- Reduce energy usage: Turn off lights, air conditioning, and unplug your charger when not in use.
- Reduce plastic use: choose to refill your water bottle and recycle single-use ones.
- Avoid using sprays, including repellents, sunscreens, sunblocks, etc.
- Ask permission before taking someone's photo.
- Do not include minors in photographs.
- Be respectful of local beliefs and traditions.
- Please respect the instructions for preserving material heritage.
VIRTUAL ASSISTANT FOR AUTOMATIC COMMUNICATION
By providing us with your passengers' email and telephone number with access to WhatsApp, they will receive informative communications about their journey. This includes:
- A message 7 days before their arrival in Peru with: Tours4fun presentation, travel recommendations, map and general information about their trip (only by email).
- The day before the trip, they will receive the details of their first day in Peru, the airport map, Tours4fun contact 24/7 and will be able to review their complete itinerary.
- During the trip, they will receive a daily mail with the itinerary and pick-up times for the next day.
- 24 hours after leaving Peru, they will receive an email thanking them for their visit with a survey to evaluate our services. Results can be shared with the international travel agency.
- Email messages can be customized with your company logo.
- Additionally, they will be able to interact with our chatbot to resolve any doubts through WhatsApp.

- All rates are per person and apply to foreign passengers only.
- Prices are subject to change without notice and can only be guaranteed after booking.
- Rates do not apply to residents with a stay longer than 60 days or to corporate passengers (from 4 nights or more in Lima).
- Reservations must include each passenger's full name, nationality, passport number, age and date of birth.
- If the suggested/listed hotels for this program are not available at the time of confirmation, Tours4fun will offer new hotel alternatives with revised prices. 
- Early arrival on day 1 does not guarantee the availability of hotel rooms. Standard check-in times apply, unless additional nights of accommodations are purchased to ensure immediate access to rooms.
- Our accommodation rates include breakfast. Breakfasts have assigned schedules according to the policies of each hotel establishment, being generally between 06:00 – 10:00; if the passenger has a transfer or withdraw before the assigned time, the passenger will lose this benefit, not being able to be compensated in another hotel. The services of Room Service or of a box breakfast have an additional cost and don't compensate the breakfast that can't be served. 
- Groups with over 17 passengers or Incentive Groups may have special cancellation policies depending on the hotels used. Please contact us!
- In case of no-shows (defined according to hotel policy), there will be a surcharge of 18% (IGV - General Sales Tax) in addition to the rate.  
INFORMATION ABOUT THE ENTRANCE IN PERU
Confirm with your embassy if you need a VISA to enter Peru (or any other country included in your itinerary). Tours4fun is not responsible if a guest does not have all the necessary documentation to enter the country. The foreigner who travels to Peru must ensure that the validity of his passport is not less than six months to enter the national territory.
GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend comfortable and light clothing for visiting the coastal areas of Peru and warm clothes for the high Andean area. Visitors are not advised to wear sleeves shirts, shorts, short skirts or short clothing when visiting religious temples or official buildings. Sunscreen, sunglasses, hat and mosquito repellent can be very useful during your stay.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LUGGAGE TRANSFER    
* The passenger may take up to 20 kg of checked luggage and 5 kg in a hand luggage. The excess will be allowed according to the capacity of the bus and will have an additional cost.
IN PUERTO MALDONADO
* During the stay in the lodges of Puerto Maldonado, only medium luggage is permitted. The maximum luggage weight allowed in Inkaterra and Hacienda Concepción is 10 kg, and in Refugio or Posada Amazonas is 15 kg. During your stay, your largest luggage will be stored in the hotel's offices in Puerto Maldonado.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double Occupancy applies when two people stay in one standard hotel room.
* Triple room price does not include the price of an additional bed in the room. An additional bed must be requested separately at the time of registration. Due to the limited space and additional beds in the hotel standard room, please consult the hotel service desk for additional beds. We cannot guarantee the success of adding beds.
* When booking, if there is no special requirement, the default is the hotel's ordinary double bed room; if there is a special requirement for the room type or bed type, additional fees may be incurred.
* Each room can accommodate up to 3 people (adults and children combined). Peru does not provide quadruple rooms.
* Accommodation (whether Twin or Queen/King) will be assigned based on availability.
*Child from 2 to 10 years old are considered to be children with a bed.
