    Day 1 — Arrive in Rio de Janeiro

    Arrival in Rio de Janeiro, Rio welcomes you with its bustling attractions, beautiful beaches and shows you the joy of the Brazilian people, postcard scenarios such as Copacabana Beach, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the statue of Christ the Redeemer. Your driver will be waiting for you in the disembark area to take you to the hotel. Private Transfer according to your flight arrival. Dinner at a hotel restaurant. Overnight stay at a hotel.
    Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. (early arrivals can store luggage at the bell desk).

    Day 2 — Rio de Janeiro: Corcovado & Sugarloaf Tour

    Morning:
    - 7:30 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
    - 8:30 a.m.: Depart for full-day private tour with English-speaking guide.
    - Board the Corcovado train, passing through the lush Tijuca Rainforest (20-min ride).
    - Arrive at the summit of Corcovado Mountain to visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
    - Enjoy panoramic views of Rio from the lookout point.

    Midday:
    - Descend to sea level and continue panoramic city tour.
    - Stop at:
    Maracanã Stadium (photo stop - exterior only)
    Sambadrome (famous Carnival venue)
    Metropolitan Cathedral (modernist architecture)
    Selarón Steps - a vibrant mosaic art installation by Jorge Selarón

    Afternoon:

    - 2:30 p.m.: Visit Sugarloaf Mountain via two-stage cable car:
    First stop at Morro da Urca
    Final ascent to Sugarloaf Peak (396 meters above sea level)

    Forest.

    Evening:
    - Return to hotel to refresh.

    Day 3 — Rio Iguazu Falls: City Tour & Three Frontiers

    Morning:
    - Breakfast at hotel.
    - Check-out and transfer to airport.
    - Flight to Iguazu Falls.
    - Packed Lunch provided (Veg/Non-Veg options).

    Afternoon:
    - Arrival in Foz do Iguazu.
    - Meet your local English-speaking guide at the disembark area.
    - Begin a half-day city tour:
    Walk along Avenida Brazil - explore local shops and cafés.
    Visit Igreja Matriz - the city's main Catholic cathedral.
    Stop at the Buddhist Temple of Foz do Iguazu - learn about its history and Buddhist culture.
    Visit the Omar Ibn Al-Khatab Mosque - built in 1983, this mosque is a significant cultural and religious site for Brazil's largest Islamic community.

    Late Afternoon:
    - Continue to the Landmark of the Three Frontiers:
    See where Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay meet.
    View the Paraná and Iguazu Rivers merging.
    Learn the history and significance of this symbolic monument with its three national-color obelisks.

    Evening:

    Day 4 — Iguazu Falls: Brazilian Side Experience

    Morning:
    - Breakfast at the hotel.
    - Depart for the Brazilian side of Iguazu National Park.
    - Visit begins at the Visitor Center to learn about the park's biodiversity.
    - Travel along an 11 km internal road to reach the falls area.
    - Enjoy scenic views of the Atlantic Rainforest - spot birds, butterflies, and coatis.

    Midday:
    - Explore the 950-meter walkway circuit:
    Get panoramic views of 275 waterfalls.
    Witness Devil's Throat - the most powerful and iconic fall.
    Experience light mists and potential rainbows (weather permitting).
    -  Ride the panoramic elevator for breathtaking elevated views.
    -  Lunch at the Porto Canoas Gastronomic Center inside the park.

    Afternoon:
    - Return to the hotel for rest.

    Day 5 — Iguazu - Argentinean falls - Buenos Aires

    Morning:
    - Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
    - Transfer to the Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls.
    - Visit the Visitors' Center, then take a 10-minute train ride to Devil's Throat, the largest water flow in the complex (107 meters high).
    - Walk the Lower Circuit (approx. 1.3 km) to view smaller waterfalls, including Carlos Bozzetti
    Waterfall.
    - Continue to the Upper Circuit for panoramic views of the falls, San Martin Island, and the Brazilian side.
    Lunch: Buffet lunch inside the National Park.

    Afternoon:
    - Transfer to Puerto Iguazu Airport for flight to Buenos Aires.
    - Arrival in Buenos Aires and pick-up from the airport.

    Evening:

    Day 7 — Buenos Aires Fly to Cusco(Peru)

    Morning:
    - Breakfast at the hotel and check-out.
    - Transfer to the airport for flight to Cusco (Internal flights Not included in the package)

    Afternoon:
    - Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
    Today, we will enjoy a city tour that includes the Inca Empire, the ruins of the Inca Palace, the Plaza de Armas, and the old town with its restored colonial buildings. The tour also features the Sacsayhuamán fortress, Qenqo, Tambomachay, and the Puca Pucara archaeological site in Cusco.

    Evening:
    - Dinner at an Indian restaurant.

    Day 8 — Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu by Vistadome Train

    Early Morning:
    - Depart for the Sacred Valley and Ollantaytambo Train Station.
    - Board the Vistadome Train to Machu Picchu.
    Daytime Exploration:
    - Visit Machu Picchu, the "Lost City of the Incas", a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
    - Tour includes highlights like: Temple of the Sun, House of the Priest,  Sacred Plaza, Inca Sundial

    Afternoon/Evening:
    - Return to Sacred Valley.
    - Transfer back to hotel in Cusco.

Machu Picchu Booking: 
Machu Picchu is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of initial inquiry. Please consult our office before making any bookings involving Machu Picchu. Once availability is confirmed, a non-refundable and non-cancelable payment of $200 per person is required to secure the reservation at the time of booking.

Special notes
  • Once your booking is confirmed, please provide your flight information as soon as possible so we can arrange the airport pick-up service.
  • All local guides speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Additionally, if we have more than 10 passengers on a departure, a tour manager will accompany the group, and they will also speak Hindi.
  • Things to Carry
    Raincoat, umbrella, weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable walking shoes.
    Valid passport/visa and tour voucher with contact numbers.
    Working credit card in guest name for hotel deposits (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover).
    Cash for mandatory tips and personal needs.
    One carry-on and one checked bag per person (due to coach luggage space).

    We're not equipped to provide specialized assistance for guests with mobility or other special needs and cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible facilities or vehicles. Guests requiring such assistance must travel with a companion who can provide support.

    Guests are responsible for their own valuables, travel documents, and personal belongings. We're not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
    3. Property Damage

    4. No-Show
    No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
    5. Inclusions & Incidentals
    Unless otherwise stated, packages include a hotel room, applicable taxes, and breakfast (if indicated). All incidentals (e.g., room service, minibar, laundry, and any damage charges) are the guest's responsibility and may be charged to the credit card on file.
    6. Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions
    For safety or operational reasons, including weather and traffic, the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.
    7. Optional Excursions
    Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through us. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; We assume no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.
    8. Coach Breakdowns
    If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
    9. Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)
    While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.
    10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
