    Day 1 — Home - Calgary - Banff

    Transportation from Calgary Airport to Banff hotel is included. Free day at Leisure. Upon on arrival, meet and greet by our guide, who will assist you to board on the shuttle to your hotel at Banff. Suggested activities (extra fees may apply):
    Discover the Castle: Built in 19th century, also known as "Castle in the Rockies", is  predominantly in the Scottish Baronial style, featuring an Arts-and-Crafts interior.
    Banff Town: The biggest town among National towns, many shops and restaurants awaiting for your discovery.
    Upper Hot Springs: Only outdoor Hot Springs in Banff National Park (Opening hours vary)
    Dinner: Enjoy the freshest ingredients from local farmers, purveyors and artisans who take great pride in providing the best that land and sea have to offer. (Reservation is required)
    Pub Happy Hours: Reward yourself with a cold, frosty pint. (Reservation is required)

    Day 2 — Banff - Lake Louise

    Transportation from Banff hotel to Lake Louise hotel is included. Free day at your leisure. Today, you will take transfer to Lake Louise. Suggested activities (extra fees may apply):
    Lake Louise Ski Resort: One of the largest ski area in Canada over 100 ski run to fit all level needs.
    Afternoon Tea: Experience the wonderful tradition of Afternoon Tea at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, while enjoying the spectacular views of Lake Louise and the Victoria Glacier. (Reservation is required)
    Lake Louise: Named after the Princess Louise Caroline Alberta, is world famous for its turquoise lakes, The Victoria Glacier, soaring mountain backdrop, palatial hotel, and incredible hiking and skiing.
    Ice Castle: It is built on frozen Lake Louise in the heart of the majestic Canadian Rockies.  The Ice Castle is one of the many elements that brings our winter wonderland snow globe to life. (Seasonal)
    Skate & Hockey: Experience exciting Hockey game or enjoy the speed of skating on the frozen Lake Louise. (Extra fee for equipment rental)

    Day 3 — Lake Louise

    Free day at your leisure at Lake Louise Area. Suggested activities (extra fees may apply):
    Lake Louise Ski Resort: Can purchase lift ticket and rent the reequipment to experience one of the largest ski area in Canada. Over 100 ski run to fit all level needs. (At your own cost).
    - Beginner Package Group Lesson (Only Level 1-2 / 13+ YR) / Learning Area Ticket, Lesson and Equipment Included: Full Day 4 Hours 10:30AM to 15:30PM (Lunch Break 12:30PM to 13:30PM) - Half Day 2 Hours 13:00PM to 15:00PM.
    - Private Lesson Lift Tickets, Equipment, Transportation Excluded (Ski Resort Shuttle Available): 1.5 Hours First Track Lesson (Max 2 People); 2 Hours Lesson (Max 5 People).

    Tubing: All ages, all levels, a fun sport for everyone.  (At your own cost)
    Lake Louise Sightseeing: Take gondola to top of the mountain to enjoy wonderful view.  (At your own cost)

    Day 4 — Lake Louise - Home

    Transportation from Lake Louise hotel to Calgary is included. Bid farewell to the Rocky Mountain, today you will return to Calgary International Airport at 16:00 pm.

  • All departure dates are subject to reconfirmation.
  • Please be ready at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please meet us at the next pick-up location. Should there be any concerns, please contact us. 
  • Please leave us message while submitting your booking if any special bedding request. We will try our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee.
  • For customer who book the extended stay at Calgary Airport Area, if no flight information was provided, guests might have to book the shuttle with hotel front desk when checking in (Subject to availability).
  • According to the regulations of different hotels, you may be asked to provide credit card as a deposit for incidental expenses during the stay, such as telephone calls… ets.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger's own cost.
  • Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities.
  • Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
  • Hotel arrangement is subject to change due to different departure date.
  • We recommends you to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking as a measure of an extra protection.

  • One piece of checked luggage & one piece of carryon luggage, with applicable size restrictions, are allowed for each person.
  • Each passenger is allowed 1 checked bag and 1 carry-on. Extra baggage is subject to a fee.
  • Should there be any itinerary details/price discrepancies from our website, the company's invoice will be considered as the final confirmation.
  • We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night.
  • Suggest to bring the warm coat and anti-slippery shoes.
  • Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada.

* Depending on the hotel's policy, guests may be required to present a credit card at check-in for incidental charges such as phone calls. Please note that all room types are non-smoking. Any violation will result in fines payable by the guest.
* Hotels may vary by date. Standard North American double rooms are equipped with either one queen/king bed, two double beds, or one bed plus a sofa bed. If you have special requests for bed types, please indicate them when booking. We will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee.
* Triple and quadruple rooms are usually based on two beds and no extra beds will be provided.
* Most North American hotels do not provide personal items such as toothbrushes or toothpaste. Please prepare these items in advance.
