Day-by-day itinerary

    Day 1 — Calgary Arrival

    Arrival & Transfer: Upon arrival in Calgary, transfer from the airport to your hotel by Hotel shuttle. Please ensure you provide your flight and contact details at least one week prior to departure.
    Hotel Check-in: Check into the hotel (check-in time: 3:00 PM). Early check-in is subject to hotel policy and availability.
    Please note: The hotel may take your credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals. The hold on the card will be released after checkout if no charges are incurred. It is highly recommended that you confirm the release of the hold with the front desk at checkout.
    Evening Program: Meet and greet your Tour Manager at 6:00 PM in the hotel lobby for tour introductions and a detailed briefing about your upcoming journey.
    Important: If your flight arrives late, you may miss today's scheduled activities. No refunds will be provided for missed services.
    Dinner: Enjoy a delicious dinner at Indian a restaurant.

    Day 2 — Calgary - Jasper / Hinton

    Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting off on a full day journey to Jasper.
    Scenic Drive: Today's drive takes you along some of the most spectacular routes in the Canadian Rockies. Travel through rolling foothills and dramatic mountain landscapes as you leave Calgary behind and head toward Jasper National Park.
    Banff National Park: Drive through Banff National Park, Canada's first national park, and take in breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and forests.
    Wildlife Spotting: Keep your eyes open for wildlife such as elk, moose, mountain goats, and even bears that are often seen along this route.
    Dinner: Arrive in Hinton and enjoy a hearty dinner on at a local Indian restaurant
    Overnight Stay: Overnight stay at the hotel in Hinton.

    Day 3 — Jasper - Banff / Canmore

    Breakfast: After breakfast at the hotel, continue your journey through the breathtaking Canadian Rockies with a full-day scenic drive to Banff via the world-famous Icefields Parkway (Hwy 93), one of the most spectacular drives in North America.
    Athabasca Falls: Make a quick photo stop at the powerful Athabasca Falls, where the rushing waters carve through the rugged canyon - a must-see natural wonder.
    Columbia Icefield & Glacier Adventure: Arrive at the Glacier Discovery Centre. Board the iconic Ice Explorer Bus, a massive all-terrain vehicle, and venture onto the ancient Athabasca Glacier, where you can step out and walk on ice that is up to 360 m (1,180 ft) thick. Then, take a shuttle to the Glacier Skywalk, a glass-floored observation platform suspended 280 m (919 ft) above the Sunwapta Valley, offering breathtaking views of glaciers, rugged peaks, and dramatic cliffs.
    Peyto Lake (time permitting): Stop at the stunning Peyto Lake, famous for its bright turquoise color and wolf-head shape - one of the most photographed lakes in the Rockies.
    Explore Banff: Continue to Banff National Park and enjoy free time to explore the charming town of Banff at your own pace. Stroll through its quaint shops, cozy cafés, and scenic streets surrounded by mountain vistas.

    Day 4 — Canmore - Lake Louise - Yoho National Park - Canmore

    Breakfast: After breakfast, begin your day with a scenic drive toward Lake Louise, one of the most iconic destinations in the Canadian Rockies. Known for its striking turquoise, glacier-fed waters, Lake Louise is surrounded by towering mountain peaks and overlooked by the elegant Fairmont Chateau. Take time for photos and soak in breathtaking views.
    Yoho National Park: Continue your journey to Yoho National Park, whose name - "Yoho" - is a Cree expression of awe and wonder. This park is home to 28 peaks over 3,000 meters and is renowned for its dramatic rock walls and spectacular waterfalls.
    Emerald Lake: Stroll along the shores of the gem-colored Emerald Lake, taking in its stunning reflections of the surrounding mountains and the vibrant wildflowers in summer.
    Natural Bridge: Stop to see the Natural Bridge, where the powerful Kicking Horse River has carved its way through solid rock, creating a naturally formed stone bridge - a true geological marvel.

    Day 5 — Banff - Calgary

    Breakfast: After breakfast at the hotel, begin your scenic drive from Banff Calgary.
    Banff Gondola Ride: Experience the Banff Gondola, which takes you to the summit of Sulphur Mountain. From the top, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of six surrounding mountain ranges, the Bow Valley, and the charming town of Banff below.
    Lake Minnewanka: Continue to Lake Minnewanka, a stunning glacial lake surrounded by rugged mountains. You will have the opportunity to take the famous Lake Minnewanka Cruise (optional and subject to availability) or enjoy a self-driven boat experience (optional and subject to availability).
    Calgary Orientation Tour: Drive through Calgary for an orientation tour, exploring key landmarks and highlights of this vibrant city, including its modern downtown core, Calgary Tower (from outside), and other major points of interest.
    Dinner & Overnight: End the day with dinner at a local Indian restaurant before checking in to your hotel in Calgary for an overnight stay.

Special notes
  • All bookings need to be received 32 days prior to the departure dates. This is mandatory for Canadian departures.
  • Things to Carry: 
    - Raincoat, Umbrellas (For each one of the guests); Weather-appropriate clothing and Comfortable shoes; Important documents
    - Tour Voucher, which has all essential contact numbers
    - Credit card - On Guest name - Hotels accept incidentals (International credit/debit card)- Master Card, Visa, American Express, and discovery card for all incidenatal charges.
  • Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details.
  • Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date
  • A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
  • For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
  • Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that this may incur at the hotel.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
  • Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
  • Seating Arrangement in the bus will be first come first serve. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15 seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater
  • We're not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
  • Hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
  • A $35 wire transfer fee per order applies for all bank transactions.
  • A surcharge of $50 per person for bookings on Double Occupancy and $100 per person will be added to Single Occupancy for all bookings that are confirmed within ten days of travel. Sometimes, the Hotels are sold out. In those cases, the additional charge will vary.
  • The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
  • We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
  • We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
  • Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
  • The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
  • Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
  • We do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
  • Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
  • In NO event our company is liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.
  • We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on weather, traffic, or other conditions for the convenience of the traveling customers. We reserve the right to use Van/Minibus/Coach depending on the number of passengers.
  • In case of coach break down due to mechanical failures, the company will make every effort to fix the problem but please note that there will be no monetary compensation for the inconvenience caused.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 8 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
* Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Rollaway beds are not allowed in a room with 2 beds.
