Day-by-day itinerary

  1. 1

    Day 1 — London - Calais - Paris (Distance: 460 Kms)

This morning join up with your coach and depart towards Dover for your crossing to Calais; you will require your passports at hand as we will cross the UK and French immigration, as well as security. The crossing on the ferry will last approx. 90 minutes; 40 minutes if the crossing is from the Euro Tunnel train.

Once we are in mainland Europe, we make our way directly towards Paris. We will be crossing through Northern France, whilst we make our way towards Paris. On route, we will make a short stop at the service station. The stop will only sell continental food, and there will be no fast food restaurants located within the services so make sure you are prepared.

We will be covering quite a distance today to reach Paris, so ensure you carry your key essentials and devices for your entertainment for the journey.

We expect to arrive in Paris, in the early evening. We then make our way back to the center of Paris, where we embark on the famous "Bateaux" cruises of Paris for our one-hour cruise along the River Seine, we cover the stunning architecture that Paris has to offer on sights such as the Grand Palais, Petite Palais, Pont Alexandre 3rd bridge, National Assembly, Invalids and of course the spectacular Eiffel Tower. The glass-covered boat is at your disposal, choose to sit inside or outside whilst listening to the commentary of the sights.

We enjoy a delicious Indian meal at the restaurant before boarding our coach and making our way to the hotel for our three-night stay. Get a good night's sleep as more wonders await you tomorrow.

After your continental breakfast, we board the coach or our transfer vehicles for the world-famous Disneyland® Resort Paris. The transfer vehicles or coaches will take you to "the happiest place on earth".

Your tickets given to you today will entitle you to enter any one of the two theme parks that are present at Disneyland® Resort Paris.

You can choose between Disneyland® Park; which explores five themed lands filled with Disney classic stories and fairy tales. Spanning 140 acres, it is dedicated to Disney characters creating fairy tales for all. The park is home to the famous "Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant", a replica of the fairy tale castle seen in Disney's 1959 animated film Sleeping Beauty.

Alternatively, you can choose Walt Disney Studios® Park; it is dedicated to show-business, themed after movies, production, and behind-the-scenes. The behind-the-scenes destination sensation allows you to experience movie and cinema sets coming to life. Whichever park you choose the day will be full of magic that only Disney can deliver.

In the late evening we leave the park, and we will then make our way to the hotel.

Day 3 — Paris City Tour (Distance: 90 Kms)

After your continental breakfast, we board the coach for our full day city tour.

We then head back to the centre of Paris, where we visit the renowned Eiffel Tower. Prepare to ascend this magnificent landmark and take in sweeping views of the city from the best available level-whether it's the stunning second floor or, when accessible, the topmost Level 3, offering breathtaking 360° panoramas.

And here's a special treat-if access to the top floor (Level 3) is available on the day of our visit, you will enjoy this upgrade absolutely complimentary! It's our way of adding a little extra sparkle to your Parisian experience.

We then continue to the famous Louvre Museum here you can buy your own ticket and view some of the famous artefacts and sculptures housed here. Why not take the short time we have here to see the 'Mona Lisa' or Marley horses, or simply bide the time shopping for loved ones, and grabbing lunch at the many restaurants inside the Louvre.

We then visit the Fragonard Perfume Museum and get a brief insight into the origins of the different type of fragrances and the history of the Fragonard brand, you then have a chance to purchase some unique French fragrances, soaps, candles and more.

In the evening, we will head to the restaurant for an Indian dinner. Once we have allocated our entry time, enjoy your meal, and then we board the coach for our "Paris by night" tour.

The Paris Night tour, which lasts 90 Minutes and takes you around the key sights of Paris at Night, see the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Concorde and Invalides from the comfort of your coach, with the magnificent street lights and monumental lights gravitating you towards the wonderful sights and monuments. See the Eiffel Tower sparkle on the hour, for five minutes immersing you in the city of Paris, and truly recognise why it has been nicknamed the "City of Lights".

Whilst travelling around Paris over the last few days we would have covered various other sights including the Vendome, home to the Ritz Hotel; Concorde square made famous during the French revolution and Avenue des Champs Élysées, the largest tree-lined boulevard in Paris.

We then late into the night make our way to the hotel and get ready to check out tomorrow morning.

  • USD, GBP or travellers' cheques are not widely accepted at locations in this tour.
  • An important point to note whilst on a touring holiday is that some long journeys are unavoidable especially when travelling from city to city.

Passengers should advise the tour representative of their preferred diet on day one. The meals are pre-set buffet, and a choice of menu is not available. Meals will be provided with tap water only.
  • Lunches are not provided on this tour, where there is a possibility of stopping at a service station the choice for vegetarians may be limited. We highly recommend if you have specific dietary requirements then you should make arrangements to carry your own food for lunch.
  • Not all hotels in this tour will have air-conditioning so you should carry a small portable fan with you especially during the summer months.
  • Please also note that not all hotels provide a kettle so if hot water is required for warming milk etc. in the hotel then it is advisable to carry a bottle warmer/kettle as well as a thermos flask. Passengers may also want to carry a small travel iron and hairdryer etc., as many hotel rooms may not have these facilities.
  • Some hotels in Europe, especially France will provide two single beds put together as a Double occupancy room, as this sort of configuration allows the hotel to use a room for multi-use, we do contract with such hotels, and you should be prepared for such eventualities.
  • If you use services such as the phone or mini-bar or pay TV whilst in your room, you will have to pay the hotel directly when you check out; these services are not included in your tour cost.
  • Disneyland Paris can get busy, especially at peak times, so it makes sense to orientate yourself before you arrive by going onto the website and looking at the latest map. There’s a lot to see so you might like to prioritize your must-do attractions to avoid disappointment. But one should try not missing the famous Disney Parades when the much-loved Disney characters take to the streets for a unique and interactive experience. Please note on this tour you will not be staying in Disney until it closes so you will not see the evening firework, Parade or illuminations. Should you wish to do this, then you will need to make your own way back to the Hotel, and you will miss the dinner and transfers for which no compensation will be due.
  • The resort itself comprises two parks: The Disneyland Park, packed with rides and attractions, and the Walt Disney Studios Park. Your tickets will allow you access into any one of these parks.
  • When you arrive at the park, you might like to consider using the Fastpass service, a free service which helps you to cut down on waiting times for some of the attractions (subject to availability and operation).

  • Weather in much of Paris tends to be the same as England and is very unpredictable. Regardless of the time of the year, it is advisable to carry an umbrella. Temperatures vary from place to place, and it is a good idea to check online for average temperatures for the destination(s) being visited depending on the time of the year.
  • Passengers can be well prepared by ensuring they are carrying appropriate clothing, footwear and accessories. Passengers should also be aware that during the winter months most of the sightseeing will be in the dark as, in Europe, the day becomes dark very early during winter. Passengers should consult with Tours4fun at the time of booking if they are unsure.
