    Day 1 — Copenhagen

    Welcome to Europe!!!

    Upon arriving at the airport we will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. You can enjoy free time until your tour starts. Please, check the informative posters placed at the hotel reception area which have all the information about your upcoming services such as meeting place, time and the guide's name.
    Note: All mentioned hotels below are for your reference only, you might also check-in other same-level hotels.

    Day 2 — Copenhagen - Odense - Aarhus

    TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: Visit of Copenhagen, pleasant scenery in southern Denmark.

    In the morning we enjoy a comprehensive tour of the Danish capital with a local guide. Copenhagen is the largest Scandinavian city, and full of contrasts, the popular Tivoli, Christiansborg Palace, the terraces of Nyhavn, and The Little Mermaid. We will then travel to Jutland, passing through pleasant scenery on our way. En route we take a 20km bridge over the sea and stop at ODENSE, where we can visit its gothic cathedral and the house of Andersen. We continue on to AARHUS and our accommodation.

    Day 3 — Aarhus - Kristiansand - Flekkefjord - Stavanger

    Total distance covered: 420 km.
    Scenery: Woodlands, mountains, and fjords in Norway.
    Note: Ferry times between Denmark and Norway often vary, so the schedule for this part of the trip may change accordingly. We recommend wearing warm clothing for the boat crossing. Even though the currency in Norway is the Norwegian Krone, cash is rarely used in Scandinavian countries, and payments are typically made using credit or debit cards, so don't forget to bring your card.
    08:00 a.m. - Departure from Aarhus. We'll head to northern Denmark, enjoying pleasant scenery along the way.
    10:30 a.m. - Hirtshals. We'll go on a walk in this port city before boarding the modern ferry to cross the North Sea to Norway. Our boat usually leaves at 12:15 p.m., and the crossing takes about three hours.
    03:30 p.m. - Kristiansand. We'll disembark and continue our journey.
    05:00 p.m. - Flekkefjord. This charming town features wooden houses and quaint restaurants alongside its fjord. You'll have some time to explore.
    05:45 p.m. - Departure from Flekkefjord. The scenery will become even more captivating.
    07:45 p.m. - Stavanger. You'll enjoy free time to explore this beautiful and lively city by the sea.
    8:45 p.m. – Transfer to the hotel and check-in.

    Day 4 — Stavanger - Bergen

    Total distance covered: 170 km.
    Scenery: Beautiful fjord and sea landscapes, with many bridges that create the feeling of traveling between the sea and the land. Deep tunnels and two sections traveling by boat.
    Notes: Wear warm clothing during the boat crossings. There may sometimes be queues to board the boats, and we may arrive in Bergen later than planned.
    07:30 a.m. - Departure from Stavanger. We'll stop at the Swords in Rock monument to remember the Vikings before continuing along the coast. Shortly after, we'll reach Mortavika, where we'll take a boat across Skudenesfjorden, a journey of just over half an hour. Arrival at Arsvågen, where we'll continue through stunning scenery dominated by the sea, and pass through the world´s deepest tunnel, below the sea.
    At approximately 11:30 a.m., we'll arrive at Sandvikvåg for a 45-minute boat crossing surrounded by spectacular fjords.
    01:30 p.m. - Bergen. We'll take a cable car to Mount Fløyen (ticket included), where there are fantastic views of the city and its fjords. Afterwards, you'll have a free afternoon in Bergen to enjoy its lively atmosphere.
    Note: On some occasions, the stop at the Swords in Rock will take place the day before, prior to arriving in Stavanger. In that case, the free time in Stavanger will take place on Saturday before departing for Bergen.

    Day 5 — Bergen - Sognefjord - Oslo

    Total distance covered: 520 km.
    Scenery: Spectacular views of mountains, fjords, and snow-covered landscapes.
    Note: We recommend you wear warm clothes so you can enjoy the snow and the short ferry ride between the fjords. The cruise schedule may change, which could affect the rest of the day's itinerary.
    07:45 a.m. - Departure from Bergen. We'll set out amidst beautiful scenery, entering the fjord region.
    09:45 a.m. - Tvindefossen Waterfall. We'll make a short stop to admire the stunning 100-meter-high Trollafossen, also known as the Trolls' Waterfall. Its waters are reputed to have rejuvenating properties and to enhance sexual vitality.
    10:15 a.m. - Departure to Sognefjord, Norway's largest and often considered most beautiful fjord. We'll travel through impressive landscapes to reach Gudvangen.
    10:30 a.m. - Gudvangen. We'll visit this tiny town before taking a boat cruise along the fjord, scheduled to depart at 12:00 p.m. The cruise lasts just over 1 hour and 30 minutes and offers close views of impressive cliffs. We recommend having lunch on board.
    Around 1:30 p.m. - We'll disembark in Aurland (or occasionally in Flam). We'll continue our journey through woods, lakes, isolated mountains with snow-covered peaks, and glaciers. We'll pass through the 24.5 km Aurland Tunnel, the longest in the world, designed with techniques to rest the eyes and prevent driver fatigue,
    02:30 p.m. - Borgund Stave Church. We'll stop to view from the outside what is considered the best-preserved medieval Christian church in Norway. These wooden churches are iconic symbols of Norway, often featuring incredible carved wooden designs where elements of the ancient Norse gods coexist with Christian symbolism.
    03:15 p.m. – Departure from Borgund.
    07:15 p.m. - Oslo. We'll arrive at the charming Nordic capital, nestled between mountains alongside the fjord that shares its name.

    Day 6 — Oslo - Orebro - Stockholm

    TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: Sightseeing tour in Oslo. Impressive scenery with mountains, forests and lakes.

    We include a sightseeing tour with a local guide of the Norwegian capital; this city combines its vibrant modern architecture with its classical buildings, magnificent scenery and large parks with sculptures. It has been nominated the "European green capital". After the tour, if you want you can visit the Vikings museum. Departure for Sweden. Enjoy landscapes with forests and lakes. Next stop in OREBRO, a town next to a beautiful lake with a castle and charming historic center. Time for stroll and to take lunch. Continuing to STOCKHOLM, arriving in the evening.

    Day 7 — Stockholm

    TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: Stockholm sightseeing.

    Today we take a panoramic tour of this very beautiful capital city built on 13 islands joined together. We will see the Gamla Stand or the "City between the Bridges", the old quarter of the city, full of life where there are many monumental buildings such as the Nobel Museum, alongside the main square of Stortorget, which pays tribute to the winners of the Nobel Prizes, the Cathedral and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, we will enjoy a pretty view from the Fjällgatan viewpoint. Then leisure time. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, we suggest a visit to the City Hall and to the Vasa museum.

    Day 8 — Stockholm - Night on Ferry

    TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: Ferry to Finland.
    Enjoy a free day of leisure in Stockholm. In the evening we will board a modern ferry traveling overnight to Finland, where accommodation will be in double cabins with private bathrooms.
    Notes:
    - Please ensure you have your identification documents ready, as they will be required for boarding. Also, prepare your carry-on luggage (all other luggage will remain in the cabin).
    - In Finland, the currency used is the Euro. If you have Swedish Krona, you can exchange it on board the ferry.
    - Due to maintenance on the ferry originally scheduled for the Stockholm-Turku route, we will instead take the ferry on the Stockholm-Helsinki route. Consequently, the planned visits to Naantali and Turku will be replaced by a visit to the charming city of Porvoo. Please note that the maintenance is scheduled for October 9, 2025.

    Day 9 — Turku - Naantali - Helsinki

    TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: Forests, lakes, pleasant landscapes.

    As we arrive to Finland, we recommend that you go to the ship's deck for sunrise, enjoy mesmerizing landscapes from the sea as we sail along Aland Islands, hundreds of islands covered by forests. We disembark the ferry and have time to walk around TURKU, a city with a very strong Swedish influence. We continue our journey to the neighboring city of NAANTALI, a very picturesque town with wooden houses next to the sea. We travel on until we arrive in HELSINKI, reaching at lunchtime. In the afternoon enjoy leisure time, you will be able to explore the city, with its old market, buildings with Russian influence and churches.

    Day 10 — Helsinki

    TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS: Suomenlinna Islands by the sea with beautiful landscapes.

    We enjoy a boat trip to Suomenlinna Islands, a group of islands where we can witness a great fortress that used to protect the sea entry to the city, it has been declared World Heritage. Take time to walk around, it is possible to cross the islands through small pedestrian bridges. Free time during the afternoon.

    End of our services. Please, check the time of your flight in case you might need an additional night.

• Once the traveler's information (such as name, passport number, date of birth, etc.) is submitted with the booking, any modifications will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the [cancellation policy] 
• If the itinerary involves special tickets/high-speed train tickets/boat tickets/cruise tickets/train tickets and other unique resources, please contact customer service after placing the order to provide a clear photo of the passport's information page, as these special resources are non-refundable once booked!  
• If the tour includes airport pickup service, please notify us of any changes to your flight at least 72 hours before departure. Changes or cancellations to the pickup service within 72 hours of departure cannot be accommodated

【Luggage allowance】
One suitcase of up to 30 kg per person is allowed, plus one piece of hand luggage such as a backpack or handbag without wheels, as it must fit in the overhead compartment on the coach. If the passenger exceeds this amount, they will have to pay for the extra transport cost.

【Room configuration】
1. Tours4fun acts as an intermediary between hotels and passengers and therefore cannot guarantee a specific type of room(For double rooms, we can't guarantee 1 Queen/King Bed or 2 Separate Beds ). We will always request the passenger's preference, but the confirmation depends exclusively on the hotel.
2. Often, triple rooms are double rooms with an extra bed or sofa bed added, and they are not always comfortable. In some cases, a double and a single room is offered. Triple rooms are not recommended for three adults, only for families with children.
【Multicultural environment and bilingual tours】
1. Our tours may be bilingual and shared with passengers of different nationalities. We believe this cultural diversity enriches the travel experience, but it is important that passengers are informed in advance.
2. Our guides are certified in English (C1 level), but are not necessarily native English speakers, as they may come from various countries. Nevertheless, the service is always provided with full professionalism.
【Other tips】
1. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing our local operator's name and contact information. If at any point you were to suffer a delay arriving at the meeting point (held during customs check, loss of luggage, etc.), missing a connecting flight or your flight number was changed, you must urgently contact the transfer agent or the emergency phone number that you can find on your travel voucher.
2. For tours that include airport pick-up service, please provide your arrival flight information or pickup details at least 7 days prior to the departure date. If you don't provide the information in advance, you will be responsible for failing to arrange the arrival pickup.
3. For tours that include meals, please inform us in advance if any guests have food allergies. Requests for vegetarian meals must be made in advance and are subject to availability, with no guarantee.
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
* Adult: 16 and older
* Children under 3 years of age are entitled to a discount of 80% of the double room rate(with a minimum of one adult per child).
* Children from 3 to 8 years of age are entitled to a discount of 40% of the double room rate(with a minimum of one adult per child).
* Children from 9 to 15 years of age are entitled to a 10% discount of the double room rate on the value of the trip.
* Traveler over 65 years of age: 5% discount of the double room rate on the value of the trip.
* Prices for Single Occupancy apply when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Prices for Double/Triple Occupancy apply when two/three people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple price does not guarantee a third bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
