ready upon arrival at the hotel, but your trip guide will only contact you when the included activities begin. At the reception, you will find an information board with our staff's telephone number and hours of assistance. Until then, you have free time to enjoy at your leisure. The hotel staff can assist you with any information you need.
    * Optional Activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. If these activities are available on the local operator's app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them as early as possible to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute may result in missed opportunities due to limited tickets, bus seats, or other factors.

    Day 2 — Warsaw

    9:00 a.m. - After breakfast, we'll embark on a panoramic tour of Warsaw with a local guide. Home to nearly two million people, this political and economic hub of Poland boasts a blend of modern architecture and meticulously restored historic buildings. We'll stroll through the charming old town, featuring many old buildings, the Royal Palace, and cobbled streets, all restored after their destruction in World War II and now declared a World Heritage Site. We'll visit the Palace of Culture, a skyscraper gifted by the Soviet Union, reflect on the history of what was once the largest Jewish ghetto in Europe, and wander through Lazienki Park, home to the Chopin Monument.
    You'll have free time in the afternoon to visit museums, such as the National Museum and the Warsaw Rising Museum, or to explore the lively city center filled with shops and activities.

    Day 3 — Warsaw - Olsztynek - Elblag Canal - Malbork - Gdansk

    Total distance covered: 385 km.
    Scenery: Agricultural land dotted with lakes and forests, featuring traditional brick architecture in the North and views of the Baltic coast.
    8:00 a.m. - After breakfast, we'll head north through Poland.
    10:30 a.m. - Arrival in Olsztynek, a town that feels like a step back in time. We'll visit the open-air Museum of Folk Architecture (admission included), where you can admire wooden houses, old mills, and a traditional church.
    12:30 p.m. - Departure from Olsztynek.
    2:15 p.m. - Elblag. We'll stop to see Poland's longest navigable canal. We'll also visit a museum in an area where boats are hauled over land on rails to navigate elevation changes.
    3:15 p.m. - Departure from Elblag.
    4:15 p.m. - Arrival in Malbork, in the Pomerania region. We’ll tour the impressive Malbork Castle (admission included, green route), one of the largest medieval castles in Europe, built in the 13th century by the Teutonic Order and now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
    6:00 p.m. - Departure from Malbork.
    7:00 p.m. - Gdansk (formerly Danzig). The historic center is stunning and lively, and we highly recommend an evening stroll to experience its vibrant atmosphere.

    Day 4 — Gdansk - Sopot - Ferry

    Total distance covered: 25 km.
    9:30 a.m. - After breakfast, we'll join our guide for a visit to the European Solidarity Centre, a striking contemporary building that commemorates the history of the Solidarity movement, which played a pivotal role in the fall of the Soviet Union. Highlights include the monument dedicated to the fallen workers. Next, we'll include admission to the Museum of the Second World War. This impressive museum, opened in 2017, serves as a powerful reminder of the 3 to 6 million people who lost their lives in Poland during that tragic conflict. Afterward, we'll have some time to explore the historic center.
    12:30 p.m. - Departure from Gdansk.
    1:00 p.m. - Sopot. Arrival with time for sightseeing and lunch in this elegant seaside resort town, known for its vibrant beach on the Baltic Sea. Its wooden pier, one of the longest in Europe, offers stunning views of the Bay of Gdansk.
    5:30 p.m. - Departure from Sopot to the port of Gdynia. We'll board our modern night ferry (cruise-style) for our journey to Sweden. The scheduled departure is at 07:30 p.m., with overnight accommodation in cabins. Breakfast will be included.

    Notes:
    * You'll spend the night on the ferry. Remember to pack a small bag with everything you'll need for the night and keep your documentation handy as we'll be entering Sweden.
    * We recommend bringing a jacket to enjoy the ferry deck.
    * The schedule for this stage may vary depending on the final ferry timetable, which is sometimes set to depart at 09:00 p.m., especially during July and August.

    Day 5 — Ferry - Karlskrona - Västervik - Stockholm

    Total distance covered: 503 km.
    6:30 a.m. (approx.) - Karlskrona. Arrival at a southern Swedish port. After a pleasant journey, we'll continue our trip by bus.
    10:30 a.m. - Vastervik. Take some time to explore this charming seaside town with a beautiful historic center.
    12:00 p.m. - Departure from Vastervik. We'll continue north through landscapes of lakes and forests.
    3:30 p.m. - Stockholm. We'll arrive in the capital of Sweden, a stunning city spread across fourteen islands in the Baltic Sea archipelago, connected by numerous bridges and ferries. Stockholm is renowned for its rich history, stunning architecture, and its blend of modernity and tradition. The afternoon is yours to enjoy. We recommend taking a stroll through the historic center and visiting its museums and parks.

    Day 6 — Stockholm

    Today we'll embark on a panoramic tour of this beautiful capital city, built on 14 interconnected islands. We'll visit Gamla Stan, also known as the "the city between bridges", the lively old quarter filled with monumental buildings such as the Nobel Prize Museum, located right beside the main square of Stortorget which honors Nobel Prize winners, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we'll enjoy the stunning views from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Afterwards, you'll have leisure time to explore. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, you can visit the City Hall and the Vasa Museum.

    Day 7 — Stockholm

    After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.

    Notes:
    * Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.

• Cancellations made within 30 days (inclusive) before departure will incur an additional handling fee of $30 per order. 
• Once the traveler's information (such as name, passport number, date of birth, etc.) is submitted with the booking, any modifications will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the [cancellation policy].
• If the itinerary involves special tickets/high-speed train tickets/boat tickets/cruise tickets/train tickets and other unique resources, please contact customer service after placing the order to provide a clear photo of the passport's information page, as these special resources are non-refundable once booked! 
• If the tour includes airport pickup service, please notify us of any changes to your flight at least 72 hours before departure. Changes or cancellations to the pickup service within 72 hours of departure cannot be accommodated.

【Luggage allowance】
One suitcase of up to 30 kg per person is allowed, plus one piece of hand luggage such as a backpack or handbag without wheels, as it must fit in the overhead compartment on the coach. If the passenger exceeds this amount, they will have to pay for the extra transport cost.

【Room configuration】
1. Tours4fun acts as an intermediary between hotels and passengers and therefore cannot guarantee a specific type of room(For double rooms, we can't guarantee 1 Queen/King Bed or 2 Separate Beds ). We will always request the passenger's preference, but the confirmation depends exclusively on the hotel.
2. Often, triple rooms are double rooms with an extra bed or sofa bed added, and they are not always comfortable. In some cases, a double and a single room is offered. Triple rooms are not recommended for three adults, only for families with children.
【Multicultural environment and bilingual tours】
1. Our tours may be bilingual and shared with passengers of different nationalities. We believe this cultural diversity enriches the travel experience, but it is important that passengers are informed in advance.
2. Our guides are certified in English (C1 level), but are not necessarily native English speakers, as they may come from various countries. Nevertheless, the service is always provided with full professionalism.
【Other tips】
1. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing our local operator's name and contact information. If at any point you were to suffer a delay arriving at the meeting point (held during customs check, loss of luggage, etc.), missing a connecting flight or your flight number was changed, you must urgently contact the transfer agent or the emergency phone number that you can find on your travel voucher.
2. For tours that include airport pick-up service, please provide your arrival flight information or pickup details at least 7 days prior to the departure date. If you don't provide the information in advance, you will be responsible for failing to arrange the arrival pickup.
3. For tours that include meals, please inform us in advance if any guests have food allergies. Requests for vegetarian meals must be made in advance and are subject to availability, with no guarantee.
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
* Prices for Single Occupancy apply when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Prices for Double/Triple Occupancy apply when two/three people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple price does not guarantee a third bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Prices for child apply when a child of 3-15 stays as the 3rd person in one standard hotel room.
