Day-by-day itinerary

    Day 1 — Hometown－Yellowknife - Aurora Viewing

    Meet & Greet at the Yellowknife airport and transfer to the accommodations
    Brief 15-minutes orientation
    22:00pm, depart for Aurora Viewing or Late Aurora Viewing schedule is arranged according to flight schedule

    Day 2 — Yellowknife - Optional tour - Bullocks Bistro - Aurora Hunting

    Today, you can choose to participate in activities at your own expense or go shopping in the town. For dinner, you can dine at the famous local fish restaurant, Bullocks Bistro, and enjoy fresh Arctic cod (at your own expense), or have dinner at an indigenous bar (at your own expense). In the evening, we will take a bus to visit different attractions to admire the Northern Lights. We will likely visit 3 to 4 locations in one night, and guests who enjoy taking photos can capture the Northern Lights against various backdrops.

    Day 3 — Yellowknife - Optional tour - Aurora Viewing

    You can enjoy your free day. Or you can choose to participate in paid activities such as sightseeing in Yellowknife Town, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and more.
    Around 10:00 PM in the evening, we will drive to the Ice Lake Cabin and Hunter's Tent to admire the Northern Lights. On the vast expanse of the ice lake, with unobstructed views, you can enjoy the Northern Lights, and professional guides will provide free photography. You can indulge in meals, hot coffee, hot tea, etc., inside the cabin while watching the Northern Lights through the windows.

    Day 4 — Yellowknife - Diamond Center visit - Ice Lake Cabin Villa/Aurora Hunting

    Today you are free to explore the town. As a suggested itinerary, you can visit the Diamond Centre on your own (Yellowknife is a major diamond-producing area in North America).
    Around 10:00 PM in the evening, there is another option to chase the light or drive to the Ice Lake Cabin Villa to admire the Northern Lights.

    Day 5 — Yellowknife－Hometown

    In the Morning, depart hotel for Yellowknife Airport and end this magnificent aurora viewing tour.

  • All personal expenses including hotel room service and meals; however, you have the option to pay for meals the tour guide arranges
  • Entrance fees & optional tours (Prices vary from season to season; only the price at the ticket booth / box office is final)

Cancellation  Policy:
- 33 or more days prior to Departure Date: $60.00/Person Service fee will be charged;
- 23-32 days prior to Departure Date: 50% of the tour fee will be refunded;
- 10-22 days prior to Departure Date: 25% of the tour fee will be refunded;
- 9 days or less prior to Departure Date: No refund.

This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel.   • We ave the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary. 
  • During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progression of the trip. 
  • The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon whose appearance and visibility are dictated by weather and other natural conditions. Thus, there is no guarantee that you will see them. If there are discrepancies between any time stated in the itinerary and the time given by your guide, please meet at the time your guide has informed you of. The sequence of activities in this tour itinerary is subject to change based on the tour departure date, weather conditions, etc., but the content of the tour will not change. 
  • The price in the system is US dollars which includes tax. If you need to pay in CAD dollars, all CAD dollar prices do not include 5% GST. 
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
