Day 1 — Quito - Santa Cruz Island - Isabela Island
Welcome to Ecuador! Today we're taking to the skies, bound for the glorious Galapagos Islands. Excited much? You should be. On arrival we'll appease our rumbling stomachs with some munch.
Giant tortoises roaming their natural surroundings and incredible old lava tunnels will welcome us onto the island of Santa Cruz. After lunch, we'll take to the ocean and make tracks to our home for the night - the impossibly glorious Isabela Island, where we'll sleep amidst the spellbinding beauty of the Galapagos National Park.
The inspiration behind Charles Darwin's 'Origin of Species', Isabela Island is home to wildlife you won't find anywhere else in the world. Picture the scene - sandy streets, palm trees, crystal waters and seal pups playing - can it really get any more perfect? Soak it all in, as it's home for the next little while.

Day 2 — Isabela Island
Well good morning paradise. The ocean is calling, and who are we to resist her? Our wildlife kayaking adventure will see us taking to the seas with beady eyes on the lookout for green sea turtles.

Day 3 — Isabela Island - Santa Cruz Island
We'll wake up hungry for the day this morning (that's what island life does to you), and for good reason - Santa Cruz is on the horizon.
After settling in to the Santa Cruz way of life, we'll stroll down to the beach and the cosy Tortuga Bay. Wildlife fanatics will be in their element - the island is known for sharks, rays, turtles, great blue herons, and even blue footed boobies. Spend your time sunbaking next to a marine iguana, or roam the streets stopping off in cute cafes for fresh juice pit stops.

Day 4 — Santa Cruz Island - San Cristobal Island
Back on our boat we'll set sail for San Cristobal, keeping our eyes peeled for cute bathing sea lions (we won't have to look too hard - they're literally everywhere). Four extinct volcanoes sit across the island creating scenic highlands that are best experienced by bike - mainly cruising downhill, you'll be happy to know. The tiny town of El Progreso will add a splash of colour to our journey, and we'll also cross five different vegetation zones before arriving at our seaside destination - La Loberia beach.

Day 5 — San Cristobal Island
It's our last day soaking up the natural beauty of the Galapagos, and what a day we've got planned. Bird-watching will kick us off, followed by a cruise to the 143-metre Kicker Rock - a natural phenomenon that protrudes from the ocean and is one of the greatest icons of the area. Our Local Guide will give us the low-down on the wildlife - both above and below the water - that surrounds the rock, then we'll jump in and explore for ourselves. Keep a look out for chocolate chip starfish and a Galapagos Shark or two, but remember the golden rule - keep those toes off the coral, as you can do serious damage to the delicate eco-system. Back on board, we'll make tracks for Puerto Grande beach. Here, we'll eat lunch on board and enjoy a final afternoon of Galapagos fun, before rounding off the day with a feat to end all feasts. WHAT A DAY.

- Why only 18-35?
- Focusing on 18-35 years old allows us to tailor a dramatically more powerful travel experience and an itinerary so fun it feels like all of your best Friday nights combined.
- Tailoring to select ages brings together like minded, likeable people, and allows us to use Social Travel planning to build great groups of people so fast you'll wonder if you've been friends forever. - Do I need to purchase travel insurance for this trip?
- Yes! It's a requirement of traveling with the local operator that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for cancellation, personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, evacuation expenses, personal liability & loss of personal property and Covid related expenses before you travel with us. It's also super important to check that your insurance covers all of the activities you'll be trying out, particularly any adventure activities (for all you adrenaline junkies). - What are the luggage restrictions?
- This one depends on the destination and trip you're traveling on. Read your travel documentation carefully to understand luggage allowances for your specific trip.
- Our typical luggage allowances:
* For our European, North American, Australian and New Zealand trips, luggage is restricted to one decent sized, suitcase, approximately 29” × 20” × 10” (73cm x 50cm x 25cm) with a maximum weight of 20 kilos (44lbs.) plus one small hand/day bag that can go on the transport with you. Metal frame backpacks are not advised as their bulky shape makes packing vehicles tricky, plus they are more likely to damage other luggage.
* For Latin America, Asia & other regions which have internal flights included in the itinerary, luggage weight restrictions must be within the restriction of the given airlines you're traveling on. It's up to you to ensure you keep within these measurements and weight restrictions, so please check this out before you travel as excess baggage fees will be at your own cost.
- Some trips have specific luggage requirements, such as sailing, trekking and some camping trips - you will have this information sent to you in your pre-trip documents should this apply.
- For our train trips please note you must be able to carry your own bags on this trip. As we will be taking public transport in cities & getting to the heart of the destinations we visit, pack wisely.
- On European ski trips and New Zealand trips with a ski option you have the option to bring one pair of skis and ski boots or snowboard. - Are flights included in the cost of the trip?
- International flights to/from the destination your trip starts and ends in are not included in the cost of the trip, and must be purchased separately.
- Any flights you take during the trip are included in the cost of your trip. Particularly in regions like Asia, Australia or South America, we use planes to get you from A-to-B as quickly as possible, and all of this is included. - What type of accommodations do you stay in?
- We have a whole mix of accommodations styles on our trips, depending on the destination and the travel style you have chosen. With us, you can stay in hotels, hostels, boats, camping sites, jungle lodges, eco camps, beach resorts, and even our very own 16th century French Chateau.
- All accommodations used by the local operator has been vetted and determined by standard of the Travel Style it is associated with.
