    Day 1 — Toronto - Hershey’s Chocolate World

    Depart from Toronto in the morning; pass by the famous Niagara Falls then cross border and head to Pennsylvania. Visit the Hershey's Chocolate World where we get to meet the characters from the Hershey's products, learn about the process of chocolate making and also to experience the exciting new chocolate making tour rides. Transfer to hotel.

    Day 2 — Washington D.C. - Clarksburg Premium Outlets

    Arrive at Washington DC in the early morning and visit The Washington monument, Lincoln memorial. Following we arrive at Tidal Basin and Jefferson Memorial to enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms. Next we will go to the new opened Clarksburg Premium Outlets. Where you will find a most updated fashion trend & world luxury stores such as Tory Burch, Salvatore Ferragamo, Superdry, Kate Spade, UGG & etc.

    You can also enjoy the Cherry Blossom Parade. ****(ONLY departure on April 11)
    Enjoy the annual Spring Parade featuring beautifully designedlarge-scale floats, high school and university marching bands,and lively interactions between cartoon characters, performers,and spectators.     Day 3 — Penn’s Cave - Duty Free Shop - Toronto

    Depart from hotel then head towards the greatest natural wonders Penn's cave (Fee apply) in Pennsylvania. After the tour will stop at duty free shops before crossing the border to Canada, arrive in Toronto in the late evening.

  • Postponing or modifying the tour departure is subject to feasibility. If the departure date is successfully changed, the full penalty will not be charged; however, a modification fee (CAD 75–CAD 150) may apply, depending on the specific case. This does not include "all-season tours" that require advance payment for tickets, such as train tickets, boat tickets, attractions, and specialty meals.
  • If a participant is late or absent on the departure day for any reason, no refund will be provided, and the booking cannot be rescheduled or transferred to another person.
  • If a participant fails to show up on the day of the tour without prior notice, the company has the right to charge a penalty fee for the absence.
  • Throughout the tour, if a participant does not follow the tour leader's instructions and arrives late to the meeting point, any additional expenses or losses incurred will be the responsibility of the participant.
  • If a participant leaves the group during the tour, it is considered personal behavior. The company will not provide any refunds, and all consequences after leaving the group are the responsibility of the participant.
  • If a participant does not show up at the agreed departure time and location, the company cannot guarantee the participant's travel rights.
  • All bus seats are assigned by the tour leader. If a participant is absent on the day of departure, the company and the tour guide have the right to rearrange and handle the vacant seat.

Special notes
  • You must carry a Canadian passport. Non-Canadian citizens need to prepare a U.S. visa and PR Card.
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months (based on the departure date).
  • If entering Canada or the U.S. with a visa, you must specify the type of document, expiration date, and departure date, and you must carry a copy of the return flight ticket.
  • Children under 18 traveling without both parents need a consent letter to cross the border.
  • For guests traveling to Canada from abroad: Passports from visa-exempt countries (except U.S. citizens) must obtain an eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) before boarding a flight to Canada. This is a new entry requirement for citizens of visa-exempt countries who are flying into Canada or transiting through Canada. The eTA is electronically linked to your passport and is valid for five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. Travelers entering Canada by sea or land do not require an eTA.
  • Please note: The first 4 rows of the bus are VIP seats. If you wish to sit there, please book them when making your reservation.
  • This itinerary requires you to have valid documents for entering the United States. Immigrants must carry their PR card (Permanent Resident Card).
  • The default boarding location for this itinerary is also the drop-off point. If you wish to be dropped off at a different location, please inform us in advance, and we will check if it is possible.
  • The itinerary does not accept self-purchased attraction tickets. For optional activities, please consult the tour guide directly on the day of the tour for purchasing options.
  • The above itinerary schedule and meal arrangements may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, or other factors. We appreciate your understanding.
  • If there is hotel accommodation included, you will check into the hotel only after the entire itinerary has been completed. We appreciate your understanding.
  • If any listed attractions cannot be visited due to uncontrollable or force majeure factors, we will make every effort to assist you in arranging alternative activities so as not to delay your trip. We may also adjust the order of visits or cancel certain attractions without further notice.
  • Tour participants must select a boarding location when signing up. If changes are needed, please notify the head office at least 72 hours (business days) before departure to confirm the change of location. The company will not be responsible for any delays caused by changes.
  • No changes will be accepted within 72 hours. (For long weekends, notification must be made at least 5 business days in advance to confirm the change of location).
  • Hotel and tour guide information: The tour guide will provide relevant travel details to guests between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM (Eastern Time) the night before departure, either by phone or text message.
  • If you do not receive any notification, please arrive at the designated boarding location at least 15 minutes in advance.
  • Bus Arrangements: Typically, guests from the same booking will be arranged on the same bus. If you and your family or friends have made separate bookings but wish to travel on the same bus, please contact us at least 5 business days in advance.
  • The itinerary does not accept self-purchased attraction tickets. For optional activities, please consult the tour guide directly to purchase tickets on the day of the tour. Attraction tickets must be paid in cash.
  • In special circumstances (including but not limited to severe weather, traffic accidents, etc.), the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary and any travel activities before departure or after the tour has started. The company also reserves the right to shorten or extend the journey, or to cancel visits to attractions and adjust the itinerary if an attraction is closed or unavailable.
  • If you need to extend your hotel stay, please contact us for a quotation.
  • To ensure the smooth operation of the tour, the company reserves the right to modify, adjust, or cancel the itinerary. The order and content of the itinerary may be adjusted according to specific circumstances, and you should follow the tour guide's arrangements on the day of the tour.
  • Please arrive at the boarding location in advance. The times for boarding and alighting are for reference only. In case of special circumstances (e.g., weather, road repairs, strikes, road closures, or vehicle issues), delays may occur, and we ask for your understanding.
  • Travelers should carefully assess their health condition before signing up for the tour to ensure they are fit for the trip. Those with poor physical or mental conditions should consult a doctor before participating. Please bring any necessary medications based on your health needs. Travelers are responsible for any consequences arising from their own illnesses, and if it affects the group's normal itinerary, the tour company reserves the right to cancel their participation, and the paid fees will not be refunded. It is strongly recommended that travelers purchase necessary travel insurance to protect their interests.
  • If the company deems that a traveler is disturbing the normal group activities and interests, the tour leader has the right to cancel their participation at any time. Any actions taken by the traveler after leaving the group are no longer the responsibility of the company.
  • Due to climate, road conditions, or other force majeure factors, in order to ensure the safety and rights of the travelers, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary and hotels.
  • In special situations (including severe weather, traffic accidents, etc.), the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the itinerary and any travel activities before or after departure. The company also reserves the right to shorten or extend the journey or cancel visits to attractions if they are closed or unavailable. Travelers may not object to such changes.
  • If a traveler becomes ill or is unable to complete the itinerary for personal reasons after the group departs, this will be considered as voluntarily abandoning the trip, and no refunds or compensation will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.
  • During Christmas, New Year, National Day, Labor Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, or other long weekend holidays, group tour prices may be subject to adjustments.
  • The order of the itinerary may be adjusted depending on the departure date. Please contact us 1 to 2 days in advance to confirm the final itinerary. The final itinerary order will be based on the confirmation from Tianma Travel.
  • The group must stay together during the tour. If you wish to leave the group, you must obtain the tour guide's permission to avoid accidents.
  • In the event of special circumstances (e.g., weather, road repairs, strikes, road closures, or vehicle issues), to protect the rights of the travelers, the company reserves the final right to adjust or cancel the itinerary.
  • All group tour and flight packages are priced based on the date of purchase, and price changes will not be adjusted after that.
  • Guests are responsible for preparing their passports and visas as required for travel and ensuring that they are valid for at least 6 months from the end of the trip, unless otherwise guaranteed. If you are denied registration or entry due to issues with your passport, identity documents, visa, or vaccinations, and cannot join the tour, no refunds will be provided.
  • By paying the deposit, the traveler accepts and agrees to the terms and conditions of the company.
  • To ensure the safety of your personal belongings, we recommend that you keep your valuables with you at all times during the trip and do not leave them on buses, in hotels, at attractions, or in restaurants.
    Under any circumstances or at any location, the tour operator, local agencies, drivers, or tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft of personal property. Please be aware of this.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in all hotel rooms. Violators will be fined USD 300–350 and may be subject to legal liability.
  • During peak season, due to limited hotel room availability, we may need to upgrade or change your accommodation to another hotel of the same standard. Thank you for your understanding and support!
