Day-by-day itinerary

    Day 1 — Vancouver Arrival

    Arrive at Vancouver International Airport before 4:00 PM for your group transfer to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the Indian restaurant. Meet the guide for briefing meet and greet.
    Special Notes:
    *Arrival will be on Sunday before 4 PM in Vancouver International Airport (YVR) & departure will be on Sunday from Calgary International Airport (YYC).
    *Check into Hotel Check-in time 3 PM).
    *Please note that the hotel may take your Credit card at the time of check-in towards Incidentals. The hold on the card will be released once the
    guests check out if no charges are Incurred. Its Highly recommended at the time of checkout Please check with front desk and release amount on hold. We are not liable.

    Day 2 — Vancouver - Daytrip to Whistler

    Breakfast at the Indian Restaurant.
    Drive towards Whistler. Have a quick photo stop at Shannon Falls, a 481-meter-high waterfall.
    Later proceed to Whistler, an alpine village under the shadow of the Blackcomb Mountains. Explore this iconic year-round mountain destination, home to Whistler Blackcomb, North America's largest ski resort. Known for its glamour, youthful energy, and adventurous spirit, Whistler offers plenty to see
    and do.
    Enjoy free time wandering through Whistler Village at your own pace lunch on own .
    Take the Peak 2 Peak Gondola Ride for breathtaking views of glaciers, extinct volcanoes, and snow-capped mountains.
    Visit The Capilano Bridge. Appreciate nature from three breathtaking perspectives - Capilano Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure, and the exciting new Cliff Walk. The 450 ft (137m) long, 230 ft (70m) high Capilano Suspension Bridge has thrilled visitors since 1889. While the wobbly bridge and stunning location is a Vancouver landmark.

    Day 3 — Vancouver - Kamloops (Sun Peaks)

    After breakfast at the Indian Restaurant proceed towards Flyover Canada - an amazing virtual flight over Canada's most stunning sights. (Please note children must be at least 102cm (40") tall).
    Enjoy a guided Vancouver city tour, seeing highlights like Stanley Park, Gastown, and the Steam Clock.
    After lunch, own drive to Sun Peaks Resort in Kamloops, located in the historic land of the Secwepemc people.

    Day 4 — Kamloops - Jasper

    After a hearty breakfast, check out of the hotel and set off for Jasper.
    Today's journey takes you across a new time zone as you travel through some of Canada's most stunning landscapes.
    Marvel at the sight of Mount Robson, the tallest peak in the Canadian Rockies, standing majestically along your route.
    Follow the scenic Yellowhead Highway, winding alongside the Thompson River and offering spectacular views of the Monashee Mountains.
    End the day with a delicious dinner at a local Indian restaurant before settling in for an overnight stay at hotel in Hinton.

    Day 5 — Jasper - Columbia Icefield - Banff

    After breakfast at the hotel, continue your tour of the Canadian Rockies with a full-day journey to Banff via the scenic Icefields Parkway.
    Stop for a quick photo at Athabasca Falls.
    Visit the Glacier Discovery Centre along Hwy 93. Here, board an Ice Explorer bus onto the Athabasca Glacier, where you can walk on ice up to 360 m (1,180 ft) thick. Then take the shuttle to the glass-floored Glacier Skywalk, suspended 280 m (919 ft) over the Sunwapta Valley, offering breathtaking views of glaciers and rugged mountain peaks.

    Day 6 — Discover Banff

    After breakfast, proceed to Yoho National Park, known for its towering rock walls, spectacular waterfalls, and 28 peaks over 3,000 meters. The word "Yoho" is a Cree expression of awe and wonder.
    First stop at the iconic Lake Louise, a turquoise, glacier-fed lake ringed by high peaks and overlooked by a stately chateau.
    Continue exploring Yoho National Park, admiring mountain peaks and wildflowers on an afternoon stroll around Emerald Lake.
    Visit the Natural Bridges and witness the power of the Kicking Horse River as it cascades under a naturally formed stone bridge.
    Dinner at a Indian restaurant in Banff followed by overnight stay at your hotel in Canmore.

    Day 7 — Banff - Lake Louise - Calgary

    After breakfast drive to Calgary.
    Visit to the Banff Gondola, taking you to the top of Sulphur Mountain for breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding six-mountain range.
    Stop at Lake Minnewanka for photos and scenic views.
    Continue with an orientation tour of Calgary city, passing major landmarks and attractions.
    Dinner at a restaurant Indian Restaurant, followed by overnight stay at your hotel in Calgary.

    Day 8 — Fly Back

    After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport via the hotel shuttle. If the shuttle is unavailable, passengers will need to take a cab at their own expense.

  • Airport transfers on a private basis from vancouver airport to hotel. drop off from the calgary hotel will be via hotel shuttle. if the shuttle is not operating, passengers will have to pay cab fare on own.

  • Please note passengers must book a pre-night if you wish to take a Victoria Day Trip Optional Tour.
  • All bookings need to be received 32days prior to the departure dates. This is mandatory for Canadian departures.
  • Things to Carry
    - Raincoat, umbrella, weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable walking shoes.
    - Valid passport/visa and tour voucher with contact numbers.
    - Working credit card in guest name for hotel deposits (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover).
    - Cash for mandatory tips and personal needs.
    - One carry-on and one checked bag per person (due to coach luggage space).
  • Please make sure to collect the Contact information of the tour manager details.
  • Tour Managers' details will be provided one week before departure.
  • Please reconfirm the hotel list before your travel date.
  • A valid contact number for the passenger is a must at the time of reservation to ensure smooth transfers.
  • For the comfort of all passengers, we request passengers travel light (recommended luggage: One carry-on and One International size suitcase.
  • Check-in time at the hotel is 3 pm while check-out is 11 am. If the guests want to extend their stay, they can contact the front desk and request them. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that this may incur at the hotel.
  • Porterage/Baggage Handling is not a part of the tour. If the guests require this service, they can contact the bell desk at the respective hotel and pay on their own.
  • Wheelchair passengers, if planning on joining our tour, will need to have someone travel with them to assist the passengers. The tour manager will be unable to provide aid. Also, please note that our coaches are not equipped for handicapped travelers.
  • Seating on the coach is rotational basis. The coach size will vary based on the number of passengers. This can be 15 seater/25-seater/30-seater/55-seater.
  • We're not responsible for lost Valuables/Travel documents. We request the passengers take care of their personal belongings.
  • Hotel will ask for CC at the time of check-in towards incidentals. The hotel usually puts a hold on the CC and this hold will be released if no expenses are incurred. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks for the charge to disappear on the Credit statement. Make sure to get a Zero statement balance from the hotel. If paying cash to the front desk, please make sure to collect the same before checking out.
  • A $35 wire transfer fee per order applies for all bank transactions.
  • The passengers are liable to pay for any damages caused while on tour either at the hotel they are staying in: coach or at restaurants and attractions. We will collect the valued amount before the end of the tour.
  • We strongly encourage all passengers to buy optional tours through us. We are not responsible for any bookings made on our own. Also, if the passengers are deviating from the itinerary, this must be mentioned clearly in the email and acknowledged.
  • We recommend that the passengers keep political and religious discussions to none during the travel. This is a vacation package that is open to everyone irrespective of their difference.
  • Because of the current scenario, all breakfast and dinner might be Ala Carte and brought to the table. We request the passengers follow the guidelines of the restaurant.
  • The Weather can vary considerably depending on the month of travel. Please make sure to have weather-appropriate clothing. Walking shoes are recommended.
  • Tour leader has the right to change the itinerary based on Weather and traffic conditions. Please follow protocol while on tour. In case of any breakdown, we will try our best to fix the problem. However, no monetary compensation will be provided.
  • We do not hold any responsibility for any injuries or accidents that might happen while on tour. Passengers are requested to carry Insurance with them to safeguard themselves in case of any eventuality. Our Tour managers will do all they can to aid the passengers in their time of need.
  • Children under 2 years travel free. Child price applies for children between the ages of 2 years to 9 years. 9 years and Older are adults.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidentals that they may incur at the hotel.
  • In NO event our company is liable to you for any Indirect, Special, Incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Early Check-in can only be requested, they are not guaranteed.
  • Our Pricing for the hotels includes room rate, taxes, and Breakfast if applicable. The passengers are liable to pay for any additional incidents that they may incur at the hotel.
  • We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the daily itinerary flow based on weather, traffic, or other conditions for the convenience of the traveling customers. We reserve the right to use Van/Minibus/Coach depending on the number of passengers.
  • In case of coach break down due to mechanical failures, the company will make every effort to fix the problem but please note that there will be no monetary compensation for the inconvenience caused.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* The child pricing is applicable for children between 2 years to 9 years. Under 2 years is free.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.
* Standard room is with King bed. For 2 or more passengers (maximum occupancy is 4 per room), we will book a room with two double beds. For parents traveling with children, we will book a room with 2 beds. Hotel rooms typically have a maximum of two double beds; rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with two beds.
