    Day 1 — Copenhagen

    Welcome to Copenhagen!
    We'll transfer you to the hotel and you'll have some free time. In the afternoon, you'll find information about the start of your tour on the boards located at the hotel reception.
    Important:
    - Check-in: Please note that hotel check-in time is usually at 02:00 p.m. If you require earlier room availability, consider booking an additional night at the beginning of your trip.
    - Optional Activities: During your trip, your guide may offer optional activities. If these activities are available on our local operator's app or through your "My Trip" link, we strongly recommend booking them as early as possible to ensure availability. Waiting until the last minute may result in missed opportunities due to limited tickets, bus seats, or other factors.

    Day 2 — Copenhagen

    07:30 a.m. – In the morning, we'll enjoy a panoramic city tour with a local guide of the Danish capital, known for its exceptional quality of life, commitment to sustainability and rich cultural life. We'll see The Little Mermaid, Nyhavn harbor with its colorful historic buildings, the exterior of Amalienborg Palace, home to the Danish royal family, the Town Hall Square, and the Tivoli Park area. You'll also have free time to explore at your leisure. The tour will end at around 09:30 a.m., after which you'll have time to explore the city at your own pace.

    Day 3 — Copenhagen - Elsinore - Jönköping - Vadstena - Stokholm

    Total distance covered: 635 km.
    Scenery: Forests, lakes, Scandinavian landscapes.
    Note: In Scandinavian countries, cash is rarely used; payments are made primarily with credit or debit cards, so remember to bring your card.
    07:30 a.m. – Departure from Copenhagen.
    08:15 a.m. – Elsinore, Denmark. We'll make a brief stop in Elsinore, the city of Hamlet, famed for its impressive Kronborg Castle. You'll have the opportunity to take photos of the castle's exterior before boarding a ferry to Sweden. The crossing will take about 20 minutes, with an expected arrival in Sweden around 9:30 a.m. We'll continue our journey through scenic forests and beautiful lakes.
    12:30 p.m. – Jönköping. This provincial capital lies on the shores of Lake Vättern. You'll have time for lunch.
    01:30 p.m. – Departure from Jönköping.
    03:00 p.m. – Vadstena. Arrival and time for a walk in this picturesque lakeside town, featuring charming old houses and a large 14th-century castle converted into a monastery.
    04:30 p.m. – Departure from Vadstena.
    08:30 p.m. – Stockholm. We'll conclude the day in the capital of Sweden, a beautiful city in the Baltic Sea archipelago. Connected by numerous bridges and ferries, Stockholm is renowned for its rich history, impressive architecture, and harmonious blend of modernity and tradition.

    Day 4 — Stockholm

    Today we'll embark on a panoramic tour of this beautiful capital city, built on 14 interconnected islands. We'll visit Gamla Stan, also known as the "the city between bridges", the lively old quarter filled with monumental buildings such as the Nobel Prize Museum, located right beside the main square of Stortorget which honors Nobel Prize winners, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we'll enjoy the stunning views from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Afterwards, you'll have leisure time to explore. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, you can visit the City Hall and the Vasa Museum.

    Day 5 — Stockholm - Overnight on board

    Stockholm (boarding)
    Scenery: Beautiful landscapes as the boat departs from Stockholm.
    Notes: Tonight, we'll embark on a night cruise. Don't forget your documentation; it will be required when boarding. Prepare hand luggage, as main luggage will remain on the coach. Don't forget warm clothing to enjoy the deck of the ferry. The Finland currency is the euro. If you have Swedish Crowns, there are convenient exchange offices onboard.
    Free day in Stockholm, the most beautiful of the Scandinavian capitals. We recommend exploring the historic center and the Museums Island.
    5:00 p.m. – Transfer to the port of Stockholm. We'll board the modern ferry operated by Silja Lines, which offers restaurants, bars, a nightclub, a casino, shops, and spacious rooms. The ship's estimated departure time is 7:30 p.m. The scenery leaving Stockholm is stunning, with numerous islands. We recommend enjoying the view from the deck. Don't forget your camera! You'll spend the night on board in double cabins.

    Day 6 — Turku - Naantali - Helsinki

    Total distance covered: 195 km.
    Scenery: Forests, lakes, and pleasant landscapes.
    Note: Upon arrival in Finland, you will need to adjust your watch; when it is 12:00 p.m. in Sweden, it is 1:00 p.m. in Finland.
    As we arrive in Finland, we recommend heading to the ships deck at sunrise to enjoy the mesmerizing landscapes as we sail past the Åland Islands, a series of forest-covered isles. Breakfast is included in your trip.

    07:30 a.m. - Turku. We'll disembark in the second-largest Finnish city, which has a strong Swedish influence. Enjoy some time for a walk in the city center.
    08:30 a.m. - Departure from Turku.
    09:20 a.m. - Naantali. Arrival in this picturesque village of wooden houses by the sea, bustling with tourist activity. Enjoy time for a stroll.
    10:45 a.m. - Departure from Naantali.
    01:00 p.m. - Helsinki. Time for lunch and an afternoon free to explore the city. Discover the old market and observe the Russian influence in the buildings and churches.
    Note: The boat trip to Suomenlinna scheduled for Friday morning will depend on the itineraries of the participating passengers.

    Day 7 — Helsinki - Tallinn

    Scenery: Coastal route with beautiful landscapes as we depart from Helsinki.
    Note: Don't forget your documentation; it will be required when boarding.
    09:00 a.m. – Departure from the hotel. This morning, we'll take a boat trip on a regular line water transport to the Suomenlinna Islands. This archipelago consists of six islands, home to a grand fortress that once protected the city and is now a World Heritage site. You'll have time to stroll around and cross the islands via small pedestrian bridges. Our guide will accompany you to the islands and provide information on how to make the most of your free time. With your return ticket, you can choose how long you wish to stay in this beautiful archipelago.
    Later, we'll board a ferry to Estonia. The ferry trip lasts around 2 hours and 30 minutes, with an expected departure at 2:15 p.m. We recommend admiring the views of Helsinki and the surrounding islands as we set sail.
    4:30 p.m. –Tallinn. You can settle into your accommodation.
    Note: On some occasions, the transfer to the Suomenlinna islands will take place on Thursday afternoon.

    Day 8 — Tallinn

    09:00 a.m. – We'll embark on a sightseeing tour of Tallinn, the captivating capital of Estonia. We'll wander through the city's well-preserved medieval center, marveling at its ancient walls, historic churches, charming squares, and picturesque streets brimming with attractions.
    You'll have free time in the afternoon to explore at your leisure.

    Day 9 — Tallinn

    After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
    Note: Please be aware that the hotel check-out time is usually 10:00 a.m. You can leave your luggage in reception upon check-out, allowing you to explore the city without carrying your bags. You can retrieve your luggage at your convenience later in the day. If you require additional time to use your room, we recommend booking an extra night at the end of your tour.

• Once the traveler's information (such as name, passport number, date of birth, etc.) is submitted with the booking, any modifications will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the [cancellation policy] 
• If the itinerary involves special tickets/high-speed train tickets/boat tickets/cruise tickets/train tickets and other unique resources, please contact customer service after placing the order to provide a clear photo of the passport's information page, as these special resources are non-refundable once booked! 
• If the tour includes airport pickup service, please notify us of any changes to your flight at least 72 hours before departure. Changes or cancellations to the pickup service within 72 hours of departure cannot be accommodated

【Guide】
Please note that your tour guide might be changed once or several times during the tour. On some tours, according to the number of passengers, the service may be provided in bilingual (usually in English and Spanish), either accompanied by two tour leaders, one for each language, or a single tour leader for smaller groups explaining in both languages.

【Luggage allowance】
One suitcase of up to 30 kg per person is allowed, plus one piece of hand luggage such as a backpack or handbag without wheels, as it must fit in the overhead compartment on the coach. If the passenger exceeds this amount, they will have to pay for the extra transport cost.

【Room configuration】
1. Tours4fun acts as an intermediary between hotels and passengers and therefore cannot guarantee a specific type of room(For double rooms, we can't guarantee 1 Queen/King Bed or 2 Separate Beds ). We will always request the passenger's preference, but the confirmation depends exclusively on the hotel.
2. Often, triple rooms are double rooms with an extra bed or sofa bed added, and they are not always comfortable. In some cases, a double and a single room is offered. Triple rooms are not recommended for three adults, only for families with children.
【Multicultural environment and bilingual tours】
1. Our tours may be bilingual and shared with passengers of different nationalities. We believe this cultural diversity enriches the travel experience, but it is important that passengers are informed in advance.
2. Our guides are certified in English (C1 level), but are not necessarily native English speakers, as they may come from various countries. Nevertheless, the service is always provided with full professionalism.
【Other tips】
1. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing our local operator's name and contact information. If at any point you were to suffer a delay arriving at the meeting point (held during customs check, loss of luggage, etc.), missing a connecting flight or your flight number was changed, you must urgently contact the transfer agent or the emergency phone number that you can find on your travel voucher.
2. For tours that include airport pick-up service, please provide your arrival flight information or pickup details at least 7 days prior to the departure date. If you don't provide the information in advance, you will be responsible for failing to arrange the arrival pickup.
3. For tours that include meals, please inform us in advance if any guests have food allergies. Requests for vegetarian meals must be made in advance and are subject to availability, with no guarantee.
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
* Prices for Single Occupancy apply when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Prices for Double/Triple Occupancy apply when two/three people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple price does not guarantee a third bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Children under 3 years of age are entitled to a discount of 80% of the double room rate(with a minimum of one adult per child).
* Children from 3 to 8 years of age are entitled to a discount of 40% of the double room rate(with a minimum of one adult per child).
* Children from 9 to 15 years of age are entitled to a 10% discount of the double room rate on the value of the trip.
* Traveler over 65 years of age: 5% discount of the double room rate on the value of the trip.
