Day 1 — Home - Airport Pickup - Check in at Riu Plaza New York Times Square
Arrival at the central park hotel from the airport with a minivan shared transfer service. Upon arrival, after check in, you can go to our Volatour office or our second Volatour Concierge desk located in the lobby of The Riu Plaza (open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week). New York City, also known as the Big Apple, is one of the most exciting cosmopolitan cities in the world offering something for everyone with museums, galleries, theatres, restaurants and shopping.

Special notes
- Please note that the booking date should be 14 days prior to departure date.
- Please note that a valid credit card or cash deposit is required upon check-in, approximately $50/room/night
- Departure close-out or tour deletion: we anticipate all of our tours will run as scheduled. However, due to unforeseen conditions we reserve the right to delete specific departures if required. In the unlikely event a tour is canceled, local operator will notify us at least 45 days prior to the departure and if there is a possibility to offer passengers an alternate tour. we cannot be held responsible for individuals denied on guaranteed tours since close outs may occur (after coaches are filled) and this will be noted on our system as that information becomes available. In the event this situation occurs we will try to offer an alternative to accommodate; but cannot guarantee satisfaction in that event.
- Upon arrival to most hotels, passengers will be required to provide a credit card (Post Pay Cards are not accepted in USA) at check-in for incidental guarantee. Clients are suggested to arrive already with Us Dollars in their hands (no Euros) in order to be able to pay cash for the tips and the optional excursions. Hotels normally put a $200 hold on the cards which will be released at checkout. Please note the credit may take at least 7 days to post back to their card.
- Check-in time: 15:00-23:59, Check-out time: before 11:00am.
- No smoking allowed on all tours, there will be a penalty for smoking in the hotels uo to $400.00.
- Due to weather conditions, we may have to suggest alternative sightseeing or hotel accommodation for the groups.
- Please provide us the flight information after confirmtion.
- In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. Tours4fun, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for any theft loss at any location.

* Triple/Quadruple price does not include a third or fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with maximum of 2 beds. Additional bedding in the form of a Rollaway Bed can be requested [in advance] for an additional charge or on site to be paid directly to the hotel but no guarantees will be made when requested directly.
* Price for child applies when a 7-12 years old child staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person.
* Lap infant under 2 is free (no seat).
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
