Itinerary

1. Day 1 · Kathmandu/Manthali to Lukla, Trek to Phakding. Fly 40 minutes from Kathmandu to Lukla, or 20 minutes from Manthali depending on flight operations. After landing, begin trekking about 3 hours for 7.5 km to Phakding. Stay overnight in a lodge at 2,610 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
2. Day 2 · Phakding to Namche Bazaar. Trek 5–6 hours covering around 7.4 km from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. Enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo. Stay overnight in a lodge at 3,440 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
3. Day 3 · Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar. Spend the day acclimatizing at 3,440 meters in Namche Bazaar. Take a short hike to Everest Viewpoint, Khumjung, Khunde, and Syangboche. Stay in the same lodge with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
4. Day 4 · Namche Bazaar to Dole. Trek about 5 hours for approximately 12 km from Namche Bazaar to Dole. The route includes descents to Mong La Pass and Phortse Thenga, followed by gradual climbs through forest and alpine terrain. Stay overnight in a lodge at 4,038 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
5. Day 5 · Dole to Machhermo. Walk 5–6 hours covering around 7 km from Dole to Machhermo. Pass small settlements, chortens, and highland pastures with views of Cho Oyu, Thamserku, and Kangtega. Stay in a lodge at 4,470 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
6. Day 6 · Machhermo to Gokyo. Trek about 4 hours for 5.7 km from Machhermo to Gokyo village. Pass Phanga village, cross an iron bridge, and reach the first Gokyo Lake before following the Ngozumpa Glacier moraine. Stay overnight in a lodge at 4,750 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
7. Day 7 · Gokyo Ri Summit and Acclimatization. Hike 2–4 hours for around 2 km to summit Gokyo Ri at 5,357 meters, then descend back to Gokyo village. The viewpoint offers views of Everest, Lhotse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, etc. Stay in the same lodge at 4,750 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
8. Day 8 · Gokyo to Phortse. Trek about 6 hours covering roughly 15.5 km from Gokyo to Phortse. Retrace the route through valleys, forests, and Sherpa villages with gradual descent. Stay overnight in a lodge at 3,840 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
9. Day 9 · Phortse to Namche Bazaar. Walk around 6 hours for approximately 9.1 km from Phortse back to Namche Bazaar. Stay overnight in a lodge at 3,440 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
10. Day 10 · Namche Bazaar to Lukla. Trek 8–9 hours covering about 14.9 km from Namche Bazaar to Lukla. Descend through Monjo, Jorsale, Phakding, and surrounding villages. Stay overnight in a lodge at 2,860 meters with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included.
11. Day 11 · Lukla to Kathmandu. Fly about 40 minutes from Lukla to Kathmandu. Airport transfer is provided. In the evening, attend a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant. Overnight accommodation in Kathmandu is not included. Meals include breakfast, lunch, and farewell dinner.
