    Day 1 — Fly to Toronto (Sunday): Arrival Toronto

    Welcome to Toronto!
    Passengers will need to take the hotel shuttle on arrival. The passengers will be dropped at the hotel. Check into Hotel (Check in time 3 PM). Early
    check-in is subject to hotel policy. Meet and greet with tour manager at 6 pm in the hotel lobby. Your Tour Manager prepares you for your upcoming adventure. Enjoy a fabulous Indian Dinner with an array of mouthwatering dishes at an Indian restaurant Overnight stay at the hotel.
    Sprcial Notes:
    * Arrival flight to be booked to Toronto Airport (YYZ) to be reached on Monday before 5 pm And Fly Out of Montreal Airport (YUL).
    * Please note that if your flight is coming in late, you will miss the itinerary scheduled for today. No refunds will be provided for missed itinerary items.
    * Please note that the hotel may place a hold on your credit card at check-in to cover incidentals. This hold will be released at checkout if no charges are incurred.     Day 2 — Day Trip to Niagara Falls (Monday)

    After breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to visit Niagara Falls. Enjoy the visit to a winery at the Niagara by the lake. We will have a quick photo stop at the famous Floral Clock. Board the Hornblower Cruise for a thrilling boat ride to experience Niagara Falls from river level. Glide along the Niagara River, taking in stunning views of both the American and Canadian Falls, providing a breathtaking backdrop for memorable photos. Ponchos are provided to stay dry while enjoying the power of the falls up close. Visit Journey Behind the Falls, a captivating attraction offering a unique perspective of the falls. Descend through tunnels carved into the rock to observation platforms for stunning views of the cascading water. Later, enjoy dinner at a Indian restaurant. Visit the Skylon Tower and ride to the top to experience panoramic views of the entire Niagara Region from 774 feet above ground. Overnight stay at the hotel in Niagara Falls.

    Day 3 — Toronto (Tuesday)

    After breakfast at the hotel, board Late start, free time for an hr at the falls on own.
     Lunch on your own.
    Enjoy a three-hour guided city tour of Toronto, exploring its historical landmarks and iconic attractions.
    Dinner at a Indian restaurant returning to the hotel in Toronto for an overnight stay.

    Day 4 — Toronto - Ottawa - 1000 Islands (Wednesday)

    After breakfast at the hotel, checkout, and drive towards Ottawa (about 3 hrs. drive).
    Enroute we will have a quick stop at The Big Apple The World's Biggest Apple And Bakery, a Roadside venue featuring counter-serve dining, a country store, mini-golf, and kiddie train rides.
    Proceed to Rockport to board a scenic cruise through the breathtaking 1000 Islands region. Discover majestic castles, lush landscapes, and hear fascinating tales of the area's history as you sail through this picturesque region and have lunch on your own.
    After the cruise, drive to Ottawa for a guided city tour, where you'll see important landmarks and gain insights into Canada's capital city.
    End the day with dinner at Indian a restaurant and overnight stay in Ottawa.

    Day 5 — Ottawa - Montreal (Thursday)

    After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive towards Montreal.
    After lunch (on your own), Visit the stunning Notre-Dame Basilica of Montreal, known for its spectacular altar, intricate wood carvings, exquisite stained-glass windows, magnificent pipe organ, and mini altars. This guided visit is a perfect introduction to the history of Notre-Dame Parish, the church's architecture, and the many works of art that adorn its interior.

    Day 6 — Quebec City Day Trip (Friday)

    After breakfast, drive towards Quebec City (approximately 3 hours).
    Visit the spectacular Montmorency Falls (Chute Montmorency), a majestic waterfall on the Montmorency River that towers 30 meters higher than Niagara Falls, offering breathtaking views and photo opportunities.
    Enjoy lunch on your own before proceeding on a guided city tour of Quebec City.
    Discover the charm of this 400-year-old city, founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain along the banks of the Saint Lawrence River. Explore its cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and unique European flair.
    Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Quebec City offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and natural beauty.

    Day 7 — Fly back (Saturday)

    Today after breakfast, check out from the hotel (check out time is 11am). The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to Montreal (YUL) Airport. Please confirm shuttle timings with the bell desk in advance. If you have an early flight and the shuttle is not operational (shuttle timings: 5:00 AM - 9:00 PM), please arrange for a cab at your own expense. Please note that packed breakfast is not available for guests departing on early flight.

  • All bookings need to be received 32days prior to the departure dates. This is mandatory for Canadian departures.
  • Things to Carry
    - Raincoat, umbrella, weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable walking shoes.
    - Valid passport/visa and tour voucher with contact numbers.
    - Working credit card in guest name for hotel deposits (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover).
    - Cash for mandatory tips and personal needs.
    - One carry-on and one checked bag per person (due to coach luggage space).
  • Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details.
  • Tour Managers' details will be provided one week before departure.
  • Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date.
  • A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
  • For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
  • Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that this may incur at the hotel.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
  • Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
  • Seating on the coach is rotational basis. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15 seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater.
  • We're not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
  • Hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
  • A $35 wire transfer fee per order applies for all bank transactions.
  • The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
  • We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
  • We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
  • Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
  • The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
  • Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
  • We do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
  • Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
  • In NO event our company is liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.
  • We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on weather, traffic, or other conditions for the convenience of the traveling customers. We reserve the right to use Van/Minibus/Coach depending on the number of passengers.
  • In case of coach break down due to mechanical failures, the company will make every effort to fix the problem but please note that there will be no monetary compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 8 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
* Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Hotel rooms typically have a maximum of two double beds; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two beds.
