    Day 2 — Lima - City tour and Larco Museum

    Our guide picks you up from your hotel to begin your Historic Center of Lima tour. Start by visiting the Aliaga House, a colonial mansion with over 5 centuries of history, considered the oldest house in the Americas. Then, explore the Plaza Mayor, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you visit the imposing Lima Cathedral. Finally, visit the Larco Museum, located in the traditional district of Pueblo Libre. The museum boasts a comprehensive collection of pre-Hispanic gold and silver objects and a selection of erotic art pieces. Here, immerse yourself in over 5,000 years of ancient Peruvian history. This tour is shared with other passengers.

    Day 3 — Lima - Cusco: City Tour & Nearby Archaeological Sites

    Our transportation service with an English-speaking driver picks you up from your selected hotel and takes you to Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima.

    Upon your arrival at Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport in Cusco, our transportation service and a representative are ready to escort you to your selected hotel.
    Enjoy a guided tour of the charming and magical city of Cusco, the capital of the Inca empire. Start visiting the Santo Domingo Convent in the Coricancha temple. Then, visit the main temple of the city of Cusco, known as the Cathedral Basilica of the Virgin of the Assumption. Later, tour the Cusco hills of the Sacsayhuaman Fortress, visit the Qenqo archaeological complex, and walk through the Puca Pucara military architectural complex and the ruins of Tambomachay, also known as the Inca spa. Finally, return to the selected hotel. This tour is shared with other passengers.

    The Cusco Tourist Ticket (BTC), included in the itinerary, is a personal and non-transferable document that provides access to 16 important attractions in Cusco and its surroundings, such as Sacsayhuaman, Qenqo, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay.     Day 4 — Cusco - Sacred Valley: Chinchero, Ollantaytambo & Living Museum of Yucay

    A vehicle picks you up in the morning and takes you to the picturesque town of Chinchero. Explore its impressive agricultural terraces and the 17th-century church, built on an ancient Inca palace. Next, stop at a viewpoint to enjoy the spectacular landscapes of the Sacred Valley. Then, visit the Yucay Living Museum, where you witness the creation of textiles, pottery, and silverwork using ancient Inca techniques. Enjoy a delicious traditional lunch in the Sacred Valley. After lunch, visit the impressive Ollantaytambo Fortress, an important ceremonial center known for its remarkable agricultural terraces extending up the surrounding mountains. At the end of this full-day tour, return to your hotel. This tour is shared with other passengers.

    Day 5 — Sacred Valley - Machu Picchu - Cusco

    Our transportation service picks you up from your hotel in Urubamba (Sacred Valley) and transfers you to the Ollantaytambo train station. This transfer is shared with other passengers.
    * Please note that the pickup window is up to 30 minutes as a shared transfer.
    You board the train at the Ollantaytambo station heading to the Aguas Calientes station (Machu Picchu Pueblo). Upon arrival, you receive assistance. For your return to Ollantaytambo station, you board the train. Each journey lasts approximately one and a half hours, and schedules are subject to availability.
    Aguas Calientes, located on the slopes of Machu Picchu, features a lively craft market, various restaurants, and lodging options. Just a 25-minute bus ride away is Machu Picchu, an impressive architectural and engineering marvel believed to have been a sanctuary and retreat for the Inca Pachacutec. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, Machu Picchu translates to "Old Mountain," which enchants visitors with its historical grandeur and natural beauty. After the visit, travelers return by bus to Aguas Calientes to begin the journey back to Cusco. This tour is shared with other passengers.
    * From the confirmed entry time to the Machu Picchu citadel, you will have half an hour to reach the entrance of Machu Picchu Mountain
    and start your hike.

    * Remember to confirm your reservation as soon as possible to proceed with the purchase of tickets in advance due to the limited capacity of the citadel. The specific circuit to visit Machu Picchu and schedule will be selected according to availability at the time of reservation confirmation. 
    Enjoy a delicious set lunch menu at Café Inkaterra while taking in the breathtaking view of the Vilcanota River. The restaurant is known for its unique blend of Andean cuisine and contemporary trends, resulting in a fusion-style meal with a distinctive flavor.
    After your train journey from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo, a transfer will be waiting for you at the train station to take you to the selected hotel in Cusco. This transfer will be shared with other passengers.

* The entrance to Machu Picchu or any other ticket purchase outside this time range, is not considered within these cancellation fees. Once it is issued, a 100% cost of the ticket will be charged.
* The tickets to Machu Picchu will be purchased as soon as we have the passenger's information. Once purchased, in case of cancellation, the 100% cost of the ticket will be charged.
* In case of no-shows (defined according to hotel policy), there will be a surcharge of 18% (IGV - General Sales Tax) in addition to the rate.

  • ENTRANCE & GUIDE:
    - The first entrance to the citadel requires the mandatory accompaniment of a guide. Please note that the guided tour lasts approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
    - The route to visit the Machu Picchu citadel and schedules are subject to availability.
    - To preserve the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, as well as its status as a World Heritage Site, the Ministry of Culture has established different circuits to visit it. We will ensure that your visit to the archaeological site is a memorable experience. However, please remember that Circuit 2 or Circuit 3 will be assigned subject to availability.
    - For the purchase of tickets to Machu Picchu it is necessary to send full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number of passengers, which must match the current passport that will be used for the trip. It is important to take into account that the entrance tickets to the citadel are non-refundable from the time of purchase.
  • LUGGAGES:
    - If passengers spend the night in the Sacred Valley, We will take care of transferring the luggage to the hotel in Cusco. On the other hand, if they stay in Cusco, the luggage will remain in the hotel storage.
    - Carry the same document that you presented to the agency, given that train tickets and entrance to Machu Picchu will be issued with this information.
    - In all train services to Machu Picchu, the passenger may carry only hand luggage (backpack, bag or briefcase) of no more than 8 kg/ 17.6 lb lb on the train to/from Machu Picchu. You will find your luggage at the chosen hotel.

    - Pick-up times for shared service visits are for reference only and may have a waiting time of 30 minutes.
    - Rates do not apply to residents with a stay longer than 60 days or to corporate passengers (from 4 nights or more in Lima).
    - Reservations must include each passenger's full name, nationality, passport number, age and date of birth.
    - Early arrival on day 1 does not guarantee the availability of hotel rooms. Standard check-in times apply, unless additional nights of accommodations are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms.
    - Our accommodation rates include breakfast. Breakfasts have assigned schedules according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:00 – 10:00; if the passenger has a transfer or withdraw before the assigned time, the passenger will lose this benefit, not being able to be compensated in another hotel. The services of Room Service or of a box breakfast have an additional cost and don't compensate the breakfast that can't be served.
    - For reservations with train services to Machu Picchu, the seats are assigned according to the availability of the car. Locations can only be arranged after the ticket has been issued.

  • INFORMATION ABOUT THE ENTRANCE IN PERU
    Confirm with your embassy if you need a VISA to enter Peru (or any other country included in your itinerary). We're not responsible if a guest does not have all the necessary documentation to enter the country. The foreigner who travels to Peru must ensure that the validity of his passport is not less than six months to enter the national territory.
  • GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
    We recommend comfortable and light clothing for visiting the coastal areas of Peru and warm clothes for the high Andean area. Visitors are not advised to wear sleeves shirts, shorts, short skirts or short clothing when visiting religious temples or official buildings. Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
  • RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TRANSFERS
    Passengers are entitled to carry up to 20 kg of luggage in the hold and 5 kg in hand luggage. The excess will be allowed according to the capacity of the bus and will have an additional cost.

Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
*Infants under 1 year and 11 months are free of charge;
*Child from 2 to 10 years old are considered to be children with a bed & without a bed. Children's rates here are for ages 2-10 with a bed. If a child is without a bed, the price difference will be refunded.
 
*The single room price refers to the price for one person occupying a standard hotel room alone.
*Double/triple room prices refer to the price for two/three people sharing a standard hotel room.
*The triple room price does not include the cost of an additional bed in the room. If an extra bed is needed, it must be requested separately at check-in. Due to limited space and availability of extra beds in standard rooms, guests should consult the hotel front desk regarding extra bed arrangements. We cannot guarantee the success of such requests.
*By default, a standard king bed room will be provided unless a specific room or bed type is requested at the time of booking, which may incur additional charges.
*A maximum of 3 people (adults and children combined) can stay in each room. Peru does not offer quadruple rooms.
