    Day 1 — Arrival in Vancouver

    Welcome to Vancouver!! From colorful downtown neighborhoods to culturally diverse suburbs and mountainside districts, Vancouver's scenic location makes it a major tourist destination. Many visit to see the city's gardens, Stanley Park, Queen Elizabeth Park, VanDusen Botanical Garden and the mountains, ocean, forest and parklands which surround the city.
    Special Notes:
    * Private airport transfer: Our representative will pick you up from Vancouver International Airport and drop you at your hotel. (Please provide flight and contact details at least one week prior to arrival.) No Greet and meet its just pickup .
    * Hotel check-in: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.

    Day 2 — Vancouver - Daytrip to Whistler

    Breakfast at the Indian restaurant and later.
    Drive towards Whistler. Have a quick photo stop at Shannon Falls, a 481-meter-high waterfall. Later proceed to Whistler, a pretty alpine village under the shadow of the Blackcomb Mountains. Whistler needs no introduction north America largest ski resort.
    Explore Whistler Village free time. Take the Peak 2 Peak Gondola Ride to enjoy the panoramic views of glaciers, extinct volcanoes, and snow-capped mountains. Clock. Later drive back to Vancouver. Visit The Capilano Bridge. Appreciate nature from three breathtaking perspectives - Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, and the exciting new Cliff Walk. The 450 ft (137m) long, 230 ft (70m) high Capilano Suspension Bridge has thrilled visitors since 1889. While the wobbly bridge and stunning location is a landmark. End the day with dinner at Indian Restaurant and overnight stay at the hotel Vancouver.

    Day 3 — Vancouver - Kamloops (Sun Peaks)

    Breakfast: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel.
    Flyover Canada: Begin your day with Flyover Canada - an amazing virtual flight experience where you'll "take off" into a massive domed screen and enjoy a breathtaking journey across Canada's most spectacular sights. (Please note: Children must be at least 102 cm / 40 tall to participate.)
    Vancouver City Tour: Discover the highlights of Vancouver with a guided city tour led by an experienced step-on guide. Visit iconic locations including Stanley Park, Gastown, and the Steam Clock.
    Lunch: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant on own before departing for Kamloops.
    Kamloops (Sun Peaks): Arrive at Sun Peaks Grand Resort. Dinner will be served at a local Indian restaurant.

    Day 4 — Kamloops - Jasper

    Breakfast & Checkout: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before checking out.
    Journey to Jasper: Depart Sun Peaks for Jasper, noting the time zone changes along the way.
    Scenic Highlights: Admire Mount Robson, the tallest mountain in the Canadian Rockies. Travel along the Yellowhead Highway, following the Thompson River and taking in spectacular views of the Monashee Mountains.
    Dinner & Overnight: Dinner at a local Indian restaurant, followed by an overnight stay in Hinton.

    Day 5 — Jasper - Banff

    Breakfast & Departure: After breakfast at the hotel, continue your Canadian Rockies adventure with a full-day journey to Banff. Enjoy a scenic drive along the Icefields Parkway, stopping at Peyto Lake or Moraine Lake en route to Banff National Park. Take a quick photo stop at Athabasca Falls.
    Glacier Adventure: Visit the Glacier Discovery Centre along the Icefields Parkway (Hwy 93). Board the Ice Explorer bus to explore the Athabasca Glacier, where you can walk on ice up to 360 m (1,180 ft) thick.
    Glacier Skywalk: Take the shuttle to the glass-floored Glacier Skywalk, suspended 280 m (919 ft) over the Sunwapta Valley, offering breathtaking views of glaciers and rugged mountain peaks.

    Day 6 — Banff - Lake Louise - Yoho National Park

    After breakfast proceed to lake Louise.
    Yoho National Park: Explore Yoho National Park, renowned for its towering rock walls, spectacular waterfalls, and 28 peaks over 3,000 meters. The name "Yoho" is a Cree expression of awe and wonder.
    Emerald Lake: Admire the breathtaking mountain peaks and vibrant wildflowers on an afternoon stroll around Emerald Lake, known for its striking gem-colored waters.
    Natural Bridges: Marvel at the force of the Kicking Horse River as it cascades under a naturally formed stone bridge.
    Scenic Viewpoints: Make quick stops at scenic viewpoints including the Continental Divide, Meeting of the Rivers, and Spiral Tunnels.

    Day 7 — Banff - Calgary

    After breakfast drive to Calgary. On the way explore Bow Falls, Banff Gondola Ride. This is a Gondola Ride to the top of Sulphur Mountain to experience Surprise Corner, and later in the day enjoy the beautiful Lake Minnewanka.
    Drive through Calgary town and see the iconic places like the Calgary Tower, Canada Olympic Park, etc. Dinner at restaurant. Overnight at the hotel in Calgary.

    Day 8 — Flight from Calgary to Toronto

    After breakfast today, check out from the hotel (check out time is 11 am).
    The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to Calgary airport. Please check with the bell desk regarding shuttle timings.
    If you have any early flight & no shuttle is operational, please take a cab on your own. (Shuttle timings are from 5 AM to 9 PM). A packed breakfast option is not available for passengers taking an early flight.
    Welcome to Toronto! Upon arrival, passengers will take the hotel shuttle to their hotel. Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
    Meet and greet with tour manager at 6 pm in the hotel lobby. Your Tour Manager prepares you for your upcoming adventure. Enjoy a fabulous Dinner with an array of mouthwatering dishes at an international restaurant Overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 9 — Day Trip to Niagara Falls

    After breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to visit Niagara Falls. 
    Winery Visit: Enjoy a visit to a local winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
    Photo Stop: Stop for a quick photo at the famous Floral Clock.
    Board the Niagara Falls Hornblower Cruise for an exhilarating boat ride to experience the falls from river level. Glide along the Niagara River, taking in stunning views of the surrounding scenery before reaching the iconic falls. Enjoy panoramic views of both the American and Canadian falls, creating a breathtaking backdrop for memorable photos. Guests will be provided with ponchos to stay dry while experiencing the awe-inspiring power of nature upclose.

    Day 10 — Toronto

    Niagara Falls & Toronto Sightseeing:
    After breakfast at the hotel, board Niagara Falls. Late start and free time for an hr. in Niagara Falls on own.
    In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour of Toronto, where professional tour guides will introduce you to the city's historical landmarks, exciting attractions, and beautiful scenery.
    Dinner: At a local Indian restaurant, followed by a drive back to Toronto for an overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 11 — Ottawa

    Check out of the hotel after breakfast and enjoy a visit to The Big Apple, the world's largest apple and bakery. This roadside venue features counter serve dining, a country store, mini-golf, and kiddie train rides.
    Next, board a cruise at Rockport to experience the breathtaking 1000 Islands, with majestic castles and whispers of a thousand legends. Discover the heart of this stunning region as you glide through its scenic waterways.

    Day 12 — Montreal

    After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive towards Montreal (approximately 3 hours). En route, make a quick stop to visit the Notre-Dame Basilica, a stunning church featuring a spectacular altar, intricate wood carvings, beautiful stained glass, a grand pipe organ, and multiple mini altars.
    Continue with a guided city tour of Montreal, where professional guides will introduce you to the city's historical landmarks, exciting attractions, and scenic spots. Discover one of the world's largest French-speaking cities, home to numerous museums, restaurants, and shops.
    Conclude the day with a delicious dinner at a Indian restaurant and an overnight stay in Montreal.

    Day 13 — Quebec City Day Trip

    After breakfast, drive towards Quebec City (approximately 3 hours). En route, visit Montmorency Falls (French: Chute Montmorency), a spectacular waterfall on the Montmorency River. Lunch: On your own.
    After lunch, enjoy a guided city tour of Quebec City, a 400-year-old city founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain on the banks of the Saint Lawrence River. Québec City, a UNESCO World Heritage treasure, is surrounded by stunning landscapes and offers a rich blend of historical, cultural, and outdoor experiences, along with exquisite cuisine.

    Day 14 — Fly back

  • All bookings need to be received 32days prior to the departure dates. This is mandatory for Canadian departures.
  • Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details.
  • Tour Managers' details will be provided one week before departure.
  • Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date.
  • A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
  • For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
  • Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that this may incur at the hotel.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
  • Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
  • Seating on the coach is rotational basis. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15 seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater.
  • We're not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
  • Hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
  • A $35 wire transfer fee per order applies for all bank transactions.
  • The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
  • We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
  • We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
  • Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
  • The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
  • Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
  • We do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
  • Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
  • In NO event our company is liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.
  • We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on weather, traffic, or other conditions for the convenience of the traveling customers. We reserve the right to use Van/Minibus/Coach depending on the number of passengers.
  • In case of coach break down due to mechanical failures, the company will make every effort to fix the problem but please note that there will be no monetary compensation for the inconvenience caused.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* The child pricing is applicable for children between 2 years to 9 years. Under 2 years is free.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
* Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Hotel rooms typically have a maximum of two double beds; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two beds.
