    Day 1 — Osaka - Hakodateyama - Takashima

    8:30 am Osaka
    Begin your beautiful journey today.
    Meeting Point Pick-up/Drop-off Package: Meet at Exit 2, Nipponbashi (Namba/Shinsaibashi area) at 8:30am
    Hotel/B&B Transfer Package: Pick-up from hotels or B&B within Osaka Loop Line between 7:30am–8:00am
    * Please arrive 10 minutes early. The guide will arrange pick-up order and timing based on distance; cooperation is appreciated.

    Duration: ~6.5 hours, including free lunch time (lunch at your own expense)
    Hakodateyama combines artificial and natural snow and is one of the closest family-friendly ski resorts to Osaka. Enjoy both snow play and ski areas with well-equipped facilities, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes. Kids can enjoy the dedicated Play Zone, offering fun for all ages.
      
    Included Ski Package: Admission + ski lift pass + ski equipment (ski board + ski wear).
    * Ski goggles and gloves are not included due to hygiene; please bring your own or purchase at the resort (goggles JPY 1,800.00–5,000.00, gloves JPY 1,500.00 approx.).

    Day 2 — Takashima - Maibara - Osaka

    Depart for Okuibuki Ski Resort.

    Located in Maibara City, Shiga Prefecture, GRANSNOW Okuibuki is the largest ski resort in Kansai, reaching up to 1,250 meters above sea level for optimal powder snow after fresh snowfall.
    The resort features 12 ski trails: 4 beginner, 5 intermediate, and 3 advanced, designed using natural terrain for diverse experiences.

    * Guests with the hotel transfer package who choose to continue sightseeing will end the tour directly afterward, which is considered a waiver of the return transfer service; transfer fees are non-refundable.
    * For meeting point pick-up/drop-off package guests, disbanding is at Shinsaibashi.
    * If guests wish to return to hotels/villas outside Shinsaibashi, please wait for the shuttle bus; the guide will arrange return transfers accordingly.

Participant Guidelines:
  • Travelers aged 70 or above must ensure they are in good health and travel with a family member or friend aged 22 or older.
  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler throughout the tour.
  • Elderly travelers are required to provide a health certificate, which can be submitted electronically before departure.

Know Before You Go: 
This tour follows a shared group model with services provided by the local travel agency. To facilitate the departure, the agency may transfer passengers to a different vehicle and assign a different guide or driver, but the service level and itinerary will remain the same as per the contract.
  • Pickup/Meeting:
    Please arrive at the designated pickup point at the specified time. Do not be late. This product is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you miss the tour for personal reasons, you will need to bear the corresponding loss.
  • In-tour guidelines:
    No early departure or midway detachment from the group is allowed. If you choose to leave midway, any remaining portions of the tour will be considered forfeited, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that occur after detaching from the group.
    During peak tourist seasons or special circumstances, the tour's departure time may be slightly adjusted (please follow the guide's instructions).
    Traffic, weather, and other special conditions may result in adjustments to the tour order, though the planned attractions will not be reduced. The guide may rearrange the order of stops with your consent.

  • Weather:
    The tour may be adjusted due to weather or other factors. For your safety, the staff may cancel outdoor activities and make alternative arrangements.

    Some scenic spots, restaurants, and rest areas may have shops that are not affiliated with the travel agency. Please shop wisely and keep receipts. If any shopping disputes arise, you are responsible for handling them.

  • In the event of the above or other force majeure situations, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that no refunds will be issued under such circumstances.
