    Day 1 — Toronto - Niagara Falls

    In the evening, take a bus to one of the world's natural wonders, Niagara Falls! In the evening, you are free to enjoy the unique night view of the waterfall illuminated by colorful lights, or go to the lively Clifton Hill and have a beautiful night view of the falls in a cool and trendy way.     Day 2 — Niagara Falls - Toronto

    Enjoy the Niagara Falls Skylon Tower (Fee apply) observation deck offers a spectacular 360 degree view of the entire city including the fall, then you can take Niagara City Cruise (Fee apply, May – Nov). Then enjoy The Niagara Fall movie to know all the history about this adventure (Fee apply). Next, go Table Rock Centre and let your eyes wander as your witness the brand-new architectural features. Afterwards, head to the helicopter tour (Fee apply), a popular attraction at Niagara Falls, combining adventure and scenery. Following this, take a scenic route to The Number 1 Ice-Wine winery for ice wine tasting, variety of ice wines are also available for souvenirs. Afterwards return to Toronto and complete your pleasant journey.

This product is sold as a package. Once your order is confirmed, the platform will reserve all products, activities, and services with suppliers. If you are unable to participate in any included item, activity, or service, it will be regarded as a voluntary forfeiture, and no refund will be issued.

Group B:
- Cancellations made 5 days or more before departure (excluding the departure day): No cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 4 days of departure:
1. No refund will be issued for cancellations.
2. Postponement or rescheduling is subject to availability. If you request a change at least 3 days prior to departure (excluding the departure day) and it is approved, a change fee of CAD$150/person will apply.
Note: Prepaid items (such as attraction tickets or private transfers) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Group A:
- Cancellations made 12 business days or more before departure (excluding the departure day): 90% of the total tour fee will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within 11 business days of departure:
1. No refund will be issued for cancellations.
2. Postponement or rescheduling is subject to availability. If you request a change at least 12 business days before departure (excluding the departure day) and it is approved, a change fee of CAD$200–300/person will apply.
Note: Prepaid items (such as seasonal attraction tickets) cannot be adjusted or refunded.

Special notes
  • We strongly recommend that guests purchase additional travel and medical insurance. Please contact our company for more details.
  • For the safety of your personal belongings, we advise that you keep all valuables with you at all times during the trip. Do not leave them unattended on the bus, in hotels, at attractions, or in restaurants.
  • In the event of theft under any circumstances or at any location, the local tour operator, driver, tour leader, and guide will not be held responsible for any loss of personal property. Thank you for your understanding.
  • According to North American hotel standards, towels, shampoo, and soap are provided in the bathroom. However, most hotels do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, or plug adapters, so please bring these items yourself.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all hotel rooms. Violators will be fined $350–$450 and may face legal consequences.
  • Late Arrival or No-Show:
    - If a guest is late or absent on the day of departure for any reason, no refund, rescheduling, or transfer to another person will be allowed.
    - If a guest fails to show up on the departure day without prior notice, the company reserves the right to charge a no-show penalty.
    - During the tour, guests are expected to follow the guide's instructions and arrive at the designated meeting points on time. Any additional expenses or losses incurred due to failure to do so will be borne by the guest.
    - Guests who voluntarily leave the tour partway through are considered to have withdrawn from the group. No refunds will be issued, and the company bears no responsibility for any consequences thereafter.
    - If a guest fails to appear at the scheduled departure time and location, the company cannot guarantee their participation in the tour.
    - All bus seating is arranged freely by the tour guide. In the event of a no-show, the company and the tour guide reserve the right to reassign or reallocate the vacant seat at their discretion.
  • This product does not accept tickets or city passes purchased independently by guests. Any tickets or services bought separately cannot be used during the group's free time.
  • All expenses within Canada are calculated in Canadian dollars, and all expenses within the U.S. are calculated in U.S. dollars. Guests who only carry U.S. dollars will need to cover any exchange rate differences between USD and CAD.
  • The designated boarding point is also the default drop-off point. If you wish to be dropped off at a different location, please inform us in advance so we can confirm feasibility.
  • Outside tickets are not allowed for this itinerary. Please purchase any optional activities directly from the tour guide during the tour; entrance fees must be paid in cash.
  • Bus arrangements: Usually, all travelers under the same booking will be assigned to the same bus. If you and your friends/family booked separately but want to travel on the same bus, please contact us at least 5 working days before departure.
  • Due to current special circumstances, attraction prices, opening dates, and hours may change at any time. Please refer to the actual prices and conditions at the time of visit. If an attraction is closed, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the itinerary accordingly.
  • To ensure smooth operation, we reserve the right to change, adjust, or cancel parts of the itinerary. The sequence and content of the itinerary may be rearranged as needed; please follow the guide's instructions on the day of the tour.
  • Please arrive early at the boarding point and wait there. Departure and arrival times are approximate. We appreciate your understanding if delays occur due to special circumstances such as weather, roadworks, strikes, road closures, or vehicle issues.
  • Mini-bar items in hotel rooms are chargeable; please be aware.
  • Long-distance calls made from the room will be charged to your account and must be settled at checkout.
  • Hotels typically offer both paid and free TV channels. Please ask the hotel staff or tour guide about charges, usage, and rules beforehand to avoid unnecessary costs.
  • For safety and passenger rights, we reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and hotels due to weather, road conditions, or other force majeure events.
  • Tour prices may be adjusted during Christmas, New Year, National Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, or other long holiday weekends. We appreciate your understanding.
  • The group is expected to stay together. Leaving the group during the tour requires the guide's permission to avoid accidents.
  • Under special circumstances (weather, roadworks, strikes, closures, vehicle issues), we reserve the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary to protect traveler interests.
  • Guests must prepare all necessary travel documents such as passports and visas.
  • Flight information must be provided at the time of booking. Any changes must be notified to the company at least 72 hours (working days) before departure to confirm any change of meeting points. The company is not responsible for missed departures due to flight changes.
  • If no flight information is provided, the guest will be considered as "self-check-in" at the first night's hotel (during long weekends, a 5 working-day notice is required for meeting point changes).
  • If hotel accommodation is arranged on the tour day, the group will return to the hotel after all scheduled activities are completed. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If any listed attractions cannot be visited due to uncontrollable or force majeure factors, we will do our best to arrange alternative plans or adjust the visit order. Changes or cancellations of attractions will not be separately notified.
  • If no guests choose to participate in optional attractions, we do not guarantee stops or visits to those attractions. Thank you for your understanding.
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
During peak season, due to limited hotel room availability, we may need to arrange alternative hotels of equivalent standard for you. Thank you for your understanding and support!
* In North America, hotel rooms can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Extra beds are generally not provided. If an extra bed is requested, an additional fee may apply and is subject to the hotel's availability and policy.
* The common room types in North American hotels are as follows:
Single/Double rooms typically feature one large bed (either 1 Queen Bed or 1 King Bed);
Triple rooms usually include one large bed plus a sofa bed or a rollaway bed;
Quadruple rooms generally have two standard double beds.
