- To protect the rights of all passengers, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. If you miss the boarding time, you must make your own way to the next stop to rejoin the group. In special circumstances, please contact our company.
- We strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to avoid losses caused by accidents during the trip and to protect personal interests.
- In case of special circumstances, the company reserves the right to adjust the itinerary order, replace or cancel any sightseeing activities or accommodations, and to extend or shorten the tour duration. Participants may not object on these grounds.
- All transportation providers, hotels, restaurants, and attractions involved in the tour have their own safety regulations and liability policies. In the event of personal injury, death, or property loss, such matters shall be handled according to the regulations of the relevant provider, and the company shall bear no responsibility.
- Baggage policy: Each passenger is allowed one checked bag and one carry-on bag only. Additional baggage will be charged CAD $50 + 5% GST per item.
- Itinerary order and hotels may be adjusted depending on travel dates.
- Sightseeing duration and activity times may vary due to actual conditions. Activities are subject to weather conditions. If an attraction is closed, it will be replaced with an alternative attraction.
- Group meals are subject to conditions. Guests with special dietary requirements or food allergies are not recommended to book group meals. Menu changes may occur without prior notice.
- If an optional activity cannot be operated due to force majeure or other non-personal reasons, the fee for that optional item will be refunded.
- Tour vehicles are not equipped with wheelchair access.
- This is a local join-in tour. You will be combined with other travelers locally. The itinerary order, hotel arrangements, guides, and vehicles may vary depending on departure dates, but the overall itinerary and services will remain unchanged.
- If you book extended hotel stay with airport transfer in the Calgary Airport area and do not provide flight details, please arrange the pickup time directly with the hotel front desk upon check-in. Transfer time is subject to availability.
- All optional activities have limited availability and must be booked and paid for at the time of tour reservation. On-site registration is not accepted. Early booking is recommended to avoid long waits or sold-out situations.
- Infant car seats are not provided on this tour. Guests may bring their own if needed.
