Begin your Canadian Rockies adventure in Calgary, the gateway to the mountains and known affectionately as "Cowtown." Upon arrival at Calgary International Airport, take advantage of our complimentary shuttle service operating from 9am to 9pm every 2 hours. Your tour guide will assist with hotel check-in, ensuring a smooth start to your Rocky Mountain journey.
The remainder of the day is yours to relax or explore Calgary at your leisure. For those arriving early, enhance your experience with one of our optional city tours (must be booked before 13:00PM pickup or hotel arrival by 13:30PM)

- Each person is allowed to check in and carry on only one piece of baggage, any additional baggage will incur an extra fee of CAD$50+5%GST per piece.
- Aside from admission fees, optional tour fees and service fees mentioned above, other fees and taxes should be paid in CAD currency by. If you choose to pay in USD currency, you should pay the price difference caused by the currency exchange rate.
- Please be ready and show up at meeting location 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting time as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please go to next pick up location to meet the group. Should there be any concerns, please contact us.
- Upgrade fees do not include breakfast (need to pay extra).
- Tours4Fun has put forth all necessary efforts to ensure that, at all times of publication, all descriptions in the present brochure are exact. We reserve the right to postpone, cancel, or change the tour and/or hotel accommodation. Any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participant.
- The duration of visits or activities may vary due to actual conditions. Activities will be conducted subject to weather conditions. If a particular attraction is closed, it will be replaced with an alternative.
- There may be restrictions on group meals. Guests with special dietary requirements or allergies are advised not to choose group meals. (Menu changes may occur without prior notice.)

- If you choose to book an extended stay at a hotel near Calgary Airport with airport transfer, and the guest does not provide flight information, please arrange the transfer time directly with the hotel front desk upon check-in. (Transfer time is subject to availability.)

- All room types are based on double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd & 4th person.
- Should there be any itinerary details/price discrepancies from our website, the company's invoice will be considered as the final confirmation.
- We highly recommend to check the weather forecast before your arrival because the temperature in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night. In the summer during the Day, it is usually is from 20-25 degree Celsius & Evening from 10-15 degree Celsius.
- Suggest to bring a warm coat because the temperature at the Columbia Icefield could be under 10 degree Celsius even in summer.
- Suggest to bring sunscreen and sun protection products due to high UV index in Canada.
- Suggest to bring toiletries since North America Hotels usually do not provide such amenities.
