    Day 1 — Nairobi Transfer

    Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be met, greeted by our customer care staff and be transferred to your hotel for overnight stay. The Hilton Garden Inn Nairobi is the ideal destination for business travelers and domestic tourists who want to enjoy a weekend away from the city.

    Day 2 — Nairobi - Amboseli National Park

    On the second day of the Safaris we depart to Amboseli National park after breakfast. Upon arrival have your lunch and enjoy the afternoon at leisure the lodge. In the evening embark on the evening game drive within Amboseli National park that is ever green with the highest concentration of elephants. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at the lodge. It is 240 km from Nairobi and commands a panoramic view of the snow-capped Mt. Kilimanjaro, the world's highest free-Standing Mountain.

    Day 3 — Amboseli National Park

    In the morning depart for a game drive within the park, and on clear skies you will have an opportunity to view the highest free-standing mountain in the world – Mount Kilimanjaro. Return to the camp for breakfast and mid-morning leisure with an optional visit to the Maasai cultural village, thereafter lunch. Embark on the evening game drive as you explore the park further and of any kill. Later on, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 4 — Amboseli National Park - Lake Nakuru National Park

    After breakfast, the safari takes you to the Great Rift Valley by leaving Amboseli to Lake Nakuru National through Nairobi. Proceed on passing through the Great Rift Valley to arrive in time for lunch. In the afternoon, embark on the afternoon game drive with the park and later return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

    Day 5 — Lake Nakuru National Park - Masai Mara National Reserve

    On this day, you proceed to Masai Mara National Reserve after breakfast, arriving in time for lunch at the camp. Embark on the afternoon game drive within Masai Mara National Reserve, Masai Mara is famous its annual migration of wildebeest, Big Five and Big cats, Lion, Leopard and Cheetah, en-route game drive. Evening enjoy dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

    Day 6 — Masai Mara National Reserve

    Our safari reaches its peak as you embark on morning game drive after breakfast. Search more any kill or wildlife that was not spotted in the previous game drive. Masai Mara National Reserve is famous for its annual migration of wildebeest that cross crocodile infested Mara from Serengeti National Park. The migration entails over a million of wildebeests, thousands of zebras and hundreds of assorted antelopes and not forgetting the predators. Return to the camp for lunch and afternoon leisure. Proceed for evening game drive within the reserve, returning to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.

    Day 7 — Masai Mara National Reserve - Nairobi

    After breakfast at the camp, bid fare well to Mara and depart to Nairobi to arrive in the afternoon. Then later to be dropped at airport for your onward flight back home.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy: Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers of occupants (hereinafter collectively called a CANCELLATION) are subject to cancellation and No Show fees at the discretion under the following terms:
PEAK SEASON: (Jun 1 - Oct 31, Dec 1 - Jan 2)
* 0 - 62 days prior to departure date: no refund;
* 63 - 77 days prior to departure date: 50% penalty; 
* 78 - 92 days prior to departure date: 25% penlaty;
* 93 days and more prior to departure date: 10% penlaty.
HIGH / LOW SEASON (Jan 3 - May 31, Nov 1 - 30)
* 0 - 32 days prior to departure date: no refund;
* 33- 46 days prior to departure date: 50% penalty; 
* 47- 62 days prior to departure date: 25% penlaty;
* 63 days and more prior to departure date:  10% penlaty.

  • Acclimatization: Upon arrival, you will have a night for acclimatization before embarking on the safari. It is advisable to dress appropriately depending with the weather.
  • Safety & Security: Normal precautions as in any other destination world-wide should be taken. Visitors are advised not to leave cash and valuables in their hotel rooms but to make use of safe deposit boxes and safes. One should never carry large sums in cash and women should keep a tight grip on handbags in crowds or busy streets. As in all major cities walking alone or in small groups at night should be considered a hazard and avoided. Reliable taxis are available at all the principal hotels. Taking photographs is prohibited near military installations, policemen, the president, the national flag, the State House, state lodges, soldiers, prisons and prisoners etc. Seek assistance from your driver/guide before photographing local people & permission should be obtained.
  • Health & Medical Advice: The client shall confirm that he/she is medically fit, in good physical and mental health and is able to embark on the tour. Any client with a pre-existing medical condition or illness must declare such conditions to the company before commencement of the tour. Kenya & Tanzania requires a vaccination certificate against yellow fever and now Covid-19 negative test. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has the appropriate vaccinations. An anti-malarial prophylactic is highly recommended for all African countries. Please check with your doctor for advice on other vaccination precautions against typhoid, tetanus, polio, meningitis and hepatitis. Travel insurance is strongly recommended in event of accident or sickness while on safari. A personal health insurance cover is strongly recommended too.
  • Medical Supplies: All vehicles are equipped with first aid kit, sanitizers and thermos gun for Covid-19 prevention measures. It is advisable to travel with a small medical kit that includes any basic remedies you may need, such as antacids, painkillers, anti-histamines and cold remedies. Take along scissors, tweezers, and thermometer, lip salve, sun block, water purification tablets or drops, as well as your preferred brands of toiletries and cosmetics. Also take a torch and a pocket knife.
  • Travel Insurance: We advise clients to take a Travel Insurance cover before taking any safari.
  • Checklist for tour: A passport that is valid for six months beyond the intended length of stay, Entry eVisas to Kenya and Tanzania (applied online prior to arrival), Return Air Ticket, Travel Insurance, Medical Cover, comfortable clothing & shoes, insect repellant, Camera, Adapter plugs, convertors for electrical devices, Sun glasses, hat, sun screen, Binoculars, Basic medical kit, light rain gear & Money for souvenirs.
  • Itinerary Disclaimer
    - In order to confirm the booking, 25% non-refundable & non-transferable fee is required for any travel arrangement.
    - Transportation will be in 4 X 4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof. Trained English Speaking driver/guides are provided unless any passenger specially requests a professional Translator in which case, an extra charge will be levied.
  • The company and its agents act only as agents in all matter relating to tours. The Company’s liability to passengers is dictated by the appropriate law of the country in which the tour takes place; however, the company accepts no responsibility for any person’s illness, injury, delays, loss or damages from any cause whatsoever. Personal Travel insurance is highly recommended before taking any tour.
  • The company reserves the right to alter arrangements on the route or to cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate. It also reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of any tour at any time. In which event an equitable amount will be refunded.
  • Rates Increment: Itinerary rates are based on present date on Park fees, Government Tax and current Fuel price. In future if the Government and National Parks decide to Increase on their rates, an addition surcharge shall apply on per person rate.
  • Money Exchange: There are Forex bureaus available at the airport, malls, banks, and major towns. Major Credit Cards are often accepted in larger towns and at lodges, but in markets and with vendors along the road, cash works best, and bargaining is expected. We recommend that you take traveler’s checks rather than carrying large amounts of cash. Many travelers find it useful to carry a hand calculator to estimate dollar values while shopping. ATM machines are not widespread and may only be found in major capitals; consult your own bank before departure.
  • Trip Members' Responsibility: Abide to the law of state, respect the local people, do not litter, animals have the right of way and alight at designated areas or points in either National parks.
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
* Accommodation is based on per person sharing a twin/double/triple room or tent. Single rooms are available at an additional cost and all rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
* Sharing a room with two adults, children ages 3 to 11 years are charged 50% of per person sharing.
* Travelling with Parents, children ages 2 years and below sharing a room with an adult is free of charge. 
Easter & Festive Supplement USD$40.00 per person per day - 24, 25, 26, 31st Dec & 1st Jan. When your tour occurs during the date, we will confirm you the final price.
