Day 1 — Home - Vancouver
A warm welcome is waiting within the soaring peaks of Canada's Rockies. Your epic Canadian Rockies tour begins in Vancouver, one of the world's most international and liveable cities. Day 2 — Vancouver - Victoria
Make your way to the leafy sanctuary of Stanley Park for the first Indigenous experience of the day, viewing First Nations totem poles. Gain insights into Indigenous cultures and values during a visit to the Bill Reid Gallery, the only gallery in Canada dedicated to Northwest Indigenous art, on a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience including a docent-led tour and time to explore the gallery on your own. Continue by ferry to Vancouver Island for an orientation of gorgeous Victoria.

Day 3 — Victoria
Today on your Canadian Rockies tour, the Garden City comes to life as you greet the day before opening hours with breakfast at Butchart Gardens, a 55-acre showcase of gorgeous floral gardens that have colorfully transformed a once unused quarry.
After breakfast, enjoy time in the garden before the crowds. Spend the rest of the day exploring the walkable capital of British Columbia perhaps treating yourself to high tea or tucking into a local fish and chips shop. Or, join an optional Victoria Whale Watching cruise and keep your eyes peeled for orca and humpback whales, bald eagles, porpoises and seals.

Day 4 — Victoria - Kamloops
Cruise by ferry to the home of the Maan Family for a Be My Guest experience at their family-run farm. Meet your hosts, fourth generation owners, and learn how they turned one small berry stand into a farm that now provides quality produce to locals. Get the inside scoop on a behind-the-scenes winery tour or seasonal U-pick experience of their strawberries, raspberries or blueberries followed by a tasty lunch of Indian-inspired fare. Next up, you'll make your way to Kamloops for a Stays with Stories experience at The South Thompson Inn. Day 5 — Kamloops - Mount Robson - Jasper
The grand peak of UNESCO-listed Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies at 3,954 m (12,972 ft), will make you gasp. Stop at the Mount Robson Visitor Center for postcard-worthy views before continuing to the raw wilderness of Jasper National Park, another UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you'll spend the next two nights of your Canadian Rockies tour. If you're eager to start your exploration of the park, join an optional Jasper Guided Hike taking in hills, jagged peaks, forests, meadows, marshes, streams and glacial lakes with a licensed guide.

Day 6 — Jasper
Maligne Canyon springs to life this morning on a guided walk. Later, cruise the aqua waters of Maligne Lake (seasonal), admiring views of its three glaciers and Spirit Island.
Then kick back with more stunning views over a delicious lunch with wine at the lakeside Maligne Lake Chalet. Continue your exploration with an Optional Experience rafting trip down the Athabasca River, a route used by "fur traders" over two centuries ago - keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife. Tonight, enjoy an optional theater performance highlighting the best of this mountain town.

Day 7 — Jasper - Athabasca Glacier - Banff
Get ready for the icy fingers of the Columbia Icefield as you journey along the Icefields Parkway to Athabasca Glacier. With your Local Specialist, cross its icy terrain, one of the largest non-polar ice fields in the world, on board a specially designed 'Ice Explorer'. Your Canadian Rockies tour takes you to Lake Louise, where there is time to soak in the majestic beauty of the lake and its turquoise, glacier-fed waters fringed by high peaks, deep forests and overlooked by Victoria Glacier. Continue on to the township of Banff, in the heart of UNESCO-listed Banff National Park.

- The highest elevation point for this guided vacation is 10000 ft. / 3050 m.
- Guests MUST have a valid Passport to enter Canada, with at least 6 months validity from the return date from Canada. US Passport Cards are ONLY acceptable for land crossing NOT flight arrival.
- Passports with a minimum of 6 months validity after return date are required and are at your expense.
- Non-US citizens please check if visas are needed with your nearest consulate.
- Day 1 is the start date and first hotel night included with the journey. Please arrange flights to arrive on or before Day 1.
- To give ample time for check-in and security, we recommend arriving at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight departure. - Travel insurance:
- We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance prior to your trip.
- Your insurance should cover trip interruption, personal injury, medical expenses, and evacuation and repatriation cover including during pandemic events. - Luggage:
- Travelling with the local operator entitles each guest to travel with one suitcase not exceeding 23kg (50lbs) in weight, with the dimensions of 76cm x 46cm x 25cm (30” x 18” x 10”). Carry-on/hand luggage is restricted to one piece per person, not exceeding 12”x11”x6” (30x28x14 cm) to fit under your coach seat or in the small overhead compartment. Telescopic handles or wheels not permitted.
- Internal flights: Luggage allowance is limited to 1 piece per person (maximum of 20Kg/44lbs) and 1 hand luggage per person (maximum of 7Kg/15lbs).
- We strongly recommend that you test the weight of your baggage prior to travel. You should be able to lift and comfortably transport it for short distances.
- Baggage allowances vary from airline to airline and you should check with your chosen carrier for details prior to travel. - Border crossings and visa requirements:
- Each guest must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the conclusion of their trip and that they have acquired all necessary visas and permits. Multiple-entry visas may be required if you are entering a country more than once on your holiday.
- Guests are advised that only the countries you plan to visit can provide up-to-date information about their specific visa requirements. Guests should contact the nearest embassy or consulate of the countries they plan to visit well in advance of travel. Please check your itinerary carefully. Remember that requirements vary based on a passport's place of issue and that the process can take time.
- Check that multi-entry visas have the correct entry dates and destinations before you travel. Please be aware that with some itineraries, you may travel through a country without making an overnight stop. If this happens on your itinerary, you will still need a visa to enter/exit the country.
- Please ensure that you carry proper identification with you at all times, as border crossings will need to see your entry documents and passports. Usually crossing borders is a very straightforward process that is managed by your Travel Director. However, be advised that you may be required to open your luggage and answer simple questions about the length of your stay, purpose of travel, etc.
