    Day 1 — Vancouver Airport Pick-up

    Welcome to Vancouver!
    For all guests who collect luggage and meet with the guide before 12:15, you may pay $1 to participate in the 3-hour Vancouver tour. Please patiently wait in the airport lobby and we will depart from the airport at 12:30.
    Vancouver tour itinerary: Gastown → 2010 Winter Olympics Torch Plaza → Canada Place, via Chinatown.

    Day 2 — Vancouver - Grizzli Winery - Okanagan Lake - Revelstoke / Salmon Arm

    In the morning, we will pass through the town of Merritt and head to visit the famous local "VQA" rare wine winery. Shortly after, we will head to Kelowna: the hometown of fruits in BC and take a visit to the Okanagan Lake.  Finally, we will return back to Revelstoke.

    Day 3 — Revelstoke / Salmon Arm - Banff National Park - Banff

    Today, we will visit the famous "Last Spike" in the Pacific Railroad Memorial Park. Join us for an epic scenic drive to Yoho National Park! We will head to Vermilion Lake where the water originates from the hot springs of the Sulphur Mountain! The color of the riverbed has become brown, making it photographic favorable region in Banff. Shortly after, we will head to Bow Falls and finally arrive at the Banff National Park!

    Day 4 — Banff - Johnston Canyon - Lake Louise - Revelstoke / Salmon Arm

    Join us as we travel over to the famous Johnston Canyon! Following, we will proceed to Lake Louise, which was named after the beautiful Princess Louise of the British royal family.

    Day 5 — Revelstoke / Salmon Arm - Kamloops - Vancouver

    Today, we will depart from Revelstoke in the morning and proceed to the Kamloops which is the hometown of Ginseng. Finally, we will drive back to Vancouver.

    Day 6 — Vancouver - Victoria

    We will take a tour to the beautiful city of Vancouver! We will first visit the Butchart Gardens, a garden that has over 100 years of history and has many themes for you to look at! Then we will walk through Fan Tan Alley, the narrowest commercial street in the Chinatown neighborhood on the island. Next, we will go to the Victoria Mile Zero Monument. After that, we will visit the British-style Victoria Inner Harbor and stay overnight in Victoria.
    Itinerary:
    Vancouver → BC ferry (90 mins, Madatory ticket)→ The Butchart Gardens (60 mins, Madatory ticket ) → Chinatown Victoria (Pass by) → Victoria Mile Zero Monument (15 mins) → Victoria Inner Harbour (120 mins, during the period, you can visit the Empress Hotel or enjoy the English afternoon tea at your own expense) → Victoria

    Day 7 — Victoria - Vancouver

    Today we will first visit the Hatley Park National Historic Site, which was where the Hollywood film X-Men were frequently shot. Then, we will go to Malahat Skywalk, a newly developed tourist attraction in Vancouver. Here, we will stroll among giants along a 600m elevated walkway through the West Coast Forest of Arbutus and Douglas Firs. Following that, we will go to Chemainus Festival of Murals Society. There are many murals meticulously created by artists on the walls of the streets, reflecting the lively local customs and history. Additionally, there are also several antique shops in the city that you can visit. Finally, we will go to the scenic port city of Nanaimo and take the BC Ferry back to Vancouver.

Cancellation and Amendment Policy:
- 33 or more Days Prior to Departure Date: CAD$35.00 per person as penalty fee.
- 17-32 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded.
- Within 16 Days Prior to Departure Date or No-Show: Non-refundable.
- Additional fees caused by the resource situation changes or the order modifications will be charged according to the actual situation. Any changes or cancellations must be directly contacted and handled with us in written form by e-mail or fax as soon as possible.
- Administrative fees, bank commissions and/or taxes will not be refunded in case of cancellation except for cancellations due to force majeure, global emergencies and pandemics, or other specific cases.

Special notes
  • Please tell us children's age when placing an order, otherwise they will be charged on-site as adults.
  • For groups departing between 12/18/2024 and 01/05/2025, an additional Banff Hotel peak season surcharge of USD$130 /CAD$160 per room will be charged (the mandatory value-added service has been bound).
  • A minimum of 2 passengers is required for this tour to operate.
  • According to the requirements of some hotels, each group of guests must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination for check-in procedure. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to the card within 7-14 working days after check-out.
  • Customer under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult.
  • Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible. 
  • Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
  • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
  • We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
  • During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
  • If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. The local operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
  • Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. The local operator does not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
  • In order to make your trip more complete, pleasant, and smooth, we strongly recommend that you choose to book event tickets, catering packages, etc. when making your order. Please be aware that we do not provide any additional booking services within 7 days before the departure date or during the tour. 
  • The price in the system is US dollars which includes tax. If you need to pay in CAD dollars, all CAD dollar prices do not include 5% GST. 
  • We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions on our website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
  • The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While the local operator makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a dela.
  • We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
  • The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
  • This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
  • Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
  • Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with the law.
  • Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
  • Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
