   Day 1 — Calgary Airport Pickup (Tour A)

   Welcome to Calgary to start a journey embracing nature. Here you can find dazzling peaks, lush alpine meadows, blue-green lakes, dense virgin forests and rich wildlife. You can integrate into nature, relax your body and mind, taste delicious food, leisurely enjoy the joy of blending with nature, and let life bloom between breaths.
   
   Calgary Charm Half-Day Highlights Tour Itinerary (3 hours): Chinatown → Celebrity Landmark Central Library → Studio Bell (exterior) → National Music Centre (exterior) → Calgary Tower (exterior) → Peace Bridge → Prince's Island Park → River Café or shopping at famous stores such as The Core and Holt Renfrew on Stephen Avenue
   
   Notes: It is requied to be booked in advance. Minimum of 2 guests is required to be operated.
   Meeting point: 13:30: DoubleTree by Hilton Calgary North, the tour will last a total of 3 hours (including transfers and guided tours).

   Day 2 — Calgary - Johnston Canyon - Banff Gondola - Lake Minnewanka - Town of Banff

   Today we will visit many attractions in Banff National Park. You will first explore the spectacular Johnston Canyon and admire the charming waterfalls, then take the Banff Gondola, and enjoy your lunch while overlooking the magnificent scenery after reaching the top of the mountain; Then we will go to Lake Minnewanka, enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the lake, check in the Hoodoos, appreciate the unique structure of the rock, visit the Surprise Corner, and feel the spectacular fusion of lakes and mountains. Finally, we will return to the Town of Banff for free activities, experience the local culture and food, and then end this unforgettable journey with beautiful memories.
   Itinerary:
   Calgary → Banff National Park → Johnston Canyon (60mins) → Banff Gondola (Optional, 60mins) → Lake Minnewanka (30mins) → Hoodoos (15mins) → Surprise Corner (15mins) → Town of Banff (60mins) 
   
   Note: The Surprise Corner will be closed for maintenance from 09/08/2025-10/20/2025. During this period, the site will not be included in the itinerary on the day of the visit. We appreciate your understanding.

   Day 3 — Town of Banff - Columbia Icefield - Peyto Lake - Bow Lake - Town of Banff

   This morning we will depart from Banff, travel along the Icefield Parkway, take a giant snowmobile to the 300-meter-deep Athapascal Glacier, and personally experience the remains of the Second Ice Age. Then we headed to Peyto Lake, a glacial lake whose turquoise waters attract a large number of nature lovers and photography enthusiasts. Then we will go to Bow Lake, when the lake water melts in the summer, the lake water turns a dazzling blue, and the tranquil lake water is like a mirror, with the surrounding mountains reflected in it.

   Day 4 — Banff - "Rocky Mountaineer" First Passage to the West Train Tour - Kamloops

   Travel aboard the Rocky Mountaineer to Kamloops, in the heart of British Columbia's interior. As you journey west and south you will be surrounded by the dramatic scenery of the Continental Divide and by the river valleys of the Monashee and Cariboo mountains. Today's highlights include Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3,954 meters (12,972 feet), Pyramid Falls, the climb over Yellowhead Pass and the journey along the North Thompson River as you approach Kamloops. Then, we will stay overnight in Kamloops.

   Special Note:
   The departure time is based on the departure time on the train ticket. There is no tour guide on the train, and guests need to communicate in English by themselves.

   Day 5 — Kamloops - "Rocky Mountaineer" Journey Through The Clouds Train Tour - Vancouver

   Board the train around 07:35 am PT. Your journey continues west towards the Pacific Ocean and the coastal city of Vancouver. On today's journey you will again see the dramatic changes in scenery, from the desert-like environment of the interior, through the winding river canyons and pristine forests, to the Coast and Cascade mountains and the lush green fields of the Fraser River Valley. Today's highlights include the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River and the rushing waters of Hell's Gate in the Fraser Canyon. After a full day of the train, you will arrive in Vancouver between 18:00 pm and 19:30 pm PT.

Special notes

• Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
• Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. If the order includes children, please make sure to inform our customer service of the age of the children in advance when placing the order, otherwise the children will be charged on-site according as adults. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
• Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible. 
• Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. We guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
• This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
• We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
• During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
• If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary.  When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
• Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. The operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
• Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. We do not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
• In order to make your trip more complete, pleasant, and smooth, we strongly recommend that you choose to book event tickets, catering packages, etc. when making your order. Please be aware that we do not provide any additional booking services within 7 days before the departure date or during the tour.
• The price in the system is US dollars which includes tax. If you need to pay in CAD dollars, all CAD dollar prices do not include 5% GST.
• We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions on our website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
• The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While the operator makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a delay.
• We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
• The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
• This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
• Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
• Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with Federal law and prohibited in most hotel rooms. Customers are responsible for any penalty charged by the hotel in a non-smoking room at least $250 per night.
• Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
• Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
* If the order includes children, please make sure to note and inform them of their age in advance when booking the itinerary, otherwise fees will be charged as adults on-site.

 Limited-Time Free Admission to Canadian National Parks
Applicable Period: From June 20 to September 2, 2025, visitors entering designated national parks in Canada during this period will receive a cash rebate on the park admission fee!
Details:
For park visits within the applicable period, each guest will receive an on-site cash refund of USD $16 per person based on the commercial admission rate. The refund will be handled directly by the tour guide.

* All ticket discount fees will be refunded in cash to customers by the tour guide on the last day of the itinerary. Please pay attention to the group notice at that time.
