Day 1 — Home - Calgary - Banff

• Change of departure date will be considered as a cancellation.
• Decrease in number of guests, change the optional admissions & group meal purchase, as well as amending extended hotel stay will be considered as cancellation.
• All optional tours are non-refundable. Refund will be done only due to weather and force majeure event happens and the optional tours could not be continued.

- Please be ready at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the pick-up time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please meet us at the next pick-up location. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.

Due to the wildfire in Jasper National Park, if the town of Jasper has not been fully restored by the time of the trip, we will make necessary adjustments to the itinerary and ensure that alternative attractions are available for a seamless experience. By booking your trip, you consent to the changes above. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, the regular cancellation and change policy will apply.
