Day 1 — Home - New York
Welcome to New York City, the place of skyscrapers and history and where culture mingles with its people.
When you check into the Luxurious property, experience a World-class New York hotel in the center of the world's most visited tourist attraction area of New York.
At baggage claim, call the driver using the number provided on the voucher. The driver will direct you to the designated meeting point for your complimentary airport pick-up. Transfer to the hotel, check in, and settle in.
7:00 pm: Meet the tour manager in the hotel lobby. Short walk to a nearby Indian restaurant for a welcome dinner. After dinner, enjoy Times Square at your own pace.

Day 7 — Depart Niagara Falls - Fly to Orlando (MCO)

After breakfast, check out of your hotel (check-out time is 11:00 am.
A representative will provide a private airport transfer based on your flight schedule.
Note: For passengers with early flights, please be aware that the packed breakfast option is not available.
Travel:
Depart from BUF (Niagara Falls) to MCO (Orlando) on a domestic flight.
Upon arrival in Orlando, hotel check-in is scheduled for 3:00 pm.

Arrival & Transfer:
The representative meets you at baggage claim and transfers you to your hotel. Check-in begins at 3:00pm.

Your departure flight will be out of MCO Orlando (private airport transfer included in your cost).

Arrive in Las Vegas:
Our representative will pick you up from the Airport for a private airport transfer based on your individual flight times (please note that check-in time is 4:00 pm).
Upon arrival in Las Vegas, proceed to the baggage claim area and call the driver using the contact number provided on your voucher. The driver will direct you to the designated meeting point for your complimentary airport pick-up.

For safety or operational reasons - including weather and traffic—the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.
Optional Excursions
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through us. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; We assume no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.
Coach Breakdowns
If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)
While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
