Day-by-day itinerary

    Day 1 — Punta Arenas - Puerto Natales

    Reception at Punta Arenas airport and guide assistance to take the public bus to Puerto Natales. Reception at the bus station and transfer to the hotel. Overnight.

    Day 2 — Puerto Natales

    Breakfast in the hotel.
    Full day excursion Balmaceda & Serrano Glaciers (SIB):
    7:30am, transfer to the pier (no guide included) to start sailing the Ultima Esperanza Fjord (Last Hope) and after a 3-hour navigation arrival to the thousand-year-old glacier of Mount Balmaceda, habitat of cormorants and sea lions. At the end of the fjord disembark and walk approximately 1 kilometer (3/4 mile) on a path through the middle of a wonderful native forest to the foot of the Glacier Serrano and from there, admire this huge natural wonder. Back trip to Puerto Natales with a stop in ranch to enjoy a typical lunch barbecue (or a menu in low season) and transfer to the hotel (no guide included). Overnight.

    Day 3 — Puerto Natales - Torres del Paine - Puerto Natales

    Breakfast at the hotel.
    Full day excursion to Torres del Paine National Park with lunch:
    Departure from Puerto Natales through steppes and Patagonia scrub, full of abundant wild life and herds of sheep, up to Torres del Paine National Park declared world heritage by UNESCO in 1978. In the park, a large variety of native fauna especially large herds of guanacos can be observed. Visit the Salto Grande of the Paine River, with the impressive mountain massif of Torres del Paine in the background. Then visit to Lake Pehoé, Lake Grey and Grey Glacier. After lunch, on the way back we visit the Cueva del Milodón, a cave where, in 1968, the remains of a Milodón, a large prehistoric herbivorous mammal that inhabited 14,000 years ago, were discovered. Return to Puerto Natales and overnight.

    Day 4 — Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas

    Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the bus station to board a regular service bus, directly to the airport in Punta Arenas, to board your next flight (the trip takes 3:15 h).

To cancel without penalty fee:
* Hotels: 12 days prior arrival, no charge, except:
- Vendaval: 9 days prior arrival in low season and 17 days prior arrival in high season
- Martin Gusinde: 32 days prior arrival
- Casa de La Patagonia: 2 rooms: 17 days prior arrival; +3 rooms: 32 days prior arrival ​
- Costaustralis: 3 rooms: 4 days prior arrival and low season and 17 days prior in high season
* Land Services: 18 days prior arrival.
* For special dates, you will be informed at the time of confirmation.
* You must be informed before the deadline indicated above (working days) in order to avoid the late cancellation fee.
 

Important info

Special notes
  • During Christmas and New Year (Dec 25 and Jan 01), the services will have a surcharge of 50%.
  • Rates are subject to confirmation during holidays and long weekends (Easter, National Holidays Sep/18, Christmas and New Year's Eve, etc).
  • Balmaceda and Serrano excursion operates daily between September and March. From April to August operates every Sunday and 2, 3 days a week with a minimum of 25 paid passengers (embarked. It does not operates on Dec 25 and Jan 1st and Good Friday).
  • Itinerary could be changed according to flight schedules, climate conditions, or in order to provide a better service.
  • All excursions and navigations are subject to weather conditions.
  • In Patagonia, it is recommended to wear appropriate clothing to face rain, winds, and low temperatures.
  • We act only as intermediaries of the companies whose products extend the services. We do not assume any responsibility for train, bus, ship or any transportation service, and the hotels used by passengers; we are also not responsible for any act, mistake or omission, or for any damages caused by vehicles or people related to the suppliers. Additional expenses, if any, will be on passenger account.

Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double Occupancy applies when two people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Children enjoy the same price as adults as the 2nd person in one room.
