    Welcome to China!

    Upon arrival in Beijing, transfer to your hotel for check-in and refresh. The rest of the day is yours to relax or do some self-guided exploration.

    Day 2 — Beijing

    Begin your day at Tiananmen Square, a vast and symbolic expanse at the heart of Beijing. As you stroll across this historic site, take in the grandeur of its surrounding landmarks, including the Monument to the People's Heroes and the imposing Great Hall of the People. Capture the iconic view of the Tiananmen Gate, the very spot where the founding of the People's Republic of China was proclaimed.

    Next, step through the grand Meridian Gate into the legendary Forbidden City, an imperial palace complex that served as the royal residence for 24 emperors over five centuries. Wander through its labyrinth of gilded halls, ancient courtyards, and intricately carved corridors, each reflecting the grandeur of China's dynastic past.

    For lunch, taste Beijing Fried Sauce Noodles (Zhajiangmian), a local favorite featuring thick wheat noodles topped with rich, savory soybean paste and fresh vegetables.

    The afternoon is yours to explore at your own pace-perhaps visit a nearby park, browse traditional hutongs or unwind at a local teahouse.

    Day 3 — Beijing

    Discover one of China's greatest engineering feats - the Juyongguan Great Wall, nestled within a dramatic mountain pass. Stroll along its well-preserved stone pathways, admire panoramic views of the rugged hills, and take in the historical significance of this ancient fortification.

    On your way back to the city, stop at Beijing Olympic Park and take photos the Bird's Nest Stadium, home to two of the most iconic venues from the 2008 Summer Olympics and the Water Cube. Nearby, visit a pearlworkshop, where you'll gain insight into the fascinating process of pearl cuitivation and browse an exquisite selection of handcrafted jewelry.

    After breakfast, transfer to the railway station for a high-speed train journey to Xi'an, a city steeped in history and culture.

    Day 6 — Xi’an - Guilin
