Your tour starts from Barcelona, a city overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, and famous for Gaudí and other Art Nouveau architecture. [The Sagrada Família](optional) is a one-of-a-kind basilica, the fruit of the work of genius architect Antoni Gaudí. Today, construction continues on the Basilica. [Casa Milà](exterior visit only),a block of flats, is Gaudí's most iconic secular building and also his final residential project. Next, head to Valencia, a city where the classical and the avant-garde meet. Visit [Valencia Cathedral], the city's most important religious building, with its iconic tower, "el Miguelete", a symbol of the city. Not far from the Cathedral, you'll find [Plaça de la Verge], one of the landmarks of the old town. After breakfast, head to Granada, a city with an unmistakably Moorish flavour, located in eastern Andalusia. You will visit the [Alhambra], a beautiful complex of buildings and gardens. It was the largest political and aristocratic centre of the Moslem West. The palace grounds comprise beautiful rectangular courtyards and numerous fountains, as well as the Nasrid buildings that served as living quarters for the monarchs and their servants. Today we'll explore the capital of Portugal, Lisbon, where old customs and ancient history intermingle with cultural entertainment and hi-tech innovation.We will visit [The Jerónimos Monastery], a National Monument and that was classified a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1983. Next, we'll visit [Torre de Belém] a cornerstone of Portuguese identity and an icon of a country historically shaped by its proximity to the ocean and its maritime discoveries of new worlds. Come and make your own discoveries at the [Padrão dos Descobrimentos], a monumental sculpture commemorating the golden age of Portuguese history. After breakfast, we will drive to the most westerly point in continental Europe [Cabo da Roca], the place where the land ends and the sea begins. Immortalized in the famous words of Portugal's greatest poet, Luís Vaz de Camões, Cape Roca impresses all who visit. Then we will travel to the famous "City of Three Cultures" Toledo, Christians, Muslims and Jews. Followers of the three religions lived side by side for centuries and left their mark in Toledo. 【Barcelona (BCN) Airport Transfer Notes】
1. Book at least 7 days in advance and provide flight details. For bookings within 7 days, double confirmation is required.
2. Transfer details will be sent to your registered email 3 days prior to pick-up or drop-off.
3. When placing an order, please provide the specific date of the package, hotel name, and the contact number of participants for coordination.
4. A 7-seater vehicle can carry up to 4 passengers and 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage. For more luggage, please choose a larger vehicle to avoid delays. Ensure the number of passengers and luggage is accurate. If overloaded, the driver has the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
5. For pick-up, passengers must prepare their customs form in advance to avoid delays and contact the driver immediately after the flight lands. The driver will wait up to 60 minutes free of charge from the actual flight arrival time, with a maximum wait of 2 hours. After 60 minutes, an additional charge of 50 EUR per hour applies (full charge for partial hours). This extra charge must be paid directly to the driver.
For drop-off, please contact the driver in advance. The driver has the right to leave if they wait more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time at the hotel lobby or other pre-arranged location.
6. Night Service Fee: Transfers are only available during regular hours, from 07:30 to 21:00. Transfers outside these hours incur an additional 30 EUR fee.
7. If the transfer distance exceeds 30 km, an additional charge of 1.5 EUR per km applies. (No extra charge applies for distances beyond 30 km if the hotel is part of our group tour's booking).
8. Tipping is not required for airport transfers.
9. The airport transfer service is a group service. The driver is only responsible for transfers between the airport and the designated group hotel (or pre-arranged hotel). The driver is not responsible for any tour-related matters.
10. Transfer Vehicle Types:
5-seater: 3 passengers + 3 pieces of 20-inch luggage (reducing one passenger allows for an additional piece of luggage).
7-seater: 4 passengers + 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage (reducing one passenger allows for an additional piece of luggage).

【Cancellation/Amendment Policy】
1) Cancellation of order:
In case of cancellation of orders, cancellation fees are charged according to the following policy:
- 33 days or longer prior to scheduled departure (33 days included), 15% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Between 32 and 17 days prior to scheduled departure(32 days included), 25% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Between 16 and 10 days prior to scheduled departure(16 days included), 50% of the total package will be charged.
- Within 9 days (9 days included), 100% of the total package rate will be charged.
2) Change of order:
If a customer wishes to change any part of a booking, service fee will be charged.
- Up to 33 days prior to scheduled departure, 5% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Between 32 and 17 days prior to scheduled departure(32 days included), 10% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Between 16 and 10 days prior to scheduled departure (16 days included), 30% of the total package rate will be charged.
- Within 9 days, 100% of the total package rate will be charged.
【Other tips】
- If a participant cannot join the tour as scheduled due to special circumstances, they may reschedule for the next tour, subject to the above terms.
- If a participant suddenly withdraws or does not participate in any group activities (such as meals or visits) during the trip, they must complete and sign the "Mid-Way Withdrawal Statement" provided by us, and no fees will be refunded.
- All changes must be communicated in writing; otherwise, it will be considered as an automatic withdrawal, and the company will bear no responsibility.

Special notes
- The default itinerary is for 7 days. If you choose different pick-up or drop-off locations, the duration and cost of the tour may change. Please contact customer service for a quote.
- Guests aged 70 and above must be accompanied by a family member when joining a tour and complete a "Participation Statement." If no family member is present and the guest insists on joining, our company reserves the right to refuse acceptance. Any consequences arising from members' actions during the trip are their own responsibility.
- Pregnant participants must disclose their condition at the time of registration. Those over 24 weeks may not be recommended to join, but if they insist, they must be accompanied by a family member and sign a "Disclaimer," with our company reserving the right to refuse acceptance. If under 24 weeks and still insisting to join, the same rules apply, and consequences from personal reasons are also their responsibility.
- Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult who takes responsibility for their safety. Any consequences resulting from the minor's actions or negligence of the accompanying adult are the minor's responsibility.
- Our company reserves the right to change accommodation, travel routes, sightseeing spots, and departure dates as needed.
- In cases of insufficient numbers or uncontrollable issues like transportation changes, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary. If a trip is canceled, all fees will be refunded or we will offer similar alternatives, and our company is not liable for any cancellations.
- Extra costs due to force majeure, such as traffic delays, strikes, weather issues, flight cancellations, or changes, are the responsibility of the participant.
- Times indicated in the itinerary are for reference only; actual arrival times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, events, or strikes. Guests planning onward travel should allow at least 3 hours of buffer time to avoid inconveniences caused by delays. Our company is not responsible for losses incurred from inadequate time planning.
- Our company reserves the right to merge English-speaking and Chinese-speaking tour groups into the same bus if the number of travelers in either group is limited. A bilingual tour leader, fluent in both English and Chinese, will accompany the group and provide service in the customers' preferred language (English or Chinese).
Pricing notes (children, single supplement)
- Children pricing: For two adults sharing a twin room with one child under 6 (not occupying a bed), the child can enjoy a reduced rate. If the child is 6 or older (including 6), the price will be the same as an adult.
- For one adult traveling with one child, the child will be charged the same rate as an adult in a twin room.
【Room Sharing Policy】
Solo travelers can opt for room sharing, and we will arrange same-gender roommates. Whether or not a match is successful, we will not charge a single room supplement.
Note: If you place your order within 5 days of departure, we reserve the right to charge the full single room supplement based on actual circumstances.
Free room sharing is not available for pre- or post-tour accommodations.
