- Day 5 · By day four. trekkers reach Chame (2630m), headquarters of the Manang district, where a natural hot spring offers rejuvenation. Day six leads to Manang via Gheru and Nawal, offering stunning vistas of the Annapurna Himalaya Range, with an extra day for acclimatization.
- Day 6 · The journey continues to Throng High Camp via Letdar (4250m). with an early morning start on day ten to cross the challenging Throng La Pass (5416m), connecting Manang village with Muktinath Temple. After lunch in Muktinath, trekkers overnight in Muktinath Village before hiking to Jomsom via the windy Kali Gandaki River valley.
