Day-by-day itinerary

1
Day 1 — Santiago - Casablanca - Valparaíso
Depart from the hotel in Santiago towards the coast, through the Curacaví valley and Casablanca, with a brief stop in Casablanca for a wine tasting at the Veramonte vineyard (or similar). When we reach the coast we will visit the beaches of Reñaca and Las Salinas, and the city of Viña del Mar, also known as "Garden City" for its beautiful parks and floral arrangements. We will go to the Fonck museum, where you will learn about the different cultures in Chile. We will continue towards the port of Valparaíso, a city founded in the 16th century and declared a World Heritage Site in 2003 by UNESCO, located between hills that can be accessed by long stairs, small streets and elevators. They will go up in one of the elevators to enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of the bay. By the afternoon, transfer to your hotel in Valparaíso (or Viña del Mar)

Day 2 — Valparaíso

【Half Day Walking tour Valparaíso】
In our tour by foot and public transportation, we will walk around Plaza Echaurren, the Port founding area, the old banking area and Cerros Concepción and Alegre, where most of the artisan workshops and art galleries are located. We will also admire the beautiful views of the Valparaíso Bay in contrast to its colorful hills from different viewpoints. We will get there in their particular elevators and also make use of the old trolleybuses to move around
Duration: 3:30 hrs app.

【Full Day Pacific Outdoor Day】
This tour begins from the hotel to go to the north of the region to visit the seaside of Concón, Maitencillo, Cachagua and Zapallar. Once we arrive to Zapallar (1 hour away from Valparaíso) we will start a gentle 2-hour walk along the coastal trail that connects this beach with Cachagua, one of the most exclusive beach resorts in the country, where politicians, artists and businessmen have their summer houses. On the way you can see beautiful houses with their well-kept gardens, mosaics on the ground, small semi-private beaches, etc. It is ideal for a family outing or for people who like to walk. Off the coast we will see the Islote Cachagua Natural Monument, where lives one of the few remaining coloniesof Humboldt Penguins, and also other species such as pelicans, ducks and sea otters, also known as chungungos. After that, we will go to Maitencillo and recommend a restaurant by the seaside for lunch (not included), where we will also have time to swim in the sea or take a sun bath, if weather is nice, to finally get back to Valparaíso at the end of the day.

- Casa Higueras: 32 days prior arrival
* HOTELS IN VIÑA DEL MAR: 5 days prior arrival
* LAN SERVICES: 8 days prior arrival
* For special dates, you will be informed at the time of confirmation.
* You must be informed before the deadline indicated above (working days) in order to avoid the late cancellation fee.

During Christmas and New Year (Dec 24, 25, 31 and Jan 01), land services have a 50% surcharge.
Rates are subject to confirmation during long weekends (Easter, National Holidays, Christmas and New Year's Eve or others).
Itinerary could be changed according to flight schedules, climate conditions, or in order to provide a better service.
On Jan 01, May 01, Sep 18 and 19; Dec 8 and 25, Viña Veramonte remains closed. On Dec 25 and 31 it opens until 1pm
Museums are closed on Mondays
